you can just shave it off i used to
waste so much by cutting it isn't that
amazing it's like turned into a cooking

amazing so what i would do is

you're going to chop it into pieces no i

into chunks but that's just me you can
put like a teaspoon of grated ginger

love cucumbers for that aspect they're

with what i've learned but i would do
like at least a half of a cucumber in

that's what i like about lemon it's got

the fullness factor lemon absolutely
helps that so when you're drinking your
water you could add this at any time

it it also is going to be very good at

well here's what i got cooking up over
here mrs living good um i went with the
route of apple cider vinegar very good
research showing that two tablespoons
twice a day for two weeks four weeks six
weeks eight weeks i wouldn't do it like
every day um can give you
a better insulin lowering effect really
huge for metabolism if you want to lose
weight you better get insulin under
control
two tablespoons a day will do that so
you can do it straight up okay um long
term maybe not the best idea necessarily
for your teeth right so there would be
two tablespoons you're gonna do that
twice a day um you could just shoot it
you know just go for it
get it in it's done okay you know that's
terrible i can't do it i can do it like
that they at least have to water dilute
it with water but during this period of
time as you're leading up in the summer
or during summer when you know you're
taking in
more sugars that's important number two
i want to show you a couple concoctions
that we like to make so i'm gonna go
with my two tablespoons again right in
the water we're now diluting it a little
bit okay you can absolutely do that you
can go more water if you want for the
sake of demonstration here
there are several
powders that would be good in this a
first one would be a vitamin c powder a
lot of them are flavored this one uh is
flavored with stevia so then it's going
to give it a good taste to it so that's
actually the one that i prefer the most
and you could go half scoop you could go
a whole scoop you're going to be getting
the benefits
collagen building benefits
of vitamin c
so that's going to help with the skin
and detoxification because it helps out
your gut the more collagen that you have
give you that detoxing effect and it
really masks that
yeah apple cider vinegar
really masks it you can also go with
the minerals and so from an electrolyte
powder standpoint you could be putting
electrolyte powder in there this one is
strawberry lemonade flavor that makes it
good you can also go with your greens
and so my mother and father-in-law
actually do this and they put in their
uh apple cider vinegar with their greens
and have that in the morning so very
alkaline going to be helping all your
digestion digestive enzymes probiotics
in there
very good choice the third option that i
have
one of my favorites as well is sparkling
water in this example i used spin drift
it is the reason i chose this one
there's no natural flavors in it it is
actually
actual fruit juice and in this scenario
lemon so we're getting the benefits of
lemon that we just talked about i put
that in and then we're going our two
tablespoons of apple cider vinegar so
you are sort of masking
the intense taste of apple cider vinegar
getting the benefits of it and i stole
one of nerf's living goods lemons just
to give it a little extra kick there
more lemon in the more suppressant we
can get that appetite makes you feel
more full
a sparkling masks that apple cider
vinegar a little bit as well do as large
a drink as you want to get this in twice
a day two tablespoons there it is for a
good summer feeling fit
losing the pounds you can have multiple
of these a day we're going to be
chugging that tomorrow i can guarantee
it for the detoxification and metabolism
