it looked unreal on the left we were 18
and now we're both 21 he's grown so much
guys look how much taller he's gone over
the two years
um so today I've made a trip down to his
house uh thanks for having me Denzel and
uh hopefully get him to share some tips
with with you guys to um help you guys
grow taller after you turn 20 23 24 as
well ready Denzel yeah I'm ready sounds
good let's get into it
all right cool so Denzel can you just
give us uh some some tips in general and
then we'll start off from that all right
first off I think I've added resistance
training to my exercising routine

I used to play basketball but I don't
think that was enough to maximize my
growth home in production okay yeah so
you've been here see he's been watching
my videos yeah it's really good I've
been watching these videos consistently
now I know Denzel just said about uh
tinsel just talked about resistance
training so contrary to my previous
videos I've done a bit more research
into it and I found out that resistance
training can actually help you grow
because to boost your growth hormone
production as well as your testosterone
production
yeah I'm gonna explain for about a year
ago but I can't really find it anymore
but pretty much the doctors told me that
my Epica Zoo plates are still open at 21
but I think since last time I had pretty
poor nutrition yep that's why
um there was still a lot of preceptors
in my epiphyseal plates yeah still left
and after the ghaze increase after my
workout I think I'll be I'm able to grow
taller a bit taller yeah yeah so as you
can see um the GH the GH Theory really
works how your GH binds to uh official
plates growth receptors and that's going
to lengthen your long Burns in the body
such as your tibia your femur and that's
gonna Propel you over six foot so you
guys this goes to show you how important
it is to never ever give up okay can you
imagine if Denzel didn't eat well if he
didn't sleep well if he just gave up
after he turned 18. he wouldn't have
grown this taller he wouldn't have grown
taller okay so keep going whatever
you're doing just keep going okay so

about uh your diet during this course
but after you turned 20 21 yeah okay so
after I'm 18 I just started eating
vegetables and meat and rice yeah it's
not because I knew that I want to be
taller and I knew that junk food
wouldn't help yeah back then I was just
in high school I was just eating chips
chocolate McDonald's
that's not good yeah boats and stuff
yeah yeah fair fair
geez it's amazing how much of a
difference a really good diet makes as
you can see Denzel growing like two more
inches after he turned 21 because he ate
a really good diet and um yeah so make
sure you keep eating well keep um eating
nutritious food not just junk food like
KFC chips and chocolates and stuff like
that okay any other tips about stencil I
really want to grow taller as well
other than that I think I started taking
supplements for a gym yeah and I think
one of them was calcium I think you said
it in one of your videos yes I did yeah
I did yeah for a long time yeah
and because I have pretty weak bones but
now I feel significantly better in my
legs I think that could have helped
yeah yeah for sure 100
um calcium is what your bones come from
your bones come from calcium
um so eating more calcium it's like
eating protein for muscle growth okay
you can definitely get more bone growth
uh uh if you eat more calcium especially
he's taking the supplements for calcium
as well

see how sleeping for he's been sleeping
for nine hours every night because we
