difference in order to better convey my
point on this matter I want to tell you
a story okay in the history of the
Indian

decided to test him and his other
disciples okay and so what the teacher
did was I've told this story before a

idea of you being powerful but however
you know sometimes some people take a
few days to realize their potential and
during that phase they need support

your day ends you go to bed and then you
try try to remember the last thing that
you did so before going to bed the last
thing that you did was you went to bed
before that maybe you changed clothes
before that maybe you had water before
that maybe you went for a walk before
that maybe you had dinner before that
you came drove home from from work
before that you worked you know at work
you did this you did that and then you
you reverse the events of the
day to the point where in your day began
wherein you woke up I'm not really fan
of this exercise okay I like to use
other things to help myself to train my
focus
okay I don't really resonate with this
technique but it's a technique that
Neville Godard spoke about my suggestion
would be to create a short 30 second
scene okay that implies that you got not
your desire okay for example if you want
to get married to your specific person
imagine them putting the wedding ring on
your finger and then giving you a hug or
a kiss whatever is acceptable in your
culture okay so imagine them doing that
it takes 30 seconds it feels good and
you can enjoy it Loop it over and over
enjoy it to the point of satisfaction do
it before you fall asleep and then you
fall asleep that's an extremely good way
to train your focus while also
consciously and purposely
imagining your end scene to
manifest the
desire that you
want that is an excellent way to do
it because it trains your focus you know
it it's not like a long winded 20 minute
visualization it's a 30 second scene
that you're doing over and over you are
familiarizing your subconscious mind
your body your conscious you're
familiarizing yourself with the
scene imagining it
intensely to the point of satisfaction
looping it
so that it's very easy for you to
visualize it because you've practiced it
over and over and over so my suggestion
is to do a single 30 second
scene in a very relaxed State wherein
you're breathing deeply preferably when
you're in a slightly drowsy State as in
you you're just about to fall asleep do
it for 20 30 minutes because the time
before you fall asleep you're not doing
anything either way you're just
scrawling nonsense on your phone so put
your phone aside maybe play some
background music if you prefer
instrumental music and imagine that you
got your manifestation do this for 20 30
minutes and fall asleep in the state of
the wish fulfilled when you fall asleep
you don't have conscious thoughts to
distract you you're you're
subconsciously marinating
okay immersed drenched in the feeling of
the wish fulfilled for the next 8 hours
as as you as you
sleep so it's a very effective technique
I highly recommend you to try it if you
have trouble visualizing which there is
no trouble people tell me I can't
visualize I can't visualize when they
come to do a session with me they
visualize without even uh without even
realizing that they were
visualizing is not hard but if you do
have trouble you could create a simple
affirmation for example say you want to
manifest a new car oh I feel very
proud and
happy as I'm driving my
new red
colored sports
car
okay that's a good affirmation put
yourself in a relaxed State breathe in
deeply in and out five times 10 times
okay until you feel you feel nice and
relaxed your body is relaxed mind is
relaxed and then do this affirmation for
20 30 minutes fall
asleep fall asleep if possible hear the
sounds of the car imagine yourself you
know uh uh pushing the the the controls
holding the steering wheel don't floor
it okay like don't break speed limits
and
stuff okay be sensible uh and enjoy it
man it's not hard it's not hard I want
you to really give this a try I hope you
