o time desenvolvimento. Precisa estar junto essa galera ali para definir o que vai ser entregue.
Primeira dica para você mandar bem na sua Sprint Planning: Não foque nas minúcias do Backlog! Não
vá lá pegando, não começa por aí não! Vou olhar o Backlog e tal, comece definindo um objetivo.
Qual que é o objetivo daquele Sprint?
Quando você foca nas minúcias vai perder muito tempo, quando você
foca no objetivo você pode pensar em maneiras mais inteligentes de alcançar aquele objetivo,
gasta a primeira parte da tua reunião de planejamento do Sprint definindo um objetivo,
isso mesmo! Gasta a primeira parte da reunião definindo objetivo.
Depois que o objetivo estiver claro, vai ficar muito mais
fácil para você selecionar as tarefas que vão ser entregues.
Então, Josefina mais o time de desenvolvimento vão selecionar as tarefas,
vão definir objetivos e selecionar as tarefas que precisam ser entregues.
Essas tarefas, essas histórias, elas precisam estar estimadas, seja em Story Points,
em hora ou tamanho de camiseta, ou seja, se você tem capacidade de entregar 40, por que que
você vai planejar 50, não vai dar certo! Vai dar errado esse negócio aí! Então, você vai ter que,
quando você tiver selecionado ali, "Opa, passamos da nossa velocidade, passamos da nossa capacidade,
então vamos baixar aqui um pouquinho essas entregas antes de você dá o play ali no Sprint".
E aqui vem a dica número 2: Essa reunião, ela não é uma reunião rápida, não é uma reunião de 15
minutos, ela é uma reunião importante de acontecer e tem que acontecer com a presença da Josefina,
a nossa P.O, pois se ela não estiver na reunião não faz sentido a reunião acontecer,
se o time de desenvolvimento não estiver também não faz sentido,
como é que você vai definir objetivo que vai atender o produto sem a participação da Josefina?
Josefina precisa estar na reunião!
Então essa é uma reunião longa com a participação de todos ali,
você vai ser tentado a querer acelerar as coisas, tipo: "Não, vamos colocar isso logo aí, assim,
assim, vamos embora! To deixando de produzir ou podia estar fazendo isso, aquilo outro!"
Mas, se você não amolar o machado, se você não gastar tempo ali pensando
direitinho como você vai derrubar a árvore, você até pensa assim:
"Dá, to trabalhando, estou derrubando a árvore aqui, estou dando chute nela!"
Você não vai ser tão efetivo se você gastar um tempo ali.
A melhor forma de eu derrubar essa árvore é com um machado,
com uma serra elétrica, ou algo que faça mais sentido, ou tem em casa em volta.
Se ficou cansado no meio da reunião usa dica número 2: Levanta, toma um café...
"Quero café!!!"
...volta, bebe uma água, faz intervalo, volta todo mundo com a cabeça fresca ali e começa!
Essa é a dica número 2! Você pausa no meio da reunião se a coisa ficar cansativa,
mas não tenta acelerar a reunião porque vai ser ruim para o teu Sprint.
Quanto tudo estiver definido, o que é o Sprint e a Josefina, mais o time,
já se comprometeu, é importante que você revise e faça um compromisso verbal.
"Galera, o objetivo é esse, a gente está comprometido com isso,
tudo certo Fulano? Tudo certo Beltrano? Tudo certo? Combinado?"

No meio do Sprint você para com o seu time para refinar o Backlog! Isso vai
ajudar você a olhar o Sprint atual de uma forma diferente, já pensando nos trabalhos
que estão por vir e também vai ajudar você, na próxima Plane a já ter coisas refinadas, então,
faz esse refinamento no meio do Sprint se você tiver Sprint de 2 ou 4 semanas.
E aqui vai uma dica final: Usa o Método ICE na priorização do teu Backlog! Você
