spend a few minutes reading an inspiring
book or listening to a podcast that's a
great way to get a motivation boost in
the morning there are many ways to
create a morning ritual that suits you
try different activities like yoga
stretching or jogging and see what
worked best for you once you find your
ideal morning ritual stick to it every
day it will gradually become a habit
that helps you stay positive and motiv
ated all day long remember it doesn't
have to take much time just 10 to 15

into specific steps and write them in my
daily planner this reduces mental

for organizing breaks and work time the
pomodora technique it involves working
for 25 minutes then taking a 5 minute
break after four such Cycles I take a
long break like 15 20 minutes this
method helps me stay focused and
prevents fatigue for variety I sometimes
use other approaches like working for 50
minutes and resting for 10 minutes or
set intervals for my liking the key is
not to forget to take breaks even if the
work is captivating and it seems better
to finish everything at once during
breaks I try to engage in active rest I
go for a short walk or do some light
exercises or just stand up and stret
this improves blood circulation and
release muscle tension I also often do

mind and restore Focus it's challenging
but necessary to avoid using gargets
during breaks to give my eye rest from
the screen and avoid overloading my
brain with additional information I plan
my braks in advance and set reminders

fifth habit is healthy eating and
hydration my productivity always depends
on what I eat and drink nutrients and
enough water are essential for

vegetables in my diet treat in vitamins
minerals and antioxidants for example
apples berries spinach broccoli and

oil which are necessary for brain

and activity level personally five
glasses are enough for me I try to eat
regularly to maintain a stable blood

something unhealthy when you're hungry
remember our body is our engine it needs
