Transcripts
these are the best cell phone plans at
every price point from $5 all the way up
to
$100 the best $5 plan is good too
Mobile's 1 gig annual plan this comes
with unlimited minutes unlimited texts
and 1 GB of high-speed data on the AT&T
network for coverage two runner up plans
are hello Mobile's plan which includes
500 megabytes unlimited minutes and
unlimited texts on the T-Mobile network
and red Pockets plan which includes 500
minutes 500 texts 500 megabytes of data
and gives you the flexibility to
activate on either AT&T T-Mobile or
Verizon for coverage the best plan for
$10 is US Mobile's 2 gig plan this
includes unlimited minutes and texts 2
GB of high-speed data mobile hotspot
support 480p video streaming and free
international calling and texting to 200
destinations paid add-ons are also
available if you want roaming in Canada
and Mexico as well as internationally
next is the best plan for $15 and that
is T's 5 gig plan this comes out to
$16.9 after taxes and fees and includes
5 gigs of high-speed data mobile Hotpot
support 48p video streaming free
international calling to 60 countries
and and pay per use rates for
international data roaming a runnerup
plan and arguably a way better plan is
US Mobile's unlimited Flex annual plan
this is $210 upfront or
$17.50 per month with all taxes and fees
included so a little bit over our $15
limit here but it is such a good plan by
signing up for the annual plan you
double your high-speed data from 5 GB to
10 GB you get unlimited data at 1
megabit per second after your high-speed
allotment you get 5 gigs of Hotspot data
and you get free international calling
and texting to over 200 countries
add-ons are also available for
purchasing international data roaming
for traveling abroad my favorite part is
US Mobile's unlimited flex plan is
available on either AT&T T-Mobile or
Verizon so you can sign up on the
network that provides the best coverage
in your area and I do want to give one
more honorable mention here mobile X's
custom 4 gig plan what I love about
Mobile X is it allows you to choose how
many minutes texts and data you want
each month and the best part is Mobile X
gives you a credit for any of your
unused data at the end of the month so
if you happen to use only 2 gigs or 3
gigs one month then it will likely be
cheaper than the other plans because of
that extra credit you get reimbursed to
your account next up is the best $20
plan and that is helium Mobile's
unlimited plan this comes with 30 gigs
of high-speed Data before unlimited data
at 1 megabit per second you also get 5
gigs of Hotspot data and there are paid
add-ons available for international
calling and data roaming helium mobile
runs on the T-Mobile network for its
primary coverage but you can also get
coverage on helium's OWN cbrs Network as
well as helium hot spot devices next we
have the best plan for $25 and that is
hands down visible base it gives you
unlimited highspeed data unlimited
hotspot data at 5 megabits per second
480p video streaming free international
texting to Canada and Mexico and free
international calling to six countries
for just
$25 per month runnerup plans here
include Metro's unlimited plan if you
want coverage on the T-Mobile network
Cricket's unlimited annual plan if you
want coverage on the AT&T network and US
Mobile's unlimited starter plan if you
want priority data on the Verizon
network and honestly the best $25 plan
for you likely comes down to which
cellular network has the best coverage
and the fastest data speeds in your area
but how can you tell which network is
best you can use the free coverage map
application go ahead and go to the
search tab and enter your state city
county or zip code and the app will
instantly show you how the networks
stack up you can see what percent of
your area each Network covers what the
median download speeds are and you can
see our calculated reliability score you
can also use the maps tab to browse the
crowdsource speed test map which shows
you exactly how fast the data speeds are
in each area with tests submitted by
real people or you can use the signal
strength map to browse coverage
Footprints and see an estimate of how
good reception will be in your area on
each of the different networks okay next
up we have the best $30 plan and
technically the best plan for $30 is
mint Mobile's unlimited annual plan this
comes with 40 gigs of high-speed data 10
gigs of Hotspot data free calls to
Canada and Mexico and 3 gigs of roaming
in Canada but also why pay $30
when you can get unlimited data for
$25 from one of the plans we mentioned
earlier so my pick would be to go with
one of the $25 options instead next is
the best $35 plan and if you are willing
to pay annually that plan is visible
plus it comes with 50 gigs of priority
data on LTE and 5G Nationwide and
unlimited priority data on 5G Ultra
wideband you also get unlimited Hotpot
data here at 10 megabits per second free
international texting 500 minutes of
free international calling to 30
countries and free talk text and two
gigs of data per day in Canada and
Mexico as well as one free international
day pass per month this is the plan I
have personally and I think it's awesome
as a bonus visible even includes a free
Apple watch line as well it's a great
value plan and it's one of the reasons
I'm signed up for it one honorable
mention here is US Mobile's unlimited
premium annual plan it's $33 per month
and comes with 100 GB of high-speed data
50 GB of Hotspot data free international
texting and calling to over 200
destinations 1,000 minutes 1,000 texts
and 10 GB of free data roaming in Canada
and Mexico as well as 500 minutes 500
texts and 5 GB of free data Roaming In
over 200 countries what I really like
about US Mobile's plan is allows you to
sign up on either the AT&T T-Mobile or
the Verizon networks for coverage so you
can make sure you get the best coverage
in the area where you live and US Mobile
even allows you to switch networks with
their teleportal tool you can go online
to your dashboard and with just a few
clicks transfer your phone number from
the network you signed up on to one of
the other available networks both
visible and US Mobile are awesome
options here here if you'd prefer to pay
monthly instead of signing up for an
annual plan then I would recommend
considering one of the $25 plans we
talked about earlier next up is the best
$40 plan and that is the total base 5G
unlimited plan this comes with unlimited
data 5 gigs of Hotspot data 720p video
streaming on LTE and up to 1080p video
streaming on 5G Ultra wideband pre-
international texting to 200 countries
free international calling to 85
countries and unlimited talk text and 10
gigs of data roaming in Canada and
Mexico if you don't need the
international features then you may
consider visible base as it's more
affordable with similar features and
will save you money next is the best $45
plan and here your two best options are
visible plus and US Mobile unlimited
premium this time you're looking at the
monthly versions of the plans instead of
the annual ones so $45 or $44 per month
instead of $395 or $390 up front the
features here remain exactly the same
and these are both excellent plans
visible is probably a little bit better
if you prefer Verizon coverage and US
Mobile's plan is great if you want AT&T
or Team Mobile coverage next the best
$50 plan is total 5G unlimited it comes
with unlimited priority data on the
Verizon network 15 G gigs of Hotspot
data free international texting to 200
destinations free international calling
to 85 destinations and unlimited talk
text and 10 gabt of data Roaming In over
17 Latin American countries plus Canada
and Mexico runnerup plans here include
Metro Flex start T-Mobile prepaid
unlimited and AT&T prepaid unlimited if
you'd prefer coverage on another Network
that is not Verizon okay next up is the
best $55 plan and this is hands down
AT&T prepaid unlimited Max for the price
you get 50 gigs of priority data on the
AT&T network before unlimited data
that's deprioritized you get 25 gigs of
Hotspot data you get full 4K video
streaming and you get free international
texting with unlimited minutes texts and
25 GB of data roaming in Canada and
Mexico as well paid add-ons are
available if you want international
calling or international data roaming
this is an awesome plan especially with
the 4K video streaming being included
for free now it is worth noting that you
can enable 4K video streaming on any
cell phone plan simply by using a VPN
which I explain in this video here I
outline why it works and how it works
and which VPN I personally use but with
that said having the 4K video streaming
feature includes included with your plan
is super nice next up for $60 the best
plan is total 5G plus unlimited this
comes with unlimited priority data
unlimited hotspot data at 5 megabits per
second free international texting to 200
countries free international calling to
over 85 countries and unlimited talk
text and 10 gbt of data roaming in 17
Latin American countries plus Canada and
Mexico it's a great plan runner-ups
include Horizon prepaid unlimited plus
which sacrifices the unlimited priority
data for just 50 gigs of priority data
but in exchange gives you 25 gigs of
Hotspot data at full speeds you may also
consider T-Mobile prepaid unlimited plus
which comes with priority data and
Hotspot data on the T-Mobile network and
AT&T prepaid unlimited Max which we just
talked about and is arguably way better
than any of these plans anyway at a
cheaper price okay moving on to the best
$65 plan and that plan is AT&T prepaid
unlimited Max Plus yes that is the real
name of the plan for $10 extra per month
over the regular Max plan you upgrade
your priority data from 50 GB to
unlimited and you increase your Hotspot
data from 25 GB to 35 GB and that's it
the rest of the plan features remain the
same now onto to the best plan for $70
per month your best plan for $70 per
month is T-Mobile magenta this includes
100 GB of priority data 5 gigs of
Hotspot data and some decent
International features but the truth is
I don't really recommend this plan
because T-Mobile is phasing it out
pretty soon and quite frankly you can
get more features at a better price from
one of the other plans we've covered so
far plus we've still got five more plans
to go
and they are way more feature-packed
than this next up is the best $75 plan
the best one is T-Mobile go 5G this
comes with 100 gigs of priority data 15
gigs of Hotspot data free international
texting unlimited talk text and 10 gigs
of roaming in Canada and Mexico and
unlimited texting and 5 gigs of data
roaming in 11 European countries you'll
notice I didn't mention international
calling and that's because when you are
traveling abroad international calls are
build at 25 cents per minute the irony
here is I wouldn't recommend the
T-Mobile go 5G plan because it isn't
eligible for T-Mobile's best device
tradein deals it turns out when you do
the math out and you factor in the
device trading credits that you can get
with T-Mobile's promotions the go 5G
plus plan ends up saving you more money
in the long run so I would skip this
category and jump jump to the best $80
plan instead Verizon Unlimited plus is
your best option it gives you unlimited
priority data 30 GB of Hotspot data free
international texting and unlimited talk
text and 2 gigs per day of roaming in
Canada and Mexico add-ons are also
available for international calling and
data roaming now if you're like wow that
looks suspiciously similar to the $45
visible plus plan and the $50 total 5G
Unlimited Plan you would be exactly
right so go with one of those plans
instead and save yourself between $360
and
$420 per year next is the best $85 plan
&t unlimited premium PL is the best plan
you get unlimited priority data 60 gigs
of Hotspot data which is the most
Hotspot data available in a consumer
plan 4K video streaming free
international texting and unlimited talk
text and data roaming in Canada and
Mexico you can also grab add-ons for
international calling and data roaming
if you so choose the best part about
this plan is you can get it for just $76
per month with the AT&T signature
discount which anyone is eligible for
just by signing up for AARP and more
importantly this plan is also eligible
for AT&T's best device deals which basic
basically means you get a free phone
every 3 years if you choose to do a
tradein deal honestly it's not a bad
plan if you're looking for one of the
best premium unlimited plans out there
next up we have the best $90 plan and
there are only two options here Verizon
Unlimited ultimate and T-Mobile go 5G
plus both are great but which one is
best the answer is Verizon Unlimited
ultimate you get 10 gigs more Hotspot
data four times the amount of data in
Canada and Mexico because 2 gigs per day
is effectively 60 gigs per month and
that's four times more than 15 gigs per
month and you get double the data while
traveling abroad as well as
international calling being $5 less with
twice as many included countries this is
a great plan well it's expensive but you
get what you pay for it's also eligible
for Verizon's best device trading deals
so you're pretty much guaranteed to get
a free phone every 3 years if you want
one as an extra bonus customers who
choose to bring their own device and
sign up for this plan will get $540 of
Bill credits applied over 3 years which
effectively drops the rate to just
$75 per month so yeah when it comes to
the best of the best I think Verizon
Unlimited ultimate wears the crown there
is one more plan though and it's the
best plan for $100 per month and it
turns out there is only one consumer
facing plan for $100 per month and that
is T-Mobile's go 5G Next plan
unfortunately it turns out this plan has
the exact same features as the go 5G
plus plan with the only difference being
that you can upgrade your phone every
one year instead of every 2 years so
comparing these plans I still think
Verizon Unlimited ultimate Remains the
best overall option because it has
better features at a better price point
you can find all of the plans I
mentioned in this video Linked In the
video description please do me a favor
and share this video with one friend
because it helps me out and they may
find it interesting I'm ston and I hope
that's helpful see you next time
