Transcripts
see this seeking energy is is very curious it's playful it's fun it's
exploring it's innocent it's all these juicy joyful things and when it's at
home when it's comfortable here you know it takes you on for Adventures like you
have your own Amusement Park and here you go all these rides wow let's explore them
so just sit quietly for a few minutes reflecting on that one question what am I looking for precisely
what is it that I am looking for precisely
let's just tune into that let's see that
see what opens up with this question what am I looking for precisely
thank you you got your answer and we'll come back to this a little bit later look at this
other question it's also very much connected to this first one and it's what am I running
away from it's the same question just from another end what am I running away from
what I do not want to experience what I do not want to acknowledge what I do not want to feel
what am I running away from
let's stay with this for a few minutes just letting it open up
examining watching what's coming up with this
thank you
and I'm curious what came up for you but for now let's honor this seeking energy
it's not random it's here it's alive it's doing its thing it's very intelligent
it says that there is something there that looks and feels maybe it's better
so can acknowledge that effort that desire longing for something better
it's not wrong
just fully accepting that seeking energy as it is doing its work
and the seeking energy is something that is arising here going outwards
like somebody knows something I don't somebody has something I done maybe
tomorrow will be different than today it's somewhere out there not here it's
out there it's here it's something to run away from it's not accepted completely
so the seeking is going outwards looking for something to satisfy that
a hole or or something missing or something incomplete here
and it keeps going endlessly
the only thing that needs to happen is like okay okay thank you that's fine I hear you
so what are we running away from what is here right now maybe what we are looking for is already here
how to recognize that if we cannot stop and look at what is here we cannot find what we are looking for
so that's the shift from looking for to looking at what is here is already present
even if it feels uncomfortable or empty or whatever it feels like it's already here
it's present and that is the entrance into it and through for that what is here and
maybe uncomfortable to start opening up so we find what we really looking for
so just for a little bit a few minutes let's acknowledge what is already here
what is here already like really bringing that attention here whatever you find it's okay
just taking a few minutes to acknowledge
it's nowhere to Run nothing to do about this
this is it
this is it
thank you and from here we can start looking together this
was a little introduction the real juices in live conversation
so I would really like to know what you're looking for what you found you running away
and what's going on here with this beautiful seeking energy
thank you oh my God it is just such a pleasure to sit with you um you were so powerful
for me um I Met You in Liberation Unleashed and you guided me and it was one of the most powerful things I've experienced
um I went by the my uh Forum name was Ejaja
and um your blog on our um conversation was called uh I simply forgot I was pretending
and um anyway so I just yeah when I saw you it just tears I just have so much gratitude for you
thank you
so um yeah I mean like after our um you know our interaction like um the seeking energy I thought had stopped
and um and kind of found myself in a weird desert you know I just felt like um
yeah I just kind of like started at the beginning I mean I literally had this viceral feeling of falling back to the Earth
and as a beginner I don't know how to explain that
and so I've just kind of been in the desert and I didn't think I was really seeking anything but I love this inquiry because I I see that that's not true
um and I you know I feel that feel of um I guess what you could say presence
and then also that energy was just lost and I just felt so much compassion for it
that seeking energy is just so lost it's just you know it's just looking for something a home
a place to rest or whatever and yeah my heart just I really felt that
and when I looked at what I'm running from um what was really interesting about that is
like there was just this kind of Stark-crushing reality um it was running from the Stark- crushing reality of Truth
and I don't mean that kind of in a spiritual sense not in a very existential sense like
you know layers of shame I felt in there and um and ultimately looking for myself
uh the reality of myself um and then uh in the last meditation
um I could just see it's just you know I was just um being in your field this isn't always easily accessible to me um
it's just experiencing you know not a who more like a what or an amness you know
and and that being said um yeah I would definitely love to just go over with your flow and just see you know yeah yeah
wonderful
let's give a hug to that seeking energy it's looking looking looking for something running running running
tired tired tired lot's of work Lot's of work
yeah it's exhausted oh poor thing
yeah it's like a child I feel a very child energy from it you know
well let's tell it you're okay you're completely okay you're welcome you're welcome here
you're so beautiful
and just with this curiousity and what do you want the most
let's ask that energy and what do you want the most
what comes up um well I'm feeling this like a something opening in my chest and it's kind of moving towards that and it's almost like
I'm not going to my mind's like going no no no but anyway it just like it's almost like it's moving
into that um love and yeah it feels like home right here yeah yes yes we say welcome home come home
yeah you belong here you're wonderful energy
mm it's good to be at home because at home you don't need to look for
anything you know where everything is [Laughter]
yeah let me welcome home
okay
yeah I just kind of feel it like snuggling up you know almost like a a baby against
the mom's breast you know just kind of yeah sweet it can have all the love you need here
see this seeking energy is is very curious it's playful it's fun it's exploring it's innocent
it's all these juicy joyful things and when it's at home when it's
comfortable here you know it takes you on for Adventures
like you have your own Amusement Park and here you go all these rides Wow Let's explore them
very true I can see that yeah M yay yay
oh what makes the seeking energy uncomfortable is that desperation of trying to find that home
trying to belong trying to connect back to itself that's uncomfortable thing that desperation
that's what we are running away from like we want to feel at home in this presence in this moment in this in the skin being comfortable in our own
environment in our own body in our own mind heart
that's home sweet
so it's not about getting rid of it trying to resolve it or getting
something done so it doesn't arise it's very welcome to be here
very welcome to explore
and sometimes nice things arise nice feelings nice situations arise sometimes uncomfortable things arise
but being at home in your heart everything's okay and it's kind of curious what's going on everything can be met
can you repeat that very last thing you just said
everything can be met everything can be met
yeah sometimes seeking energy goes out saying that well there is this happy tomorrow where is
no more pressure no more uncomfortable situations and I want that
I need to do something here to fix life so that they can be comfortable tomorrow
yeah absolutely
but it's like okay come home it's already here it's already you can be already at home comfortable
beautiful thank you so much
