um today we're gonna talk about i'm
doing an update oh that's hot that

um i just got through cooking as you've
probably seen or maybe you didn't maybe
i'm gonna show here just a second
but i got a new pit boss um little
griddle
um that i got on amazon it was like 99
bucks and i let my brother use it for a
while
i just got it back from not too long ago
and it's the first time i've ever used
it
so i kind of got to get a um the
temperatures down but actually turned
down
looks like it turned out pretty dang
good you can see i got a couple eggs
that was a double yolk that was a big
egg
um double yolk and another one i'm
probably gonna eat a whole piece of
bacon sausage and
egg and give the rest of brandy so so
after i show you guys cooking i'm gonna
give you a seven day
update on the carnivore diet and how
i've been doing
um the results i've got and it's just
i'm kind of surprised i'm kind of
surprised at the results but let me show
you guys cooking this

okay i gotta sit this way for better

um gracie what are you doing this is
gracie back behind me so this
uh this is going to be my seven day
updated video on the for some reason i
want to say
corona virus but i keep it's carnivore
diet i don't know
anyways um so i've been on it for seven
days
and uh the results are pretty shocking
to me
now i've done the keto before um i've
done low carb which pretty much is keto
this is absolutely zero carbs
uh no vegetables uh no bread
uh things like that no candy no pop um
so i've been
i've been eating like that for seven
days
and uh the results are speaking for
themselves i mean
the way i feel in on the scale so i've
lost a total of
seven to eight pounds kind of i weighed
a couple times and it was a little
different so
seven pounds in the first seven days
which i know
from doing things like this in the past
the first week you're losing a lot of
water weight
so i expect it to slow down after this
week
maybe a couple two three pounds and
that's pretty normal
for me whenever i do things like this
two to four pounds and if
i'm exercising a little bit more maybe
but uh
i'm happy with that um i was very
surprised
uh of how much i actually lost the first
one like i said before i've done other
diets i've lost maybe four or five
pounds the first week never seven to
eight
um so that just tells me i was full of
fluids and um it cleaned my body out i
guess and
the way i feel um i may still look
bloated but i do not
feel bloated so that actually happened
within two days after two days of eating
this cutting the carbs out and the sugar
and all that which i was already doing
pretty much low low sugar anyways
but now cutting it completely out
i guess it has something to do with it i
assume the carbs and stuff but i don't i
do not feel bloated at
all like i said probably still look a
little bloated but i don't
feel like it i feel better my energy
level has been up but there has been
times
well i don't get a lot of sleep as it is
anyways if i get five hours of sleep at
night that's
really really good for me um i just
don't sleep well
but i have been falling asleep um and
staying asleep which before
the seven days i would wake up several
times throughout the night sometimes i
wake up
2 30 in the morning not build actually a
lot of times and not wet and not go back
to sleep and have to go to work
so that has not happened in the seven
days and that's pretty consistent with
me waking up
2 3 in the morning 3 30 in the morning
and not be able to go back to sleep
no clue if it has anything to do with my
diet but i just know over the last week
has not happened once and it usually
happens
several times a week so that's that's
good that's really good
and as far as what i've been eating you
guys seen this video that little pit
boss that little
griddle works awesome and i'm not
promoting the pit box behind me i just
got the lighting
i do got some ribs on there maybe i'll
show you guys here in a minute um
but that little uh but you guys seen
what you see when i cook some bacon eggs
and that's what i've been eating just
just meat a little bit of cheese
from the things i read you can eat
cheese with it um
a light dairy i guess you might say but
if you're going to do full-blown
carnivore diet like
like extreme they say it's absolutely no
dairy it's pretty much just
meat and uh eggs i guess meat and eggs
so that's why i've been eating a lot of
that and uh it's been fine it's been
fine for me um
because i can do that anyways i can eat
hamburger patties for breakfast lunch
and dinner
doesn't really bother me at all i've
been putting um it's a higher
fat so i did read where you can have
some ranch so i've been eating some
ranch with the
with some of the meat i've been going
crazy with it but it says
that is um you guys can correct me with
if i'm wrong if you've done it before
but it's higher in fat so you actually
need that so
like a lot of bacon pork chops um i've
been eating chicken not a lot of chicken
which i like chicken we'll i'll start
doing more chicken stuff
i might just been doing the basic easy
steak
bacon sausage and things like that
brought worse
so actually it's been pretty easy for me
uh so far
but this is something i've done quite a
few times in the past as far as the low
carbs like i said
um but yeah that's the update um i did
take all my measurements and stuff i'm
going to do all
that towards the um the 30 days and my
plan for this
is uh do it for 30 days and see where
i'm at go if i want to continue it i
will
gracie quit gracie gracie and lily going
at it back behind me
um if i want to continue i will if not
i'm at the at the minimum i will go to
um
the keto diet again which i really
enjoyed that because i like broccoli
and vegetables and stuff like that too
and you got a little bit more leeway
with
um the keto diet eating more foods
obviously but this is just something
i was wanting to try and uh so far so
good
um i'm pleased with it uh my brother's
actually on it too my uncle uh decided
to do my uncle rico from rico's place
and my brother from our rustic live so

um vince has been posting regular too so
our rustic life in rico's place i don't
know if they put an update video on on
their channel yet or not
at first i was gonna do this like every
two three days but now
i'm just gonna give you guys like a
seven day update and i know it's been a
little bit past seven days since i post
moving this goes out um but i'm gonna
give you guys a seven day
14 day 21 and 30 day update it's just
easier on me
than because i'm busy over at the
keeping a dutch channel i'm working off
grid and doing all that stuff so
stay tuned you'll have another you'll
have another video coming out pretty
quick
on the 14 day um carnivore diet so
so far so good um i don't know that's
that's all i could say
uh haven't had any negative effects okay
now there is one negative effect
if you watch joe rogan or listen to joe
rogan he will talk about this and it's
kind of
people don't talk about but um it does
give you the sports so i know it's gross
but it does it's clean your intestines
out i guess it's getting all the
bacteria out of it i don't know the
scientific behind it really i've just
from stuff
i've listened to but i guess that's one
of the side effects it does give you
the runs and uh for me it's been like
the first couple days
pretty bad then it the next two or three
days was fine and it's kind of hit and
miss with me
on that so if you guys are wondering
about that i know it's gross and i'll
quit talking about now
but other than that it's been good um as
far as um temptation is why as far as
cooking for the gross i still cook
what i'm doing i still cook dinner and
stuff for the girls and brandy and i'll
still
quit guys lily stop stop
i'll step so make the pasta and uh and
things like that
and bread it doesn't it doesn't has not
tempt me at all i've been pretty
i've been if you want i've been i've
been right on it 100
no waiver whatsoever and uh it's one of
the things once i get my mind
say i'm gonna do it i usually do what
i'm gonna say i'm gonna do
and so far so good but i'll quit
