case I have for you today is not just a

case about a tragic death but possibly a

tragic haunting that led to a death it's

a case like n of the others we have ever

covered before if you hear India and you

hear ghost you inevitably hear gwari

thing is his life story is as

interesting if not more interesting than

the very cases and the Very Spirits he

was trying to uncover absolutely he's

almost like India's Eden laor and Warren

like combined into one person with an

interesting personal life too which we

don't really have for these other

paranormal investigators we've grown up

hearing of but on that note Aran I think

without any further Ado let me take you

right to the heart of this story which

begins in the year 2006 in a small

little student apartment in Florida in

the United States an apartment rented by

Flight Training Academy gorov had come

to the US to attend flying school and

eventually wished to return to India to

become a commercial pilot gorov had

doting parents back in India who had

worked hard that entire life to be able

to give their son the education he

wanted they were proud that gorov had

made his way all the way to the US to

attend flying school and follow his

dreams of becoming a pilot initially in

his apartment in Florida things were

going great for G he was having fun he

was making new friends in a new country

he was getting used to a completely

different way of living and he loved

being there however with time slowly

things started to change inexplicable

events started taking place around gor's

apartment when he would fall asleep at

night he would suddenly wake up to

noises coming from within the house

noises he had never heard before and

noises he just couldn't explain since he

was the only person living in that

apartment time and time again at random

moments in the apartment while reading a

book on his bed or while eating

breakfast on his dining table he would

suddenly feel like there was someone

sitting right next to him initially

gorov who had never believed in ghosts

prior to this ignored what he was

feeling like any of us would he brushed

his thoughts aside and kept going on

about his regular life but eventually

the inexplicable occurrences in his

apartment became too strong to ignore

when he just couldn't ignore these

feelings any longer G reached out to his

friends who had lived in this building

since even before he had moved here and

he reached out to the very person who

had sold him this apartment and from all

of these people gorov heard a similar

story the people that had lived in this

apartment before gorov had also

complained of the same feeling after

just a few months of living there now

trust me when I say this if this was me

living in a foreign country which I did

experiencing any of this I would pack my

stuff and be out of that apartment the

very next day and I think that is

exactly what most people would do but

godov contrary to Common opinion and

common action slowly and slowly became

more interested in understanding the

reasons behind what he was experiencing

he wanted to know do ghosts and spirits

really exist do the Dead return to talk

to those who are still alive and most

importantly to whom do the spirits in

his house belong he now more than ever

started to take note of the happenings

in his house he noticed every single

time he would hear someone laugh from

one end of the house he would notice

every single time he felt like someone

came and sat right next to him on his

bed he would notice every time when a

light that he had previously turned off

would now be turned on gorov became

obsessed with trying to find answers he

other people who had experienced similar

scouring the internet and reading of

disappointed and he knew it would seem

like he wasted a lot of their time and a

lot of their money but he also knew he

could no longer continue studying what

he was he would never be happy I

remember how difficult it was for me to

persuade my family that I'm dropping out

to become a producer in New York and it

was a proper job that I got right I

can't imagine having the conversation

with my mom saying mom I I know we've

spent a ton of money I've studied in the

US it's been a it's been one hell of a

ride thanks for the funds the funds I

want to look for ghosts now which is

what he's doing

dropped out of flying school by now it's

2009 and gorov has completed a course

making him a certified Paranormal

Investigator after 3 years of staying in

the United States he finally decides to

come back to India to New Delhi fully

aware that he was leaving a country rif

with the culture of paranormal sciences

and 21 without any sure India was home

to self-proclaimed God people and many

of them claimed to be able to speak to

the Dead in exercise spirits but a large

part of the country distrusted them it

wasn't a well-respected or sufficiently

paying profession to be a godman the way

it was to be a Paranormal Investigator

after coming to India gorov was shot to

stardom he became a regular on many MTV

shows and if you look at his pictures

now and think you've seen him somewhere

MTV is probably it he even appeared on

MTV girls night out which was India's

first ever paranormal reality show a

show that ended up shutting down after

the episode in the abandoned Village of

kulhara where one of the girls in the

show experienced some bizarre

occurrences and was found unconscious in

an isolated part of the location in that

same episode gor found a child's

handprint on his car window after which

his car burnt to flames inexplicably on

camera forcing the crew out of Kara at

DC Studios one of the shows we produce

we visited was none other than kulhara

and um suffice to say we experienced a

little something ourselves it was

terrifying oh my God I'm still not over

it it was just a couple of weeks ago we

were on Kara and we're on this Middle of

Nowhere Road on the side of this road

waiting in our car with our door open

it's pitch dark black no buildings no

cars nothing no nobody around us no

around us it's just us it's the driver's

side door the driver isn't in the car

the doors open when this door suddenly

shuts on us I swear like it just closes

with so much force which is when Aran

takes out his camera to shoot and here's

the clip for that I mean that happens no

no it does not happen like that what

just happened isaria that door was like

it was fully open okay and it just

closed with so much

purpose it closed

like not ooh wind slide closed no it

closed like a door is supposed to

close this is why

right there like so far

away that's really scary I know you saw

it right I it wasn't like a regular

that'ss the wind say something right or

am I going crazy so suffice to say gorov

tiari and his MTV crew weren't the only

ones that have experienced a little

known in the famous media Circles of

India that he also received two roles in

movies one in the movie Tango Charlie

with aay dgan and Sanjay D and the

second in the movie 16th December next

to Milan San and Gan Grover then gorov

did the unexpected by doing something

nobody in India had ever done before he

set up the Paranormal Society of India

and took over as its president slowly

and slowly the membership of the

Paranormal Society grew and more and

more people plagued by and interested in

paranormal activities from across India

joined the organization over time goru

toward almost 6,000 of the world's most

haunted locations with some of the

world's biggest paranormal investigators

and had been on some of the most famous

paranormal reality shows of the time

abroad gorov became a cast member of the

well-known paranormal reality TV show

called haunting Australia in one of the

episodes of the series gorov and his

fellow cast members visit a Mor the plan

was for gorov to lie down inside one of

the storage units in the morg with

nothing but a torch and a thermal

imaging camera gorov lies down in the

stretcher of the MOG with dead bodies

all around him his crew members push the

stretcher inside and leave the Mork for

a full 24 hours leaving G of alone to

try and communicate with the spirits

that might look there now at some point

during the night gorov begins to hear

noises coming from within the room he

hears tapping sounds around him as if

someone was tapping with their fingers

on the metal en closings of the mor

groms gorov upon hearing the sounds asks

the spirits questions asking them to

respond Bond or cause movement in the

room but after hours and hours of trying

he gets no concrete evidence G of Aran

in my opinion is the definition of stay

disappointed at the lack of evidence

gorov didn't give up he prepares himself

to find something in his next location

the infamous old gilong jail in Victoria

Australia while only four executions

ever took place in this jail there were

500 confirmed deaths within its walls

caused by the inmates killing each other

the prison is also said to be home to

the ghost of a violent prisoner named

Percy ramage who appears in his cell

even today to many visitors as a 7t tall

Shadow despite having died in the 1900s

people that live around the prison and

those who have visited it have seen full

body apparitions heard footsteps when

they were alone in the jail and felt

someone come close to their ear and

stories see them for himself and capture

them on camera gorov and his crew go

over to the gilong trail and begin

capturing footage from every single

angle of every single building in the

hopes of gathering proof the crew makes

their way into the jail cells where

murders have been reported and where

activity is known to be high such as

sounds of people talking that can still

be heard finally after hours of

gathering footage and evidence it was

time for the crew to review what they

had got as they start looking through

the hundreds of photos and videos

they've captured initially they see

nothing think nobody in the first photo

nobody in the second photo nobody in the

third photo until the team

realizes they see something in a picture

of the jail

remember it being completely empty the

jail was left empty for the crew to come

and shoot in but in the distance you can

see what looks like a black silhouette

Tahir Khan who met gorov shortly after

he returned from Australia said he saw

the footage firsthand and claims he's

never seen anything like it in his life

like a you didn't even have to point it

to me yeah it looks like a man with a

pot belly yeah standing there I but I I

would vager it's photosho or something

it's with these things where you know

you see something like a human being and

your brain tricks you cuz you know there

are other parts of this picture that

could easily be like you know changes in

the coloring of this picture I know

don't this is think so obviously just a

humanlike figure humanoid if I may say

line with with a bloated tummy it's me

after the day of eating Nan that was

Aran and kyong Trail back in 2007 now

towards that footage but that's not even

the only thing they caught that day they

have another footage of a different

Corridor where it seems like a figure

comes right in front of the camera lens

with its face really really closed and

and then suddenly disappears just like

the way this prison guard did it's

terrifying there is footage from that

day and to me it's really scary after

gorov returned to India from Australia a

number of news channels reached out to

him and the newly founded Paranormal

Society of India and asked them to

accompany the reporters to some of

India's most haunted locations along

with the reporters from the news channel

gorov and his team agreed to go over to

kulhara a second time now if you don't

know Kara's story some three 300 years

ago members of The Village who

identified as palal brahans disappeared

after putting a curse on it curse that

said that nobody would ever be able to

set foot on the village land ever again

ever since The Disappearance The Village

was abandoned and today remains

completely empty with no human

settlement however members of nearby

Villages still hear children playing

women singing and markets running that

once existed 300 years ago with or of

the team decided to visit the abandoned

Village and make their way to the

Village graveyard it was there on the K2

meter and other audio equipment carried

by the group that corov Heard a Voice a

voice corov claimed was of someone

telling the crew to leave the village

and its villagers alone The Voice

terrified an experienced investigator

like gorov to such a great degree that

he instantly ended the shoot and

everybody left the location as soon as

possible incidents of this nature kept

happening to gorov he kept exposing

himself to an unknown world that many

claim is dangerous and many close to

gorov still believe that it was this

proximity of his to the supernatural

that began to take a serious toll on his

life In fact when asked by reporters

about the effects of his work on his

personal health and well-being gorov had

said something that became famous much

after after he said it he said because

of his constant contact with spirits and

ghosts in his professional life

sometimes negative energies stay back

with him and trouble him in his personal

life you're almost exactly describing

it's almost not the possibility of

finding these beings that's as scary but

the idea of them somehow latching on to

our personal lives and coming back with

us that's really really terrifying and

many people claim that is what happened

to gorov or or it's just a you know very

good excuse for not having a

good abely I am cheating on you because

this witch made that's convenient I'm

not saying he was doing that but I'm

just saying others shouldn't use this

excuse I agree in December of 2015 gorov

got married to the love of his life his

longtime girlfriend Arya and on the

outside life seemed to be going well for

him and his family it was now July in

2016 and gorff was living in dwara in

New Delhi with his wife and his parents

despite their new marriage though fights

between the couple became a common

occurrence relatively soon many claimed

that Goro's erratic lifestyle of odd

hours and lots of travel was worrisome

to his wife Arya unfortunately being out

late and traveling with the two aspects

intrinsic to gor's job it was simply

something he could not change over time

though the fights between the two grew

and only got worse on the 6th of July

2016 a similar fight took took place

because gorov returned home at 2: in the

night after having left his house many

hours prior despite the fight though

gorov was tired and so he got into his

bed along with his wife and they both

fell sound asleep the next morning on

the 7th of July the house started to

wake up his wife woke up his parents

woke up and then gorov woke up at around

9:00 a.m. he ate his breakfast and

started working on some footage from the

night before then at sometime between

10: and 12:00 a.m. that morning gorov

got up from his work desk made his way

to his washroom and five short minutes

after he had gone in Arya heard a loud

thud from inside the washroom Arya

shouted his name from the outside hoping

for a response but there was only

deafening silence she tried to open the

door to the washroom but it was locked

on the inside she tries her best to

break the lock but but she's unable to

upon hearing this frenzied commotion

Goro's father comes running into the

room and he and Arya together break open

the washroom door only to realize their

lives will never ever be the same lying

on the floor of the washroom was an

unconscious gorov Arya noticed on his

neck a black line that she hadn't seen

before panicked the family called an

ambulance which rushed gorov to the

nearest hospital in Delhi but upon

reaching the hospital gorov was declared

dead the reason for his death was

determined to be asphixiation or death

by

strangulation Goro's family though

refused to accept this conclusion to his

death they find it incredibly weird that

just a few minutes before his suicide he

was on his computer talking to a

magazine editor about having his picture

on the cover he was sending emails back

and forth and then in the middle of all

of this in the middle of an email he

just walked over to the washroom and

killed himself

that was hard to believe when the family

refused to accept this verdict the cops

decided to listen to their demands and

called Arya over to the police station

for questioning during her questioning

Arya tells the cops that for the last 1

month gorov had claimed that quote

negative energies had been troubling him

end quote she told them that ever since

he had told her that he also started

behaving very differently he had started

talking less staying to himself seeming

lost and seemingly unhappy you know I'm

not sure what to think or who to believe

because on the one side you know he was

looking forward to getting his picture

on the cover of a magazine which is a

typical of people who are about to kill

themselves right they're not looking

forward to getting something done it's

it's a very different sort of a dynamic

at play um but on the same hand these

negative energies you speak about right

whether whether Supernatural or whether

him just not being in a good place in

the head was there anybody apart from

Arya who could attest to his mental

state 1 month before um this took place

there's nothing that I've hurt for I

haven't heard of any interviews

conducted with G's parents or any with

his friends it is just Arya but

throughout that it seemed like gor of's

parents have stood behind Arya as well

right so that to me indirectly is kind

of their faith in her version of the

events considering they were all living

in the same house as well but yeah no

that's the extent of what I know

initially thought that perhaps the long

hours of the work and the odd nature of

the job had taken a toll on him and that

maybe he was going through depression at

worst but over time gorov kept repeating

that it was still the negative energies

that were troubling him he had expressed

the same feelings to some of his other

crew members from the Paranormal Society

too now the police were initially

hesitant to believe the story they tried

their best to steer away from using

Spirits as an explanation for his death

and understandably so but the family

brought up other genuine points like the

way his body was found and the lack of a

motive for him to kill himself and truly

the cops were unable to answer these

questions because the cops couldn't find

any suitable explanation of their own

they dabbled with many other seemingly

random theories one of them was the

possibility of an extra marital affair

with one of his co-workers the police

claimed that it was this extra marital

Affair and the fact that gorov was

already stuck in a marriage with Arya

that made him kill himself but that

doesn't explain why only a few months

ago gorov had married Arya in a love

marriage he could have ended things with

her and married whoever he wanted to

Aran another very popular theory that

the cops came up with was that it was

Arya Goro's wife and Goro's father that

together conspired to kill him let me

guess go the father and Arya had a

little something going on absolutely not

dirty mind that's not at all what

happened Arya found out about G's Affair

is the police's Theory why would the dad

help then getting to it in a fit of rage

Arya ended up killing gorov G's father

joined in to help cover this time up and

I agree with Aran 100% nothing about the

dad's involvement in this Theory makes

any sense to me it's one of the

stupidest theories but that's another

it's one of those things where you want

to blame the woman you come up with

something but I will say that it's not

out of the ordinary to have the partner

the spouse be the one responsible for

Mur but again it's not a murder it's a

suicide so I hate when we you know take

somebody who's innocent and without

evidence ber them but you know the

better more plausible Theory would have

been had the father been involved the

two of them having a little something

something that makes sense what is

interesting in all of this is the number

of people who support the theory that

the supernatural had something to do

with gv's death shortly after he died a

blogger for the daily o named deepta Roy

wrote an article about how she believed

it was the spirits of bhangar another

one of the haunted locations gorov had

visited that maybe had something to do

with his death she wrote about how every

single time she's visited bangar she's

felt energies she could not explain and

how every time she left the haunted

location she felt like she was taking

back some negative energies with her

just to add again we also went to BH for

Bo Busters didn't really feel anything

there so sorry M Roy but can't attest

your lived experience yeah she

speculates though perhaps something

similar happened to gorov regardless

though at the end of this really long

charade about the mysterious death of G

of thari the cops closed the case by

calling it a suicide and remained unable

to explain the reasons that actually led

to the suicide the lack of a motive and

the circumstances which led to this

quote suicide still leads some to

speculate that g of actually didn't take

his life after all the case of his death

may be closed in the police's Case Files

but it remains open for us and for you

the True Crime Community to speculate

over or we may have to learn to live

with this tragic mystery
