from intuition don't even read the text

one let's look at the copy the offer all
that stuff now which of these two would
you be more likely to reply to and for
me I'll probably Cho this one it has a
good offer pigs Curiosity has a custom
aspect and a soft call to action the
reason I wanted to show you some
examples is because a lot of times we're
sending Outreach but we don't put
ourselves in the shoes of a prospect
after looking all those messages we saw
patterns in what makes someone more
likely to reply and we pretty much took
all of those data points and made it
into one Outreach system and so let's
jump into our laptop and I'm going to
show you guys the Outreach and let me
show you guys what it looks like the
emails that we're sending out kind of
look like this so as you guys can see
it's like very simple has hey Thoughts
with your name and it says like I made
this quick video for you we send the
video which looks like this guys so it
says hello and then the prospect name
and this is all automated they get their
own landing page and then they can play
the video hey I'm making this super
quick video because I think I have
something that you're going to love but
the thing is it only works for a very
specific type of business owner and so
I'm actually not sure I can just pause
it right there but this video is
something that we filmed once that looks
like it was filmed for this specific
owner it has their website every time we
send an Outreach it's going to have a
video like this one with their name and
with their own website in the background
so it makes it seem like I personally
filmed this video for this specific
Prospect but in reality we just filmed
this once and then the backend stuff
takes care of the name the landing page
and then the background which I'm going
to show you guys how to do it as well so
they're going to see like if you're a
prospect and you see your own website
you see someone send you a video the
likelihood that you're going to click
and see like okay let's find out what's
going on here it's going to Intrigue you
and it's going to Peak that Curiosity
it's going to make you reply before I
show you guys how to do it let's just
look at the math of how we can get there
let's say that we could in theory send
about 6,000 emails per month with emails
we typically see a 1% reply rate so that
means that out of 6,000 emails that
we're sending out we're getting about 60
positive replies out of the 60 positive
replies a lot of people might not book
but we've seen that about like a third
of them might book an appointment and so
that's 20 booked appointments per month
and you guys know that every single
appointment doesn't close and so what
we've done is if you have a good solid
system of closing people you can close
between let's say five clients on the
low end and on the high end you can
close 10 these are the steps on how you
can get those 10 clients that I showed
you guys the first thing is to send
6,000 emails per month you can't do it
through one email account cuz first of
all you're going to have to do it
manually and that takes a lot of work
and second second of all you're sending
a lot of emails per day from the same
email domain Google's going to flag it
and it's going to go to spam and so it
doesn't matter how good our system is
how good our video is the messaging the
copyrighting if the prospect is not
seeing the Outreach and so a way we
found of how to go around this is by
getting multiple email accounts there's
a few different ways of how you guys can
get like different email accounts the
easiest way we found was through this
software called mail skill they'll
generate your email account and they'll
set it up very quickly for you they
create their domains all that stuff in
the back end and they'll give you a CSV
file with all of your new email accounts
now you can also do it through Google
but I believe Google charges you $7 per
domain and we're going to need about 15
emails so this way you'll have 15 email
accounts that you'll be able to send
between 20 to 30 emails a day from each
account so that turns out to be like 300
emails per day in total okay guys so now
now we have the ability to send the
emails without Landing in spam and we
have the ability to send 300 emails per
day so we have our email account set up
so next step is how do we find leads
what we've done is every month we get a
lead list of a thousand leads that we
can Target and so the type of client
that we found that works best with go
ahead level is local business owners
that sell some type of service to
homeowners and these type of businesses
that have either bad reviews or have a
bad website ideally if they have both so
if they have low number of reviews on
Google that's a great Prospect and if
they have a bad website on top that's
another great example of the type of
leads that we need okay so how we've
been able to find leads is just through
looking through Google Maps and typing a
type of service that we can Target a
niche and then the city so for example
guys let's say we're doing HVAC Miami
here it's going to show up a bunch of
haax companies in Miami like tons of
them them which we can start looking at
their website seeing if they have Google
reviews that kind of stuff like oh this
website's like pretty bad we can do way
better so that's that would be an
example of someone we could Outreach
right this one has 172 reviews which is
really good but if we scroll down you'll
see prospects that have 11 reviews which
are pretty good but they don't have that
many so that's a good type of client
that we could Outreach to so these type
of clients are the ones that we go after
like even six reviews that's amazing
which means like if they had a 100
reviews they could show up better on
Google with a better website they're for
sure get more clients so how do we get a
thousand of these in a relatively fast
manner so what we did is we went to
phantombuster which is a software that
allows us to scrape data from Google
Maps once you sign up you can get a free
trial 14 days you don't have to pay for
it there's a couple flows that you can
use with Google Maps and the one we're
going to use is the map search to
contact data so we find something on
Google Maps a search like this one HVAC
Miami there's tons of people that are
here and we want to scrape all those
leads very quickly we can use this flow
and so I'm going to click here and it's
just going to ask you like what's the
search so I'm going to go here copy this
search and then paste it here now it's
going to give you like some settings so
the maximum you can scrape from Google
Maps per search is 120 leads so we're
going to keep it at 120 um so that's
about it so we're going to hit save and
this is going to start running the lead
scraping tool and usually like it's
pretty fast but all we have to do is
turn it on so right now it's like off so
I'm going to swipe this on and it's
going to start running the scraping tool
okay guys so the Phantom was running for
like 5 or maybe 10 minutes but now we
have 120 locations that it was able to
scrape and this is like pretty much all
of the data which we can quickly
download as a CSV file and then I'm
going to show you guys how I like to
look at the data so we have 120 leads
but what I like to do is filter by
rating and then review count why is
because usually the businesses that have
low low reviews have a bad website and
those are the type of businesses that we
can help so I'm going to go here and I'm
going to filter this very quickly and I
want to sort this by the least number of
reviews first having the most number of
reviews at the bottom why well if you
have 1,700 reviews or 900 reviews it's
most likely that you know what you're
doing with your business you don't need
extra help you're fully booked and
you're getting tons of business through
Google on this CSV what I'll do is I'll
take all of these guys up here up to
like maybe like 50 reviews anything past
50 means like they kind of know what
they're doing so I'm going to delete all
this data and just keep these guys here
and so may be wondering okay so we have
phone number email address all this
stuff but we actually don't need a lot
of this stuff we're not going to be
doing phone calls we don't need to know
their category we can delete all of this
stuff what we can do is to find the
email that we're going to be outreaching
to so the first thing we can try is
their website so this website is really
bad like you can see this is clearly
outdated we can definitely help them
with their website so I'm going to go
and contact us and typically they'll
have their email up here let's just go
with management and then we'll add it to
the list and so we're going to create a
column here that says email cuz we're
definitely going to need the emails this
may take a little while so what you can
do is hire a VA to help you scrape the
emails from Google another thing you can
do is have something like a plugin that
scrapes the email from the website so
for this one I don't think it was able
to find it but for a lot of websites it
will be able to find it and so from here
guys like we have the name like Steve at
something so we can just include the
name as well and that's like pretty much
all we need so let's imagine guys that
we have this list ready to go and we
have a th000 leads that we can start
outreaching to so what do we do next so
now we have our leads ready to go and
all we're going to need is to verify the
emails when you're sending out emails
let's say you send an email to an
account that was closed a business that
is no longer in business that they close
down and that email bounces it's really
going to affect your domain and we don't
want to ruin the reputation of our
emails because we're paying for them and
like that's going to be a pain later on
and so what we do is we verify the
emails that we're sending out and so we
can actually like test it right now with
that specific email so let's copy paste
this email here what we're going to use
is this software called Never mounts
there's actually many email verification
softwares that you can use this one is
actually pretty cheap which is why we
used it I think it's like $8 and you get
like 10,000 credits or something like
that but I'm going to show you guys an
example so let's say we have Steve's
email we're going to hit validate and so
what's going to do is it's going to try
sending an email there and this one came
out valid which means like we can
actually add this one to a list cuz
imagine you're sending thousands of
emails but a lot of the prospects that
you're reaching either email is bouncing
which sucks or they're just not seeing
your email because they shut down their
company or whatever it is but we want to
be able to send out emails just to valid
domains okay so that's how we verify
emails very quickly so you have the
email accounts you have deletes you
verify the emails that they're ready to
go so how do we send out a customized
video Outreach message at scale and so
there's a couple tools that help us do
this but as you guys saw in this video
we need something that looks like a loom
video but that includes a customized
piece for every Outreach which is the
background and so what you guys are
seeing here is for this specific
Prospect they can see their website
their own website and so for Steve it's
going to show this website and then the
same message down here so I'll show you
guys how we can generate this so we have
this software that we found on appsumo
so we p a one time deal and we can send
like I think a th000 videos per month
but there's another one which is called
be human we have voies there's a couple
different softwares that can do this but
I'm going to show you guys some voies
just because it's like pretty simple and
I'm going to create a test campaign so
we're going to upload the list which we
have here ready to go and the website is
going to be what they call the target
URL this is going to be disabled this is
going to be disabled we have email which
works first name is fine and then last
name last name we don't have to worry
about so I just have like a random
letter we have first name email these
two are disabled cuz we don't need them
and then the target URL is the website
which is going to be the background
that's going to show in every video so
company name is required which is just
the title so I'm just going to switch
this to company name and that's going to
be next so there we go so here is the
video that we're going to send out to
every prospect that is pre-recorded but
we're going to make it seem like it's an
actual video so I'm just going to upload
the video so it's this one right here
super video so you guys can see like the
video that I recorded and I'm going to
do that's a wrap so it's going to start
generating all those videos so guys
that's pretty much like how we generated
all of that list worth of videos very
quickly so we we're using the same video
but as you guys can see it's using the
website that we input it as the target
URL as the background for every video
and I sent myself a quick test to see
what it looks like and this is what it
looks like so you can see the website is
scrolling through it has our video
people can click on it and if they click
on it it's going to open up their own
landing page which is really cool like
it looks like we created that custom for
them with their name and this is what it
looks like when the prospect sees the
email so I think it's really cool and if
you were a business owner like looking
at it you'd be like wow someone sent me
an email they made me a custom video
with my website I'm for sure going to
click on it and find out what they have
to say so now guys we're pretty much at
the last step cuz we have email accounts
we have found the leads we verified the
emails we're able to create the
customized videos they're ready to go so
the last step is going to be send 300
emails per day so I'm going to show you
guys how you can set that up so you're
not manually typing each email one by
one so we're going to go to instantly
which is a really cool software that
allows us to send emails at scale
without having to do it manually and so
I created this is a quick campaign and
here's where we' upload the leads with
the videos ready to go as a custom value
and then here's one example which is hey
and then the custom volume name which is
coming from that CSV file which is just
like this one like it'll use whatever
the first name is it'll be like hey John
or it'll be hey Harry and then so on I
help H5 clients get 5 to 10 new clients
per month without having to spend money
on ads and so this is going to be a
custom value which is going to be that
video link file so it looks like this
that's going to be that custom value and
if we keep going it'll just be a soft

some people I've seen they do they give
something for free like something of

accomplish this in terms of subject
lines that we've seen that work are
something along the lines of thoughts SL
name or something like question and then
the name which that name is coming from
the CSV file so it'll be accurate it'll
be like thoughts drawn and it it seems
like we actually created this email for
them and that's going to be the first
email that we send out the cool thing
with instantly is that we can create a
sequence of emails and what we found is
like most people don't reply on the
first touch point and so we need to send
out reminders so that it keeps popping
up on people's inbox so what we've done
is like you can leave the subject empty
so it keeps the same subject but we can
start sending out follow-up emails I
like to space this out every 2 days
actually like so you're not hitting the
prospect very often yeah it'll be like
hey did you see my last email the next
one's going to be like hey name thoughts
on the video I sent you uh the next one
is like name not sure if you saw this so
we're sending five follow-ups after the
first main touch point and that's where
the math come from that I was telling
you guys like how do we send 6,000
emails a month with only 1,000 leads and
the reason why is because like if you're
you're seeing here we're sending one
touch Point per lead but we're sending
up to six follow-ups which should be
about 6,000 emails sent out with only a
th000 leads now when it comes to
schedule like play it around it's like
pretty much every day uh you can play
around with the times like I haven't
seen a huge impact when it comes to like
what time you're sending it out but
let's say this campaign was from Miami
you might want to find out like the time
zone and make sure that it makes sense
right we don't want to be sending out
emails like at midnight or something
right and then another thing that we can
look into is to stop sending emails as
soon as someone replies because imagine
someone replies to your campaign like
hey I'm interested and then the sequence
sends out the next reminder hey do you
see my last email so the prospect is
going to be confused cuz they're like
yeah I just replied to you so yeah
that's why when it comes to options I
would recommend stopping on auto reply
another thing that I wanted to say guys
is before you start running your
sequences make sure you warm up your
emails on instantly I would say 2 to 3
weeks is where you want to warm them up
before you start sending any emails
because we want to make sure that all of
our emails are warmed up and that all
the emails that we're going to be
sending out are going to reach the inbox
we want to make sure that they're not
