opposed to being desperate for something
and thinking if i don't have this right
now i'm gonna feel
horrible or my life isn't going to

you can find different aspects of your

that you like within this person so

they're funny for example let's run with

you have friends or you have tick-tock
videos that make you laugh right now i'm
not saying
throw away your desire and settle for a
tick-tock video that's not what i'm
saying at all
but
when you tap into that
realize that you can have all of these
different
things you don't have to just be with
that person to have that aspect you can
have this person but what that does is
release resistance
and stops you from thinking oh
i need to be with this person
because we need to separate the yearning
and the desire for a pure
want as opposed to a desperate
need when you're desperate you don't
enjoy anything else you have this
obsession
all you're thinking about whereas if you
understand that your life has so many
concepts and when you tap into whatever
it is that that person makes you feel
into other aspects and know that you
know i'm going to have this and it's
going to make my life even better you're
going to be tapping into your desire and
it's not going to come from
because i don't have this person
i can't
have it anywhere else number two
pick the right technique for you
there's no right technique
but whatever seems to be easy for you in
the moment no matter if it's something
trendy or not i know and i trust that
you have tried many techniques
and no matter what anyone says i know
that you know deep down
what technique feels good for you
release any resistance that you have
even if it's trendy even if it's not
trendy i have visualized for a very long
time right now i recorded myself saying
affirmations
so i have one affirmation and then
silence is played for two minutes and
i'm just meditating and visualizing and
feeling as though i have that now and i
have 10 affirmations that go for 20
minutes and as i'm on the stairmaster
that is what i do
in the morning that is what i do at
nighttime that is what i do it used to
be just visualizing
i'm also incorporating sats take one
technique
it can be two can be three but for the
purposes of this video let's say one
technique and you want to bookmark your
days in the morning and at nighttime
forget about everything in the middle
we're gonna get to that in step three
but
as soon as you wake up do whatever it is
that you need to do go to the bathroom
have some breakfast
or you can just shoot up and do this
while you're in sats while you're still
in this subconscious state where you're
just about to wake up but that lasts for
30 minutes so i don't want you to feel
uncomfortable whatever that puts least
resistance to you whatever feels right
to you is what's going to work so
there's no one set way
me personally i like to get up eat
something first
maybe go to the bathroom sometimes i'm
in this sleepy state and i feel like
i've already woken up and i'm not gonna
like knock out again
so i'm gonna sit there for 10 minutes
and just visualize what it is that i
want bookmarking is really important
because no matter what happens
throughout the day
the morning and night time is so
important that
even if you do have doubts throughout
the day even if you are punched in the
face by your 3d reality it's gonna
cancel out because you've already done
the work in the morning and in the
evening i want you to imagine a scene
where you are with that person right now
you are in the end we're doing a five
second to ten second loop of the end
pick a scene that's going to make you
feel the most excited or something
that's going to release resistance
something that is the easiest thing that
you can imagine because you know there
are so many things that you can imagine
right going on a date having dinner
laughing cuddling in bed
seeing a text pop up your mind knows the
easiest way
to get into your subconscious mind and
you need to listen to that don't listen
to what i say to what other youtubers
say what is the easiest scene for you to
imagine right now it can be different
tomorrow but i suggest you having the
same scene over and over again until it
really stabilizes so for me right now
i don't know why but i'm just getting
this image of me like getting my hand
and just like putting it around this
person's hand and we're just holding
hands and i'm feeling this feeling of
closeness and feeling their skin and
feeling that love and feeling like hey
it's all right i have this person i'm
not even manifesting an sp but as soon
as i started saying this out loud i
started to feel this so if i get a
boyfriend a couple of weeks
i'm crediting this video i'm crediting
you guys so have that five second scene
playing looping it and we're going to
imagine it as vividly as possible and
give yourself a break
you don't need to
imagine it vividly
in the first go hell when i make a new
scene
it literally looks like
a cartoon drawing like 10 of what
reality looks like i feel like no one
talks about this but as every single day
i'm going on and practicing this and
practicing my scene and of course you
can have this perfect scene on the first
day but i'm saying this to release
resistance again i don't want you to
feel bad but as you go on every single
day every morning and every night and
you're visualizing you will begin to
familiarize yourself with this scene and
it's going to be much easier for you to
put yourself in that space right so
a couple of things are going to happen
and you'll know when it really will work
it will just hit you but we're going to
be working towards that this elated
feeling where it feels like you are
going to burst out of the seam you are
so happy because you wanted this person
and you have him like doesn't that make
you so excited you are with this person
right now
so
you know that it's going to work when
you get that feeling and then
it's funny because the next day you're
not really going to want it anymore and
you're not going to want to visualize it
and that's when you know
it has worked but at the same time i
want you
moment to moment as you are living and
breathing know that it has already
happened now my first point of actually
visualizing it is you are visualizing
from
it not
of it right so you are sitting here in
the morning and at night time as the
person that is in a committed
relationship now so you're kind of
jumping into the state of being that
person that has their boyfriend or their
girlfriend right or their partner you're
knowing that you have this person and
you are just remembering something from
the past something that happened five
minutes ago something that happened
yesterday those details don't matter
what matters is you thinking from it
that you are that person now thinking
and visualizing about it not
you as the person that is single
wanting this thing and you are trying to
make this thing happen and you're
visualizing we're thinking from not of
right so that's the first thing the
second thing is clearly imagining it
loop it and loop it and loop it and
practice every day until it feels like
you're literally there
to the point where when you open your
eyes you're like
where's this person i
they once they they're leg you get
confused because you're like
i manifested so hard manifest a little
bit too close with the sun but
to do this you want to feel all of the
senses how does it feel to touch their
skin is it summer right now is it winter
where are you
what are you seeing what are you
smelling what are you tasting what are
you touching paired off with how are you
feeling because you are in this
situation right now
me personally i would feel loved i would
feel whole i would feel like someone's
there for me and that just feels nice i
feel like i have someone to
talk to about my day i feel like one
part of my life has just been checked
off like i don't need to really worry
about anything in terms of going on
dates like even random stuff like that
that's me that's my way of thinking and
at the same time it's like i'm excited
to hear about this person's life i'm
excited to make someone else happy make
someone else's day get to truly deeply
know a soul of a person get to know
their
life like that makes me excited and vice
versa and being able to share all these
experiences and learning and growing
that makes me super super excited so i
want you to feel how to feel
if you are in that spot right now
because you are
you want to feel those feelings as much
as possible and saturate yourself with
those feelings and that's more important
than
the visualizing and the senses if you
don't get the senses down pat the
feelings are the top priority but we
want to mix it all together as you begin
to practice and do this morning tonight
it's really going to concrete itself
into
reality and there's no way that it can't
happen like no way in hell because
you've literally conceived of it in your
mind to the point where it feels like
reality because you've included all the
senses you've included your feeling and
you know that you have this right now
you are in that state right now and you
are so confident if you need to wake up
early in the morning or if you need to
get up straight away you can do this for
10 minutes you can do this for hours
whatever feels good for you in that
moment but it's very important to have
that feeling and do that every morning
and every night time step number three
feel good now what do we do
when we get out of that state and then
the 3d reality hits us in the face and
we're going to school or we're going to
work and that person is completely
ignoring you he's maybe flirting with
someone else
what do you do now the main thing is to
feel as good as possible
no matter what the circumstances are you
already know that 3d reality is
non-existent it's old news it's the past
we are manifesting our reality and what
we want
in this present moment so it's very
important to keep your
thoughts and your feelings
up to par with being in the state of the
person that has the things that
you want right if you have that person
and they're in a committed relationship
with you
you're going to feel confident you're
going to feel a little bit disrespected
that they're talking to someone else
but in those muddly sort of situations i
would ignore it completely and try to
focus on something unrelated to that so
that goes hand in hand with doubts what
happens if you have doubts it doesn't
necessarily have to be just the 3d
reality but both are the same 3d or just
having doubts even if you've come home
and you're thinking about things it's
all the same two things either you want
to divert your attention somewhere else
distract yourself watching tick tocks
going to the gym whatever makes you
happy playing roblox i don't know what
y'all do
but for me
editing calms my nerves
editing makes me forget about the world
i go into flow i get so happy when i'm
editing
going out with my friends makes me happy
if i'm into a really good book that
makes me forget the world around me i'm
going to be focusing on that going to
the gym and squatting makes me feel like
nothing else matters so i want you to
find that for
you if that means going on youtube and
watching manifesting videos because i
found that that really worked for me as
well
by all means it does not matter what it
is all that matters is that you have
forgotten about your doubts
and your
you know 3d reality and you know as a
fact that's not reality and you are just
living your life you need to enjoy your
life because it doesn't literally make
sense as to why you wouldn't be enjoying
your life if you are in a committed
relationship with that person as soon as
you get into that state of being with
that person you are in a committed
relationship with that person
everything else is going to fall by the
wayside if you really are doing this
right and you know right now so this is
my reality right now it's the 17th of
september 2022 8 17 p.m this is my
reality right now
in this reality i am in a committed
relationship with fill in the blanks
what would i do if that was the case
because it is
i'm gonna go on a date with him
i'm going to
do whatever i want it's literally your
world everyone else is living in it
you're gonna go about your day because
you already have it so
there's no reason to do anything else
another thing
is and this is only if it makes you feel
good right if it makes you feel good i
would affirm
now i'm going to quickly say that if you
are
that type of person that loves to affirm
even when you don't have any doubts if
it feels good a firmer way manifest
throughout the day that was going to be
my next point
but if you have any doubts and
you want to change those doubts around
and you don't want to distract yourself
and you feel like you keep on constantly
spiraling if it feels good to affirm and
keep reminding yourself and bringing
yourself back do that but in my opinion
feeling good is the most important thing
if it feels good for you to manifest and
affirm
do that be my guest right now
i'm manifesting something and i'm having
doubts and i'm seeing my reality
right now what i'm doing is i'm just
putting myself back into the state of
the person that has it all the person
that has everything that i'm currently
manifesting right now and that literally
calms me down straight away it instantly
makes me realize that i have it so why
do i need to check my notifications why
do i need to check what this person is
doing why do i need to check my emails
or how my body is looking if i have it
right now it instantly calms me and i
don't want to i just i don't care
anymore because it's like
like i moved to new york so
i don't care to move to new york because
i'm in new york but if it does make you
feel better if it does quench your
anxiety or your doubts or whatever it is
that's making you feel like this or
overthink
by all means please so either feel good
throughout the day and be in that state
that's what you should be doing that
anyways and affirm if it either feels
good for you or if you're having doubts

want you to do
