lessons and things you need to know when
it comes to starting Drop Shipping or

before the end of the week you guys

video I'll go ahead and start dropping
value on ad creatives Facebook uh ads
and stuff like that right I appreciate
all the support um you guys kind of
motivating me to keep posting so if we
keep on this trajectory I'll keep
dropping value and I'm enjoying filming
this content so back to 10 lessons that
I've basically learned over the years
when it comes to drop shipping
now first things first is this is kind
of a lesson but a point I wanted to say
Drop Shipping does work it just isn't
working for you right now now some of
you watching this video may be
like man my friends keep telling me Drop
Shipping doesn't work or I've seen
online Drop Shipping is a scam Drop
Shipping you can't make long-term money
from like all of this is just a lie
right because I've been able to achieve
success with Drop Shipping myself I've
been a drop shipper now for four years
at least fulltime so I know Drop
Shipping does work and you can earn
multiple thousands millions even from
e-commerce Drop Shipping online right so
let's just get that out the way you can
check older videos for like proof or
something like that this is just going
to be a raw authentic video probably not
even edited of me just filtering out
some thoughts and trying to help you
guys essentially so that is pretty much
Pro Pro that Drop Shipping does work
right I have friends that drop ship
full-time don't let anyone convince you
that it doesn't work because it does and
what I mean by it just isn't working for
you right now is that you may just be
doing things a little bit wrong or you
may not have found the right product yet
or it might just not be your time when I
first got started with Drop Shipping it
took me between 6 to 12 months and
thousands lost to even get success with
Drop Shipping so don't feel like if
you're not getting any success after 3
months after 4 months after 5 months
that this thing doesn't work it does
work it's just that you need to figure
out what's going wrong in the business
maybe you're launching old products
maybe your ad creatives are not up to
scratch maybe your store is just not up
to scratch right it looks cheap it looks
tacky people don't really trust it maybe
your ad creatives are not engaging
enough people aren't clicking from
Facebook or Tik Tok or wherever you're
advertising to onto your website and
there's just going to be something
usually which is going wrong in your
funnel
essentially now second thing and and
lesson number two
is don't just copy copy and
improve so what I mean by this is
there's a lot of guys that will just
directly rip something one for one rip
the ad copy the landing page uh and go
ahead and essentially try run it as
their own now not only are you not going
to get much of the market share because
you're probably a bit late to the
product that's not too big of an issue
but it's more so an issue that you're
going to end up you're not
differentiating yourself from the
competitor and they were originally the
best at that or at least the main person
selling it you're also probably going to
get a
dmca like a shop Shopify copyright
infringement or they're going to ban
your ad account because they might
report you to Facebook for using their
content or stuff like that if it's
ripped one for one this is so this is
you've just downloaded it and reuploaded
it what I mean by copy and improve is
people also just directly rip landing
pages what you should be doing is
copying the methods that they've done so
for example if you see a good ad copy
right copy their script now copy their
script and improve it so what you're
going to do is like I did on the last
video I showed you use like Riverside FM
get it transcripted because we know that
script works it's a winning script and
then you're going to throw
some pointers into chat gbt can you
please reword this for me or reword this
script for me using and then maybe some
copywriters name uh formula to improve
the the copy on it or something and
churn out a bunch of different scripts
and then choose one which you think is
an improvement on theirs or read the
Facebook comments see what their ad copy
or creative doesn't address and then
address those pay points as well like if
people are asking questions address that
into your ad creative same with landing
pages um don't just one for one rip the
landing page copy and improve it so
hopefully that point kind of makes sense
we don't ever recommend anyone just
copying copying and improve um you
always want to make sure you're doing
better than whatever the competitor is
because they've already got the start on
you they've already got the data so when
you're trying to come into the market
and take up someone market share for
that product or take up sales it's
always going to be harder for you
because they've got the time on you
they've got the data they've got the ad
spend and all of that
right third lesson
is I personally think if you're getting
into Drop Shipping or you're currently
Drop Shipping the best thing you can do
is stick to the most scalable
and I'd
say best niches to be honest and these
are what we always recommend um these
are what we personally sell in if we
know anyone getting into Drop Shipping
we would recommend them these kind of
four or five niches as well first one is
beauty right beauty is a massive Niche
women buy a ton of stuff online for God
knows what reason um they just enjoy
buying stuff makeup products things that
improve their confidence shapewear even
and stuff like that it's very scalable
and there's a lot of pain points you can
go into right
next Niche is Health similar type of
thing tons of pain points everyone at
some age will have some form of health
problems right whether it's back posture
whether it's knee pain um all of these
things will come into some form of pain
point that you can formulate and sell to
the customer very scalable Niche
right third one home decor this is my
personal favorite um I've sold in home
decor for years and years USA Market EU
Market it's one of those niches where it
isn't really confined to a specific
audience like yes if you've got your own
home you're probably going to end up
buying something for your home whether
it's an ornament whether it's a painting
whatever it is again a massive scalable
Niche the next one perfect for Q4 is
essentially uh kids toys so anything to
do with when I say kids toys I also
include babies in that so kids toys such
as like trucks remote control trucks um
baby stuff is in it's summertime they're
traveling on holiday you might sell them
a baby or the parents even a baby float
right these types of niches these four
niches are like the main ones my go-to
niches if I'm setting up a new store if
I'm advising anyone if I'm selling
myself all of our products will come
under these four niches one of a bit of
a sticky one or one which is really good
but it requires a good back end is
fashion so you can drop fashion products
but a lot of the time you're going to
have issues with sizing which most many
most people don't even talk about
Chinese sizes are a lot smaller than
like European or USA sizes so you need
to make sure you're getting your
supplier to double check add size charts
to your product pages uh sizing up like
one or two sizes from say if it's a
small in um Chinese size or if a
customer orders are small in UK size
that's probably going to be like a large
in Chinese size you know so you have to
factor that in as well and make sure if
you are selling fashion you do have a
good back end because we've seen many
people get burnt with fashion so like I
said lesson number three is pretty much
stick to the best niches now on to
number four lesson number four is
that if you haven't already you should
look at selling into untapped markets
now what I mean by untapped markets is
one ones which the majority of people
aren't selling to it doesn't mean no
one's selling to them like there's
always going to be a drop shipper that's
went out there and sold to them but
there are so many like pockets of
audiences and people in countries that
you wouldn't even thought to have sold
to so of course we have USA UK uh
Australia Canada these are like the top
English speaking countries that every
drop shipper starting will want to go
into right they know English they can
speak it
um they you know just default to these
kind of uh countries to sell to now the
ones after that are I'd say the second
tier
ones are the big EU market so this is
what like a lot of the time me and my
brother be the vcom Run um usually
countries such as Germany and Austria
that's like a massive that's like
probably Germany's probably the best EU
Market I'd say or or one of the best
alongside Netherlands and Belgium so if
you were to run EU you you'd run Germany
Austria together and then you'd run
maybe a store on Netherlands and Belgium
both of those countries have like you
know massive buying power they have
decent audience sizes uh and you can run
up I wouldn't say easily but it's
definitely realistic to run five figure
days there consistently uh in those
markets now underneath that so i' say
third tier you kind of have a little bit
more untapped ones where it's like
Denmark um Sweden and Norway um Sweden
requires CL so that's a bit of a hard
kind of Market to get into if you don't
have like an LLC or you don't have a
plug that can get you a CL so that's why
it's a little bit untapped just because
swedes always like paying on clana for
online so those are like kind of the
third tier and there's even another tier
below that that I actually have a friend
um that I spoke to recently and he
actually sells in like untapped untapped
EU markets so places like uh Poland
um you know Italy even um Portugal as
well he was telling me there's so many
places where you could easily do like 1K
Revenue in these you know markets and
open up like five to six stores and all
keep them at like 1K day even Czech
Republic you know um all of these types
of smaller markets are untapped I
personally haven't went that far but I
do know you can make money there right
you just need uh like credit card you
need to kind of obviously translate the
language is and there might be a few
local payment methods that you can get
with them but again on top of that there
was another guy um the other week
selling on was Twitter and he was saying
uh Asia is another massive Market which
no one sells to so like Singapore and
these types of places so again there's
so much potential out there where you
should be exploring these options you
know and that's just a lesson which I've
learned over the years a few years back
I didn't even know about EU Drop
Shipping um and on our store alone this
year year we've done over a million with
a store so it just goes to show like one
or two years in Ecom and Drop Shipping
you know you've earned enough money than
most people's salary for like five six
years you know so lesson number I think
we're on less lesson number five now
is focusing on ad creatives and product
these are the two main things when it
comes to drop shipping right it's not
really going to be like the design of
your store assuming your your Drop
Shipping Store is not just awful right
most people can design if you just
YouTube or something a simple store
design or look at like a A Drop Shipping
Brand's website and just follow their
template and just get it done yourself
and made your store is probably not the
issue it's likely going to be your
product selection or your creatives now
creatives are heavy in 2024 if you have
a winning product you should just be
testing creatives after creatives after
creatives right and not really focus on
testing other products it should be more
so heavily changing hooks changing
scripts changing ad text changing video
getting ugc that is usually going to be
the issue right creatives or mostly
product is again another massive part if
you've got if your product selection is
bad as in you're just copying products
from six seven months back and you're
just trying to rip the same thing and
run it you're not going to find success
most of the time like yes there's maybe
a small exception of people that can but
for the majority of guys you're not
going to make any money with that so you
need to focus on product selection
finding products that are just on the
trajectory of going up right so they've
been launched recently they've got some
traction
and you then want to jump on that kind
of surfboard and ride it pretty much
until the the wheels fall off right
until you co to the shore or whatever
you want to call it you don't want to be
coming in you know 6 to 12 months after
ripping stuff or only making slight
changes and then expecting to make a
bunch of money with it so focus on
product focus on ad creatives now ad
creatives I haven't done a video on
product selection I've already done a
video on so after this you can go ahead
uh and check it as well you know and
find the criteria we use where we find
them uh etc etc
now on to lesson number six and this is
one which many people face including me
uh uh my brother Beast of vcom many
students many people online I
see you are going to face
roadblocks it's all part of the game and
you shouldn't Panic now what happens is
when you get your first roadblock you
start panicking you think the world's
ending you know um you scaled your first
winning product and you think maybe
you've got a dmca or you get a ban from
Facebook like your ad account goes down
maybe PayPal starts holding your money
and says for 21 days we're not going to
release any of your funds until the
product's been delivered and usually
what most people do is start panicking
they quit they say it doesn't work or
how am I going to keep going little do
you know there's usually a solution for
most things in Drop Shipping you just
need to remain calm and getting
roadblocks in Drop Shipping is normal so
okay how if I get an ad account ban am I
going to fix this well was pretty simple
you should at this point have backup ad
accounts anyway so in a business manager
you should always have backup ad
accounts so you can just find out what
triggered the ban and run it on a new ad
account
right you might have been a little bit
aggressive with your ad copy the
creative might have uh
included you know some things that
Facebook don't like that's for you to
figure out as a marketer right change it
run it on another ad account okay maybe
your business manager's been banned well
just buy another business manager so you
know go inside Discord groups telegram
groups uh ask around and say has anyone
got a plug to purchase business managers
uh PayPal gives you a hold right
typically what you're going to want to
do is maybe email them making sure
you're uploading tracking
um maybe have a credit card which you
can use to ease cash flow uh ask your
Drop Shipping agent if you're using one
where they can still send the productss
out and you'll pay them you know
slightly later maybe in 5 to 7 days
there's usually a solution to most
things in Drop Shipping I'll be honest
and this is how you're able to do it for
so long because the guys that are
crushing it they have the connections
essentially uh that they've built up
over the years and they have the
experience on how to get over these
roadblocks but roadblocks are perfectly
normal you know you shouldn't Panic you
should take a few hours you know cry
about it moan about it and then get back
to the drawing board and figure how to
fix whatever the roadblock
is next thing
is there's going to be ups and downs in
Drop Shipping and it's perfectly normal
now for me even um there's ups and downs
always like I don't know if many people
say this in Drop Shipping I don't care
I'm quite transparent but some months
you'll have or previously some months
you'll have massive months where you're
doing like a few 100K 200 300 you know k
with Drop Shipping other months you may
reach a low month of 100K now I know
that sounds stupid of like RK while it's
only 100K but it would be the same for
if you were just getting started out you
might have a month where you make 30k
Revenue right and then the next month
after that you only make 10 or 12
because your winning products dying out
the Ros is quite bad and you can even
narrow it down to days some days it's
going to it's going to be good and on
the weekends you may make 1K revenue and
then throughout the week week it drops
to 200 Revenue these are the times where
you need to remember it's it's a you
have to look at things in totality like
don't just look at it as being a bad day
or a bad month how will the year go you
know look at the year overall and go
from that and take a kind of lore of
average I usually say
so it isn't like Drop Shipping isn't
glamorous where it's like unless you're
experienced of course um and you can
kind of like you say even when it's a
bad month you still have a six figure
month but my overall point is that don't
expect things to just be plain sailing
like business is never just this where
you just take off and you know
everything's all all easy in that sense
it's usually going to be a bit of this
it's going to Coast at some points it's
going to spike up you have a great
weekend it's going to tank down to the
bottom you have a massive issue maybe
your ad account gets banned for 3 days
you have no Revenue right until you fix
the issue so and it takes a long while
for the account to now get a bit of
optimization again and the ads back up
so like I said it's ups and downs it's
part of the game is business if you're
not willing to risk that or um you know
accept the fact there's going to be ups
and downs then just get a job every
month you know you're going to get 2 3 4
5K and you don't have to worry about
that but again for you guys who are
probably watching this video you don't
want that safety so just to embrace it
it's all part of the game I face it
Beast of vcom face it all of my friends
who do do uh seven figures with Drop
Shipping they face the same thing as
well
right now next thing
is never stop learning and testing ego
will be your downfall so hopefully
you've taken that in because this is a
lesson I learned pretty early on in Drop
Shipping right first year Drop Shipping
uh was doing
great ended up hitting like I don't know
I got to a point where I was doing like
30k months cons consistently and at the
time for me that was a lot we went up to
like 50k months with Revenue so we were
making like 10 to probably
12K um at like 19 20 with Drop Shipping
um and I'd never seen kind of money in
that sense pretty
much in my entire life so I didn't
really know how to navigate it save it
Etc and I instead of reinvesting back
into the store content ads that type of
thing I was just doing stupid stuff you
know spending on going to the clubs
buying designer clothes and eventually
that was my downfall for that specific
period right I ended up winning product
died out and for a good few months after
that maybe 6 to 12 months it took me a
while to really get back on my feet and
figure out okay you need to stop doing
this
and go back to the go back to what was
working essentially do more of what was
working what was you
doing when it was working working I was
doing long days I was working I was
always product researching trying to
find the latest products I was always
testing now when I found my winning
product I stopped testing okay what
happened it went downhill so don't I see
over the years so many guys come to Ecom
Drop Shipping one good month two good
months they hit a six figer month maybe
a bit more they blow up earn a big
amount of cash they've never seen and
before you know it they end up being
back to square one so always be humble
always learn from others there's guys
like Revenue it doesn't matter if
someone's done 100K Revenue 10K Revenue
like you can always learn something from
someone there's guys inside of our group
that have they're new to drop shipping
but they have sites and insights and and
maybe websites that we haven't seen
before and they drop them in the group
and we go oh that's a useful tool like
I'm going to use that thanks for sharing
that so don't ever think you're too big
to keep learning you know the guys at
the top are always learning new
techniques testing new techniques they
never just think they know enough
essentially
now onto lesson I think number eight
maybe is make sure when you're Drop
Shipping you be aggressive and you're
fast Drop Shipping requires speed and
what I mean by that is if you can get a
product turned around within 24 hours
boom do it like you find a good product
today and within 24 hours you've got a
product page created with custom images
not physically like photos taken but
you've edited them so they look on brand
you've got a creative crushed out within
24 hours you've been online found the
footage done it and you've got the ads
launched and it's out there too many
times have I seen
guys jump in and be like man I didn't
think this product was going to work so
I didn't test it um and then I seen one
guy a month later he was crushing With
It Drop Shipping loves money loves speed
in general money loves speed Drop
Shipping is a game of if someone if you
start selling a a winning product and
you don't scale it aggressively I.E you
pump the budgets
you invest in creatives you you know
you're looking to scale horizontally or
vertically whether it's increased budget
open more stores launch more audiences
whatever it is someone's going to come
in and steal that product and rip it
pretty much the way you should have so
you may as be the you may as well be the
guy to do it you need to have quick
turnaround times um don't be waiting 2 3
4 weeks to to get a product turned
around unless you're doing branding
which is totally different there's a
whole process you can't really you know
factor into that a box needs to be
designed and everything like that um
make sure you pretty much are speed
running as quick as possible everyone I
know that's doing very well can take a
store from nor to a coup K per day
within the first week pretty easily now
that of course that comes with
experience but they they move fast when
it comes to to launching products when
it comes to scaling products and
everything that itself will come with a
lot of issues IE payment processors
stuff like that you'll get onto it at
some point but it's all part of the
game now finally I I don't know how long
I've been recording but finally I would
say lesson number 10 is try not to
follow everyone's advice
just stick to maybe a couple or a
handful of people you take advice from
in Drop Shipping because if not what's
going to happen is that you get analysis
paralysis you start
saying this guy said do CBO when it
comes to testing this guy said does
when he tests what do I do and then you
don't do anything because you don't know
what to do the only reason you don't
usually know what the only reason why
you usually won't take an action is
because you you don't know what to do
you know if someone says okay go mow the
lawn and you don't know how to mow the
lawn you're not going to mow the lawn
because you don't know how to do it so
what I'm saying
is find one technique which is working
or two techniques which is working for
someone in the industry it could be me
could be Beast of Ecom we use the same
techniques but could be anyone right and
just stick to them don't try to follow
everyone's advice be open to learning
but at the start when you're getting
started or your you're finding a bit of
success choose a handful of people and
follow their advice and test it
thoroughly and then if it doesn't work
maybe move on to the next one because
you don't want to be everyone has their
own way of Drop Shipping Some people
prefer to like I say launching cbos Some
people prefer to test with a ad
creatives Some people prefer to test
with three ad creatives Some people
prefer to test in the USA Some people
prefer to test in EU everyone has their
own kind of way of dro shipping and what
works for them and that's what all Drop
Shipping is about finding what pretty
much works for you so that is the 10th
lesson for Drop Shipping and this is 5
years worth of knowledge and million
dollar millions of dollars generated
with Drop Shipping and also spent on
Facebook ads hopefully you guys did
