works is i start with a band or artist
you may be familiar with then i head
down the music rabbit hole and i find
nine other
somewhat similar bands or artists it's
never lines up exact but it's more of if
you like the main band you may enjoy
some of these other nine uh the goal is
just to find you some new music it's so
tough to find new music these days uh
that's the goal of the show and we have
fun with it uh i encourage you to check

really was like a big alt-j fan i didn't
listen to a ton of their music i uh

listening back to their 2012 album and

mean they're very different they're kind
of experimental at times um
you know they they just bring all these
different sounds and
harmonies at times and it's a
super interesting approach for alt j so
