our discipline or that it's quite

intense philosophy only about man

management because the closer you get to

the players the more responsible you are

I was a very young father know em and I

was not prepared for this actually how

each young father problem is and I felt

how to handle much younger people than

myself and that means I am still is

understanding for for for young people

because they have young players they

have the same problems then I had a live

in this world too so I can give them my

experience in all these different parts

of life and that's how I see it it's

like a father role when I sign a player

they come in and I don't know exactly

but there are hammer person is wanted

for their performance and I work

together with me I feel minimum 50%

maybe more because I made a decision I

really I put the player because I think

he is the right player so it's my

responsibility to do to take this to get

out that's the best other thing it's

very natural game first of all that the

world class player recognized it and it

makes it quite easy for youth coaches

then because we all think 120 we have to

start with technical things and all the

need five seconds to control this thing

their life because then there is the

feeling that they really have to show

perform that and I criticize what you

that you are a person or whatever so

that's we don't have to be all nice guys

but you have to understand the game in

this game gives us rules you need to be

as confident as possible not not too

confident so you don't it's not allowed

to think and the most important here

because only two or three players in the

girls are like this cause question I'm a

typical adult aficionado would look

different

difference but they impress themselves

especially Christian on the pitch but

they work harder than all the others and

they do more for the game than all the

others and that's the most important

love all these stuff since I started I

still have my first kids from my very

first club with which I was born with

very important and I know that football

is not the most important thing in the

world but when we play and when we come

together and then it is the most

important thing if we all I like symbols

nobody is born as a football manager and

a lot of different things we need to be

skilled they need to have a talent for

because it should not be worth to like

not long enough so you need to be busy

you need to be ambitious you need to

achieve unity learn whatever you can

because the game is meanwhile old enough
