Q & A
What is the main message of the transcript regarding life and personal growth?
-The main message is that life is like a tango, where one person always makes a step forward, and this applies to relationships and personal growth. It emphasizes the importance of not chasing things too hard but rather letting life unfold naturally.
What does the speaker advise against when it comes to manifesting or attracting certain outcomes?
-The speaker advises against using the 'step forward' approach in relationships and manifesting because it can lead to trapping oneself and feeling miserable.
How does the speaker relate confidence and affirmations?
-The speaker relates confidence to not needing to affirm something you already have. For example, if you're confident, you don't need to say 'I am confident' because it's already a part of your identity.
What is the significance of the 'ladder experiment' mentioned in the transcript?
-The 'ladder experiment' is significant because it demonstrates the power of visualization. By envisioning climbing a ladder before sleep, one can attract the experience of physically climbing a ladder in their waking life.
Why does the speaker suggest that affirmations might not work for some people?
-The speaker suggests that affirmations might not work because the universe responds to energy, not words. If one's energy is of lack or desperation, the affirmations won't manifest because they don't align with the energy being sent out.
What does the speaker mean by 'having fun with life'?
-The speaker means that one should engage with life without being overly attached to specific outcomes, similar to the teachings of Krishna in the Bhagavad Gita, who emphasized doing things in life with joy and without attachment.
How does the speaker describe the power of imagination?
-The speaker describes the power of imagination as extremely powerful because it is connected to our creative and sexual energy, allowing us to reinvent ourselves and create new realities.
What is the 'Law of Detachment' as mentioned in the transcript?
-The 'Law of Detachment' refers to the idea that one should not cling onto anything they want in life, as it can cause the desired outcome to 'freak out' and run away. It's about letting go of control and allowing things to manifest naturally.
Why is it important to live in the end, according to the speaker?
-Living in the end is important because it helps one to skip the processes that need to happen to feel a certain way and directly experience the feeling of having already achieved the desired outcome.
How does the speaker suggest one should approach opportunities that come knocking?
-The speaker suggests that one should be open to opportunities and not stuck in old ways or self-concepts. It's important to be uncomfortable and step out of one's comfort zone to make leaps in life.
What is the final advice the speaker gives regarding manifesting desires?
-The final advice is to start living as if one is already the person they want to be, appreciating the present moment, and being open to opportunities that can help manifest their desires.

Transcripts
anything that I ever got in my life was
only in thanks to the fact that I
stopped chasing it if I think about the
life that I live today it is so vastly
different from the life that I lived
when I was a kid when I was a teenager I
was living alone ever since I was 16
writing Bachelor thesises for University
students to be able to survive which by
the way wasn't a great job because when
you're doing something like that they
don't want to pay you and you really
don't have much to say so I don't really
advise that there was a point I think
when I was about 18 years old when I
realized something very important and it
was that life is like a Tango and one of
you always makes a step forward and this
actually by the way applies to also on
relationships including yes getting a
specific partner although to be frank I
do not recommend using this for that
particular outcome because I tried it
when I was younger and it worked and it
made me absolutely miserable like
sometimes you think that you're trapping
someone when in fact you're just
trapping yourself don't do that if you
think about it for a second you'll
realize that the lifestyle that you're
living today as you are as you're
watching this video you're not thinking
much about it right why would you have
to reaffirm something that you have if
you're affirming something that you
don't have you're only reaffirming the
fact that you don't have it like you are
not going to say I am confident when you
know for a fact that you're confident
like you it doesn't even cross your mind
whatsoever you're not going to say I'm
breathing because you don't even have to
think about the fact that you're
breathing so when we're trying to
manifest something it has to become a
second nature it has to become so like
wired with our personal identity that we
don't even think about it and this is a
huge problem when we're trying to
manifest or attract a certain outcome or
manifest a certain reality however you
want want to call it because the fact is
the universe doesn't really hear the
words it only responds to your energy
and your energy is of a lack you can ask
okay so we have two types of you know
thinking about something on one hand we
have something that Neville God art
called the ladder experiment and I'm
sure you heard about it when you
basically think about climbing a ladder
uh before you go to sleep and you really
Envision it you really put your
imagination you know like Run free
basically and like you're trying to make
it as Vivid as possible and usually
within that one week you are going to
actually physically during a wake State
climb a ladder in other words the fact
that you were thinking about it and
imagining it is going to attract it into
your life and then on the other hand we
have the affirmation so you can say well
if I'm affirming something how come that
that doesn't happen how come that you
know that doesn't attracted into my
reality because you can't trick the
universe when it comes to energy on one
hand you have something that is saying
he is mine right I mean really what
you're saying is that you're desperate
you don't you don't have the person and
on the other hand is a practice that is
very easy that is fun that's the main
key it's it's joyful to just play with
that play with life if we look at
bhagwad Gita for example and what
Krishna was saying he was 100% teaching
that we have to do things in our life
like having fun with life basically with
without being particularly attached to
um an outcome that we believe is the
best outcome for us like we don't know
what's going to happen we don't know
what's best for us actually most of the
times we don't know because we don't
know the consequences of things and so
you know what I love about Lord Krishna
is that he's just having fun with life
now here's the thing our imagination is
extremely powerful because our
imagination is connected with our
Creative Energy it is connected with our
Sexual Energy um you can create a new
life you know a baby from your sexual
energy or you can invert it and you can
create a new life out of yourself you
can completely reinvent yourself don't
be tensed because when you tense
something like a rubber band you can't
really almost hear the music it just
doesn't really like it doesn't work
right it has to be a little bit like not
as tight so that the music can vibrate
so that you can create something from
that and it works similarly when we use
our imagination and we are not tensed we
are not in the energy of lack or
desperation we are just having fun with
life and seeing where it's going to take
us this is something that is called the
flow like once you are in the flow of
life life is just going to endlessly
give you things that are first of all
meant for you and secondly things that
are you know you don't have to really do
much for it and if you're anything like
me that you grew up in a family where
there was a lot of masculine energy
despite the fact that it was just women
where you had to sort of be in that
control State all the time when you had
to plan everything when you had to be
very careful what you say what you do
and everything sort of had to you know
it's there was some sort of rigidness in
there it is going to be very difficult
for you obviously to now change your
mindset to the more like from the
masculine to the more feminine the the
flow of life but I want you to think
about it like this anything that you
want in your life you can not ever
create it on your own you need life
Matrix to help you to actually co-create
this reality for you you are constantly
in the masculine energy and you're
afraid and you are like constantly on
the go then all she's going to do is
take a step back because that's only
natural I'm not saying that you always
have to take a step back in order for
things to manifest that doesn't work
like that either but you have to know
when to just let life to just do its
thing like no exact what you want but
then Release Control now I want to talk
about another thing so this is something
that is called The Law of Detachment now
I don't like the word a Detachment
because I think it has slightly a
negative connotation to it especially
for someone like me who's a you know who
used to be this spiritualist uh very
much detached from reality and want to
be human it's important to know that you
cannot be clinging onto anything that
you want in life because you're going to
freak it out and it's going to start
running away there's always a runner and
there's always a chaser you know exactly
what you want and you are in your power
and you believe that it's already given
to you then only natural outcome that
can happen like we also have to
understand that the further your reality
that you are Desiring is from your
current reality the more like gears have
to shift along the way so it finally
clicks so you sometimes have to give it
time and not just freak out because it
didn't happen in a week or in a month if
you just let go you are going to get it
like you got to drop it so that it can
bounce back to you and it's yours
Neville Gart also talked about one more
thing living in the end and I started
practicing that last year and it helped
me tremendously to get out of my
spiritual depression it's basically when
you skip all the processes that have to
happen in order for you to feel a
certain way like for example you want to
manifest $220,000
and here's where we have to get a little
dulu you have to skip the fact that you
have to I don't know buy a lottery
ticket and you have to win the all these
steps that you have to go through in
order to get the $20,000 you basically
wake up and you ask yourself like how am
I feeling now that I won the
$20,000 and many times you will see that
you have an internal restriction to even
feel what it is like to be in that
reality you might think well because I
don't have the money so obviously it's
only realistic that I don't feel
comfortable because I'm just lying to
myself and that is true in a way it
makes perfect sense but on the other
hand if you can't force yourself to use
your imagination just like with the
ladder what it would be like to actually
live in that reality then it will be
very difficult for you to really attract
that reality in Wake State everything
that we are is always based on our our
self-concept it always has everything to
do with who we feel that we are it
doesn't matter what life is going to
show us you can be the most beautiful
woman in the world or go through 20
plastic surgeries to look like someone
but if you internally feel like you're
not beautiful everyone can keep telling
you that you are gorgeous and you are
still not going to feel that way so you
know it doesn't matter like reality
doesn't exist outside of the barriers of
your inner self you have to feel that
you are beautiful in order to actually
embody that actually become that before
the world starts telling you you cannot
control everything like it's impossible
so the only thing that you can control
is basically how you feel about yourself
how you feel about your life right now
as you are right now and you can
absolutely wake up and be in your
desired reality and have fun with it or
at least try even if you don't have it
yet and I know it's difficult because
some of you will say well it's easy for
you to say if you for example like a job
and I don't have a job and I really
struggle right now I get that like I
trust me I've been there I absolutely
understand that then in that case you
have to be partly practical you have to
get some job that is going to basically
make sure that you can survive and keep
living in your desired reality until it
clicks and then I said this before and
I'm going to say it again then if an
opportunity comes knocking at your door
you have to open I see a lot of my
clients are constant stantly stuck in
the old ways like the self-concept
didn't fully change and so it it comes
screaming like in front of their door
like please open for me I am here for
you and they're like no no no I don't
trust you I don't want to get out of my
comfort zone please don't take away my
blanket you have to be uncomfortable in
life to make that leap to do that thing
that you didn't do until this point
because you cannot do it as the person
that you are today right so just go and
think about what what it is that you
want to do and then feel into it live in
the present of what you actually want to
achieve and eventually you will see a
little by little you will get there you
will not even know sometimes how you get
there this is one of the things I tell
people it's like you should stop at some
point and appreciate the fact that you
are where you are today like where you
are is where you used to want to be if
you can't appreciate it now then you are
doomed for a life in a hamster wheel
constantly chasing something and never
stop stopping and feeling the present
moment so whether we call it living in
the end or we call it you know in the
famous law of assumption it doesn't
matter but either way you have to start
living as if you are already that person
when I was going through my deep
depression last year every day I try my
very best to actually live as if
everything is fine so I would wake up in
the morning and I would work out and I
would meditate and I would write my
journal and I would do that you know
breakfast and go for a walk and
I could feel in my bones in every cell
of my being that that potential that
reality was already there that I could
wake up and not feel anxious that I
could wake up and not feel depressed
that I could wake up and be excited
about the next day but I had to force
myself it like I had to exud
energy a
supply jeez I was like what the hell is
this so let's let's do this together
just for 2 minutes I want you to right
now think about one thing that you
really want to manifest and I want you
to bring something not so big into the
picture like something that is tangible
from this point of view close your eyes
and really feel that you are actually
already having it that you living in the
end where that thing already came true
you are the person who who is just
looking at it and you know being
extremely grateful for the fact that it
already happened and living in gratitude
is a great exercise on its own because
where energy flows it grows and I mean
even if we don't think about
spirituality just your mental space you
are going to feel so much better when
you're constantly counting your
blessings like you're going to feel like
you're the luckiest person in the world
start having fun with life like the the
whole point of not chasing attracting is
to just know that things are always
going to work out for you you just have
to be present I'll give you an example
when I was 18 I wanted to be a singer
and I was working very hard you know it
cost a lot of money a lot of time and it
just wasn't happening the way that I
wanted and then a friend of mine gave me
a call and I said okay you know I'm free
today so I'll go to the uh radio
basically to their Studio there and we
just Jam we're just jamming in there
it's just a song that's like okay it's
sounds nice it's like it's I'm vibing
with that I can definitely sing this uh
breakup song because I've been told many
times I'm good when it comes to sad
emotions so I'm like singing that and I
have no idea that that song is going to
become a number one song for the next
few weeks it's going to be all over the
radios on TV it will hit like millions
of views in the first few months which
is huge for us and basically life is
going to change I had no idea I mean I
didn't even want to go at first but I
was like okay I have really no plan so
when there are things happening don't
think in your own rigid ways you have to
get out of your house and you have to
explore other possibilities so yeah have
fun with this before you go to sleep
just imagine just for a minute 1 minute
that's it enough that you are going to
bed as the person who is already having
what you want as the person who's living
in the reality that you are trying to
manifest right now so in other words you
skip the trying and you start actually
living embodying that and when you wake
up that should also be the first thought
and this by the way is going to be
difficult because let's be real we live
in 24st century and the last thing that
we probably do most of us is that we are
on our phone like either or or iPad or
whatever we will read or in some cases
you'll listen to some ASMR because you
can't fall asleep there's not much
emphasis on like your future at that
point so putting that creative energy
into something that you actually want to
create right now to you know make it
anchored into your 3D reality instead
going to bed like that waking up like
that um if you do it consistently for
in my opinion a month there's going to
be a lot of things that are going to
change and it makes perfect sense
because when we practice something it
just becomes a second nature and it RS
on us more and more and more to the
point that now we believe that that's
our identity thank you so much for being
here with me for your time for your
energy as you know I really honor it so
much if this video gave you anything
helpful then please consider liking
commenting subscribing sending it to a
friend of yours that could benefit from
this message as well I love making these
videos for you and I would love to make
more in the future but as we know you
know the algorithm and all of that so
thanks a lot for every support I love
you to the moon and back so let me know
how that actually worked for you and if
you tried law of assumption and living
in the end if it actually changed
anything in your life because as always
I am super interested in all your
stories as you know I reply I try my
best to
reply and um yeah if you want to know
more about manifesting that I think that
you'll be interested in in this video
