i've recently been binge watching
linda's son's videos and she is just an
absolute
powerhouse her and her whole family work
out together it is so cute and inspiring
so
this week i've decided i'm finally going
to prioritize
my physical health which in turn will
help my mental health
are you serious i was pretending to be
asleep last night
andrew gave me a freaking hickey on my
forehead and it actually
worked i popped onto my instagram to ask
you guys
what type of workouts you would like to
see i spent
all of last night tallying up your votes
and here are the results
in first place we have pamela reeve a
lot of you guys also warned me about her
workouts that she will kill you
if you're not a beginner i am a beginner
so let's save that one for the end

actually thought she would be first
place pamela reef was a surprise since
i've never seen any of her videos before

did do a lot in high school but also i'm
kind of traumatized by because i try to

recommended
doing yoga workouts i wasn't planning on
doing any yoga but
looking at all the workouts we have for
the week ahead of us i'm scared so i'll
probably swap out
a blog lottie's day for boho beautiful

not concerned with losing weight would
be cool to gain some muscle which will
hopefully
give me better posture and make me feel
less pain while i'm editing my videos
because my bones are so crackalacky

morning so i'm obviously not like
bloated or anything
but this is what we are starting with

going to start off with a warm-up
a k-pop dance workout what what then
we're going to be doing a high-intensity
interval training

ab workout in bed

a warm up it was good

next we are going to try 15-minute
beginner workout for fat burning
usually i hate hit workouts but because
this one's specially made for beginners
and didn't involve jumping since it's
apartment friendly i actually
really enjoyed it we're doing amazing so
no credit
no quitting this week no quitting every
single day

these pink noodles are hot as much as

and it required two eggs so i'm just
doing a flax egg substitute i'm doubling
my recipe here but i think i kind of

mixture sit for it to thicken
up combine all your ingredients i ended
up adding more almond milk than i needed
to because i thought it was too thick
but then it just ended up being kind of
crepey
this is the most rogue pancake i've ever
made
consistency of this pancake is a very
crepe-like but also kind of reminds me
of like
asian pancakes so i'm trying to think
maybe i should try a savory version
being some carrots tofu and green onion
this took way longer than i expected
breakfast
i had to make myself like a mango
oatmeal banana
smoothie so i didn't pass out oh these
are good they kind of taste like those
jewish handkerchiefs
with four pancakes in my belly i'm going
to be doing natasha osien's
20-minute hit workout no noise no impact
i'm scared because i don't think this is
a beginner video anymore
okay i'm already tired this is not a
beginner class
20 minutes holy crap natasha absolutely
whooped my ass but she's so cheerful and
positive i was just going along with it
and thank god she had 30 second breaks
recharging so this circuit had five
different exercises repeated four times
and they're all pretty interesting so i
didn't get bored and i like how she was
actually sweating and making faces while
doing the workout as well so i didn't
feel alone
in my pain and somehow that made it
easier
honestly i have no idea how i got
through this exercise because i really
was dying but somehow your body is
always capable of more than you think it
is how much longer is this
oh my god five more minutes it's fine

even though i was
not was actually very effective method

transitioning into that growth of

night and do yoga
and maybe take a hot bath and go to bed
early just be nice to myself

now that i've conquered my fear of
exercise
and i think it's just so much more
enjoyable when you focus less on how
your body looks but how it makes you
feel and
how good it feels to challenge yourself
if you want to try it out as well make
sure that you're doing videos that are
tailored to your
level of intensity and if you want to
build intensity do it slowly don't just
like start day one with camel reef
be kind be gentle to yourself and
i've already ate breakfast now i don't
know if i can see much of a difference
but
that's not the point i feel really good
i'm really proud of myself
for finishing this week and hopefully it
also motivates you guys to
try our workout or two i hope you guys
