Outlines
🃏 Introduction to Lenormand Card Reading
The script introduces a class on Lenormand card reading, a fortune-telling method derived from a Parisian fortune-teller and popularized by Johann Friedrich Hextall. The Lenormand deck consists of 36 cards, each with unique meanings and interactions with other cards. The video will explore the meanings of individual cards and their significance in various layouts, including the Grand Tableau, where cards are placed in 'houses' to reveal deeper insights. The first card, 'The Rider', symbolizes new beginnings, news, and swift developments, ruled by Mercury and associated with Aquarius, indicating a timeframe of 'soon'.
🍀 The Clover and Its Symbolism of Luck
The second paragraph delves into the symbolism of the Clover card in Lenormand readings, which represents good luck, positive outcomes, and taking chances. The card is associated with Jupiter, expansion, and the astrological sign Sagittarius, suggesting growth and innovation. The Clover is a positive card that can indicate good fortune in investments, relationships, and ventures. It is also connected to the six of diamonds in a standard deck of cards and is ruled by Jupiter, indicating good news and a sense of optimism.
🛳 The Ship and Its Association with Travel and Transition
The Ship card, discussed in the third paragraph, signifies travel, movement, and transition. It can indicate leaving behind the familiar and embracing change, with potential implications for international travel or career shifts. The Ship is linked to the ten of Spades in a regular deck and is associated with the planet Jupiter, the astrological sign Aries, and the month of March, suggesting action, motivation, and a timeframe for when these transitions might occur.
🏡 The House Card and Its Domestic Significance
The fourth paragraph focuses on the House card, which represents home, comfort, stability, and family. It can indicate domestic affairs, a sense of belonging, or even a home business. Associated with the King of Hearts in a standard deck, the House card is ruled by the Moon and the astrological sign Taurus, suggesting routine, stability, and a grounding energy. The number four and the month of April are connected to this card, offering potential timeframes for developments related to home and family.
🌳 The Tree and Its Connection to Life, Health, and Spirituality
The fifth paragraph explores the Tree card, which symbolizes life, health, family lineage, spiritual beliefs, and possibly soulmates. The card is associated with the Sun, representing vitality and life force, and is linked to the seven of hearts in a standard deck. The Tree card is positive for readings related to health and spiritual growth, and it can indicate karmic connections or ancestral influences. The number five and the month of May are connected to this card, suggesting springtime and new beginnings.
☁️ The Clouds and Their Representation of Uncertainty
The final paragraph of the script discusses the Clouds card, which introduces an element of uncertainty and confusion into readings. It can cloud issues, creating a sense of murkiness and complexity where clarity was expected. The Clouds card is associated with Neptune and Mercury, indicating illusions and a lack of mental clarity. It is connected to the air signs, suggesting duality and the potential for double lives or split paths. The number six and the month of June are linked to this card, offering timeframes that may relate to periods of confusion or disrupted plans.

Transcripts
I'm terrible and this is a class on
Leonor mine so this is derived from a
notable fortune-teller in Paris and the
image isn't Dec are totally separate but
they're from a card game derived by JK
Hextall in Nuremberg published in the
eighteen hundreds I'll link below for a
full history it's actually quite
comprehensive so basically it's a card
deck of 36 cards and what makes this
interesting is they all interact with
each other so they're an act with each
other so the card on the left or the
cards surrounding the main card are
interacting with each other in addition
you have the significant significant
cater which would be like for example
this person or a love card or whatever
and the cards surrounding that would
have meaning and you can also have
layouts to where the cards have
different meanings in different
positions and the corner cards and the
left side and right side so there's all
sorts of different information you can
get from just a few cars even though
it's only 36 cards and the other cool
part is you can get a grand a layout
otherwise called the grant a blow where
you have houses so for example this
house would be the WIPP and then you
would put something like the rider into
the whip house and that would derive
some extra meaning as well so you could
actually pull quite a bit of information
from the cards from the interaction
between the cards and from houses if you
do a grand tableau etc etc so it's very
cool obviously you're gonna have three
four five cars layouts and as well as
you can put all 36 cards down into the
grand tableau and get a reading not only
of the house but the interaction between
the cards so let's start off by going
through what the cards mean and then
we'll start doing readings almost
immediately instead of just going
through everyone and giving a meeting
we'll do a meeting of this and this and
then we'll start doing a reading which
is these two then we'll do this one will
read with these three so it's going to
be an interactive experience and
hopefully you learn something and we can
work Lenormand
together that would be great now the
first card is a horseman is the rider he
it's new situations or people are coming
this way news is on the way and the time
reference is soon so a lot of these
cards you'll have somebody ask how soon
is this coming or how soon is this
situation going to resolve itself and
when you put down the rider it means
fairly soon the couple more cards like
the moon for example which also mean
fairly soon but the rider does mean
things are coming along quickly if
somebody asked about a time frame so he
is the beginning he indicates sort of a
messenger and that derives from his
marriage to mercury which is all about
communication the ruler of the horsemen
is mercury if there is an also an
astrological sign for the writer as well
and that is Aquarius so the Horseman's
month is January and again it indicates
timeframes where things are coming soon
so you have good news some books also I
saw one book that indicated that it
could be a man arriving so depends on
your depends on how you read that it
also corresponds to the nine of hearts
now one of the cool things about Lew
Norman is if you just have a deck of
cards you can do a reading the writer
corresponds to the knight of hearts if
you want to go that way in a reading or
if you just have a standard deck of
cards and you want to throw down some
you have the writer on the nine of
hearts so this is the number one the
first card in the dallona line so the
next card is the clover four-leafed
clover this corresponds as you can see
here to the six of diamonds if you're
doing just standard deck cards so
obviously this is going to mean luck I
mean you automatically know four-leaf
clover we're talking about luck maybe
it's appropriate at this time to take a
bit of a chance you have hope you have
positive outcomes it definitely gives
you good luck in an investment it gives
you good luck as a return if you're in a
relationship starting this is going to
be good luck this is going to be
something that goes well it's a positive
card it's something that brings good
Jews obviously the four-leaf clover is
going to always have luck involved so if
you're going on a gambling trip or
something this is gonna be pretty good
for you now the ruler of the clover is
going to be Jupiter which is an
expansion planet it makes everything
larger it's it gets bigger everything is
expanding and getting cool Jupiter is
also good fortune as well
astrologically we're talking about
Sagittarius right said Sirius is a fire
element it's gonna be active it's going
to be an innovator it's going to be
something really good coming along so it
sort of represents the aura
maybe the ether Abadi as well and
definitely keeping positive once you see
the clover it definitely going to have
some good news coming so if we have a
reading on this for example maybe we
have these two cards we have a messenger
you remember mercury coming into Jupiter
coming into the clover the good luck
the expansion everything is going to be
fine so you do have this message
messenger coming in - good luck or the
message of good luck so these two are
going to interact in a positive way
differently good news is on the horizon
and good news is going to turn into good
luck so having these right beside each
other would be an amazing experience for
anybody so if they're going on a
gambling trip how'll I do well you
definitely have some good news coming
and the good news is that everything is
going to be cool maybe you're going to
make a bit of money I think you're going
to be lucky on this particular trip to
the casino if we have maybe a
relationship is this a new relationship
well maybe you do have some messages
coming in maybe you have some
information coming in about this person
and it's going to be some good
information we have the good luck thing
going and again if we have something
like a grand tableau where we have a
house of a good luck a lot of things are
going to go in this house and it's going
to be great right you're going to have
good luck enhanced by the messenger
messages did man
send messages of good luck for example
so so obviously if this lands in this
house it's going to be good news and
that's always going to be kind of cool
so the third card is going to be the
ship so the ship obviously is going to
mean travel gonna mean movement and
things like that
could also mean transition I'm
transitioning from this place to this
place or I have a transition coming up
in my job relationship is undergoing a
transition indicates movement and things
happening things going on now it does
mean that you're sort of leaving a
routine and familiar people may be
familiar an occupation behind its
familiar to you and you're sort of
moving on and again obviously travel
transition maybe international travel
maybe even a business trip as well now
in some books this indicates a person of
foreign descent maybe you could be
meeting someone of foreign descent and
you could have some interactions with
them as well so we're back to the same
planet as the last which is going to be
Jupiter expansion travel and things like
that the astrological sign here though
is another fire element in its Aries we
all know Aries right Aries is the doer
the motivator the the person getting
everything done the one that is out in
front the one that's doing all sorts of
that's doing all sorts of the rock
climbing maybe they're they're getting
things done basically so the ship is not
a stationary card to where you're just
gonna be sitting home watching the TV
the ship is movement and all sorts of
other things now the card as indicated
here is going to be the ten of Spades if
you're doing regular cards if not you
could just have one of these as well so
the ships month is March and again if
people are asking when is this going to
happen when is something going to happen
for example let's say I have the
previous thing and you translate this
with your intuition for the rider to
mean that the arrival of a man
for example okay and they want to know
when it's happening you can use the ship
the ship month is March you can indicate
maybe there's sort of a March timeframe
for something coming from another card
so again we have this interaction of the
cards is so cool you don't just read one
card and memorize a bunch of meanings
the whole point of this deck is one card
is interacting with another one which is
awesome this is very cool
and obviously the number three which
could be the third month of the year
right three months three weeks three
days so you definitely have numerical
translations here as well so somebody
wants to know some information and you
yank out a card you could use that
number as well to indicate a week's
months or the range in which something
is coming along so again very very cool
system that this this is deck uses so
again we can do some simplistic readings
maybe we have a messenger do you
remember mercury maybe we have a
messenger of upcoming travel maybe we
have a messenger of some changes in your
job changes in your business some
changes in the relationship maybe a trip
coming from your business as well
and then at the end of that trip you're
going to have some good fortune so again
somebody's going on maybe heading to the
casino this weekend have a little
weekend out trip you can't say hey
you're going to get messages you're
going to get some information about the
trip and the information could be very
positive
we definitely have a good outcome from
going from left to right we have a great
outcome is there could have the outcome
as well as we have good fortune there's
some there's some good things coming
into your life it's going to be a bit of
a disruption you're gonna have a bit of
a travel or you're gonna have a bit of
changes coming and be prepared for that
so again we could interact these cards
together and make a quick reading and
it's going to be very cool now you see a
lot in divination the number four is
sort of a home or a homestead it's where
you're comfortable all things domestic
affairs sort of
happens behind the closed doors could
also represent the actual home that
you're living in your physical address
maybe it's definitely sort of family
oriented home oriented it's stable
well-grounded if you meet someone that
is represented by the home they're
stable well-grounded maybe sort of a
tourist type feeling to them but in as
well as you have a job reading a home
could mean maybe a home business it
could mean working from home now this is
represented by the King of Hearts if
you're using a regular deck and it so
the ruler of the house is the family in
this case the moon and I know the moon
is sort of a feminine type of feeling as
well so you may want to look at that but
the astrology sign for this like I
mentioned before is a Taurus it's
someone that's going to be stable it's
going to someone that's going to be used
to routine so they like the routine they
like the way the routine goes strong
stable sort of stout now again we have
the four meaning the fourth month which
is obviously going to be April so if
this occurs somebody asks for a time
frame and you pull this maybe you're
looking at for weeks for months or just
basically April so it could indicate a
time frame it could indicate a lot of
different things so basically if you
pull it you're going to be looking at
stability you're gonna be looking at
comfort it's where you're comfortable at
some people work so much that their work
is their home some people are at other
people's places so much that's their
second home so always think about the
house being comfort being family being
somewhere where you're comfortable you
feel at home and and you can express
yourself better here than you can
anywhere else because this is where
you're the most centered at so let's say
we have a reading with this we have good
luck or good fortune coming at the place
where you're most comfortable coming at
you're
so if let's say someone is having
construction on their home or they want
to find out sort of how it's gonna go
and you pull these two cards very good
you know I mean good things are coming
it's coming at your home and I think
it's gonna work out you could also have
somebody asking if they're gonna return
home you do have a trip home and that's
going to work out as well so overall
most of these cards are pretty positive
so far and interacting with each other
it's going to be great as well so you
could have messages about your home you
could have some information coming or
some changes coming to where you live so
in other words you have somebody moving
out somebody moving in
if somebody's moving in maybe you have
someone coming some interesting news
about someone coming and it's gonna
happen at your home and it's gonna work
out for the best you're gonna have a new
neighbor who's positive who's grounded
who's gonna who's gonna be you know
pretty cool you're not gonna have one of
those really annoying neighbors so
pretty positive reading so far and a
pretty positive combinations between
these cards as well and you can't sort
of relate this to the grant up low as
well we have home on top of clover again
home where it comfort is app sort of the
Taurus feeling the moon to where it's
calm is comforting and it's also going
to be good luck as well so you have good
fortune at the home now the fifth card
is going to be the tree as you can see
the Tree of Life this represents some
books say sort of a lineage
maybe ancestors family lineage family
history it is definitely about life and
health and it could also be related to
spiritual beliefs or maybe even
soulmates so if a person is coming and
they are the tree you're definitely
looking at someone that's going to be on
the more spiritual side more religious
eyes someone that is sort of well
grounded with ancestry someone that you
know knows sort of their lineage or
their heritage maybe a bit of a
spiritual person as well now the playing
card associated with this is the seven
of
hearts and obviously if you're looking
for a color for the tree master the
obvious here it's gonna be you know
green right that's going to sort of be
the color now the planet associated with
it is the world of not playing well the
Sun is associated with the tree and that
is definitely the life force definitely
you know the Sun coming in good news
life force and things and the South
lunar nodes also associated with karma
is with this as well so you could be
looking maybe at a karmic connection
with another person is definitely a good
card and it's going to be great in a
reading when you see it now obviously
the five is going to be the month of May
so if you're looking for a time span or
something like that you could be five
days five months maybe May or spring
time the tree definitely points to
spring time if you're looking for a time
frame as well so very good stuff with
health very good stuff with the Tree of
Life the Sun is hitting the Sun is
bringing good news and definitely a
positive car for your reading and the
last card of the first video is going to
be the clouds now the clouds are
represented by the king of clubs and
this is our first sort of
not-so-positive card it's not totally
negative but it's definitely not
positive the clouds sort of cloud the
issue they bring confusion temporary
confusion they bring sort of a mix to a
situation to where it should have been
going well so it definitely brings
uncertainty it brings a bit of confusion
as far as thoughts or emotions it
definitely sort of your head in the
clouds type feeling it could be a
warning as well of something coming that
maybe will disturb the water or not make
everything go perfectly well so again
it's not really negative it's just
something to where it's not as clear-cut
it's not
as linear as you might have thought it
was so another thing with the clouds as
well is you have sort of this Gemini
feeling where you have sort of a duality
so there may be two sides of the issue
now there's another one where you
definitely have a split path but for
this one it could be a little bit less
in that regard of a not only with the
confusion but a little complexity where
a complexity was not there could be
somebody living a double life
it could be somebody with two two sides
to them it could be somebody making
confusion on purpose as well so the root
of the clouds are Neptune which
illusions in mercury
so we know mercury from the card number
if I find it we know mercury from card
number one right but this is a similar
type of mercury but with Neptune with
the illusion with the cloudiness of
Neptune sort of built into it so not
exactly the best clarity as far as
mental is concerned and it also has
associated with all of the air signs so
you're looking at Aquarius Gemini and
Libra sometimes Pisces etc and you're
also looking if you're looking for a
time frame June right maybe a bit
towards summer could be six weeks six
months or whatever like that now again
this is definitely not something
terribly negative but it's also
something that tempts other cards so if
you do have let's say a trip you could
have a trip with a confusing outcome or
a trip that's not a gonna go exactly the
way you thought or maybe you have news
we have the messenger bringing news of a
possible duality so if you have a
relationship reading and you're looking
for news about this person you could be
looking at maybe a bit of a duality
within this person or the person is a
bit confused about what to do so you can
also have something to where it was sort
of negative and confused
and everything was going wrong and then
it turns a little better it turns into
better luck so we were in the clouds we
were in this state of confusion and
everything was going kind of oddball and
then now it's clearing up a bit and we
have a much more positive situation
where you know it we're looking better
so you could go from bad or sort of
mediocre to good or again the reverse so
definitely the clouds are also important
with the Gran tableau so again here we
have the cloth and we have the home of
the clouds we could throw a trip on
there or maybe a change of jobs the
change of jobs that you're looking for
the change of jobs that you're heading
for it may not be the best solution you
may have a period of sort of you know
it's sort of a down period once you get
to that job it may not be something that
you're gonna hop into and it's going to
be great for example if you were going
into the house of a tree or something
but now that you're in the clouds
maybe that trip or maybe that transition
may not go as well as you think it was
going to go as well as well as maybe you
can have a reading where the home is
here so you have a home life and
everything's going well but maybe a
relative is moving in and you really
don't know how that's going to go or
maybe you're living with somebody you
don't want to live with because you're
broke right maybe you have to live with
a family member and they're kind of
annoying so you could have a cloudy
situation coming into the home as well
so it definitely brings an interesting
and perspective to the grand tableau or
to the houses and whatnot a lot of cards
that go into here especially if it's a
consecutive card so the cloud would be
interacting with something from here to
here I mean you could have a bunch of
different things coming along with the
clouds but it's our first sort of not
perfectly positive card and it
definitely brings an interesting twist
or an interesting perspective when
you're doing a reading as well so that
is the end of the first video
if you have enjoyed this I sure have and
