we got our Dynasty here and if you've

been following along with the tip videos

this is basically been the tip account

that I've been simulating through

recruiting and just been using this

thing to like lab and learn and they won

the National Championship we played this

through all on stream basically like

simulate and play in the moments they

absolutely flooded 16 and0 if you saw

the recruiting video these guys have

turned into absolute demons so I just

want to show you real quick and like I

said I will go into it further on a big

Cod coach video but I've been learning a

lot of stuff man motivator is huge as

you can see I upgraded the quarterback

running back working on the receiver and

now DBS and you can see it's tier one

and tier three are the big ones you

really want to go for you get huge bonus

XPS for wide receivers or tight ends

running backs quarterbacks that are all

drafted in the top three rounds just

depending on which position you're

upgrading and they get huge boosts for

that then if you stack that with tier

three you get an offseason training

boost so if you have good guys that get

drafted and then the offseason training

boost it's crazy and when I say crazy

this is a freshman red shirt man and

we've been testing a few things we have

not hit the training you see it you see

it he is a 94 overall and he just

basically super Juiced himself with like

one red shirt and one season we haven't

even hit the training this guy is going

to be like a 99 overall by a sophomore

year Midway through a sophomore year if

if not when we finish this video as soon

as we train through everything now that

I've unlocked this too this is going to

get crazy with the recruiting but like I

said hit that sub button boys I got a

huge video coming with the coaches and a

few things that I thought were probably

the move at the beginning and I think

I'm going to make some adjustments I

just need more testing first before I

tell you my opinion on some stuff all

right let's walk through it all boys as

soon as you finish obviously the end of

your season your bowl game National

Championship whatever it is okay if

Georgia beat you in the last play of the

bowl it's okay you'll get them next

season all right first step is pretty

easy you get your offseason coach moves

there's really nothing you can do if

everyone's under the contract you really

can't do anything with your assistant

coach whether it's offensive or

defensive coordinators with their

contract so if they're under contract

you're good they're not going to leave

early pretty much much I haven't really

seen them leave early yet or if they're

at a contract then they have a chance to

basically leave or you can resign I wish

they gave us the option to like fire and

swap out with people that maybe have

been fired from the other ones it

doesn't give you that now if your

assistant coach contract is up and he

goes to a new school it will give you

the option of hiring new coach we'll

have a few choices to go through but be

warn I've seen it a few times either the

guy that you hire and choose it glitches

and just gives you a different guy with

the selection it keeps on glitching of

what screen it's on so be very very

careful there's a lot of things where

you click on a screen you think you're

on that menu but it's not so be very

careful about that always make sure the

names oh and everything match up so

you're actually getting the guy that you

clicked on but also sometimes you could

want a guy and then that guy just picks

a different school you don't get another

Choice it just randomly gives you

another guy so don't think that you're

losing your mind some sometimes you end

up with a different guy not the guy that

you picked it happens I have nothing to

do here on to the next all right so you

got players leaving now once again

there's a few things that you could do

with some coaches and some other

influence and things that you can get to

make sure that some of the players that

aren't seniors could stay but this is

pretty much straightforward here too I

do think that it's kind of like visually

wrong it says like your persuade chance

hi I feel like when it says High it

actually like there's no chance they're

going to stay when it says low I feel

like there's actually a better chance it

it's kind of weird since some players

can have a deal breaker of playing time

I highly recommend you don't just ask

everyone to stay really depends on

Player Development who you have if he's

going to be your starter then you can

ask him to stay if you have someone else

that can come up highly recommend you

just let them go that way you can keep

on recruiting new guys he is only a

second round he could possibly go to

like a 95 or even a little higher and

get him to the first round if he stays

he would start still for me more than

likely he's gone oh he is going to stay

all right week one of four big thing to

note it does have the check mark there

and you have your hours so don't skip

your first week of the portal very

important here okay I did that once I

was like oh check mark nothing to do I

was like where's the portal and I I

already passed it all so we live and we

learn that's why that's why you're

watching the video I like checking out

the draft results because once again

based on your Coast boost that we will

go over in the coach video these guys

getting drafted in the first round

second round different stuff will also

impact the training of different stuff

because it's about you developing

halfbacks or quarterbacks or that kind

of thing all right when you go into your

recruiting board and your transfer

portal to start the off seon there's a

few things that you can see here right

away this is the first time you can see

your development trait also of all the

guys that you uh recruited you can see

right down here I got an elite five star

an elite five star a star five star like

the like bro I just I I I have

absolutely killed it again with another

recruiting class but like look look look

look look they're all so good they're

all so good now you can see there's a

few guys that you were maybe recruiting

and that didn't sign just haven't signed

with anyone they're still going to be on

your board wherever you were ranked

you're pretty much going to stay the

same thing the biggest thing that you

got to know is all the hours were on him

have been pulled off of every single one

so if you had hours on them they're not

on there anymore you can also schedule

your visits right away soon as you get

into this first week even though you're

in week one you go to schedule by week

one that's the week you're in you could

schedule them to come right now if it's

someone that you were already recruiting

from the beginning of the year once

again you're going to know most of their

motivations or you could just look at

their deal breaker and see deal breaker

brand exposure is an A minus that's a

good grade so you can go and send this

guy a visit right away with the brand

exposures a minus right away you don't

have to wait get them there on your

visit right away in the off season you

want to get these guys into your school

first thing now you do have a max amount

of visits that you can schedule for each

bye so you want to make sure that you

get it in the correct order I should say

order of importance that you want want

them to sign and then of course also

don't forget you know scheduling visit

boosts like quarterbacks and wide

receivers with offensive line or like

the defensive group I highly recommend

doing like an offensive group one day

and then the defensive group or

something unless defense more important

than do defensive the first week and

then offens of the second week or a

little combo of both depending on what

you need now the transfer portal is very

thin there are some things that you can

do once again with the coach and Coach

influences coach video coming that can

get you into these top five that's the

biggest thing is being in the top five

to let you even have a chance at these

guys because that's why everyone's

that's why everyone's locked out now the

number two quarterback on the pipeline

does want to come to us obviously we're

going to check him out and Mr Apple

we'll check out this halfback 6-2 wide

receiver kind of needed another tackle

but there aren't any the number one one

right outside linebacker on the board oh

yeah so here we go that right outside

linebacker is good I definitely want to

try to get him all right so we're going

to offer him a scholarship even without

knowing any of the recruiting stuff

right we see that his deal breaker is

coach Prestige we we have an A+ so we're

just going to go down here buy week and

then our coach Prestige is going to be

A+ which is going to be this one so

we're going to get him in boom coach

Prestige but I'm also still going to

send the house on him 100% sending the

house on him and I'm going to get the

extra hours here too now we have the

full 65 Andy's visiting this week with

an A+ so should do pretty well for us

we're fourth we want to see if we can

jump to First with uh Ronnie out of the

two quarterbacks I I really don't

normally go improviser but this will

probably just be a little backup or

something for us really don't

necessarily want to go for any of them

but you can see the depth chart we're

losing one we're going to have three we

signed one so we really only got four

we'll probably red shirt someone it'll

be good to have a little seniority on

the bench just in case so same thing

with him deal breaker we know it there

it is A+ we're going to offer

scholarship schedule visit with Coach

Prestige send the house and the extra

stuff and remove the other guy 97 speed

wide receiver yes please scholarship

deal breaker they all want The Prestige

of Coach Mo coach Prestige send the

house extra stuff now you also want to

go back to your prospect list just in

case maybe that was someone verbally

committed if their deal breaker dropped

them out they will go back on the board

now it's very rare it's hard more than

likely they'll already still be in a top

five or locked out in a situation

like this but you're going to still have

to like pay attention and see if you can

find anyone that you can scoop in later

on you can go to stage and search filter

open it does help you out a little bit

but just be wary it doesn't also put him

in the rank order though all right so we

got our portal list set we got everyone

scheduled that we want to come remember

first week we're locked and we got the

corner that's good now the same process

as the other recruiting stuff you you

know since they've gotten their visit

you got some of the information and

their motivator you can remove send the

house from them and hard sell them on

and we are now hard selling those guys

the quarterback first part you know

obviously the portal stuff if you got

recruiting down that's good if you need

more help with recruiting and you

haven't seen the other recruiting videos

go and watch that there was just a few

bit of those information especially

about the visit and you know just

checking some things out revisiting the

prospect list and just knowing the

potential and what you can do right here

with those first four weeks you really

want to get in there week one start

attacking these guys early as you see we

pretty much locked up everyone we wanted

but the one right guard now I have

everyone locked up that I want so I'm

pretty much done with the portal

national Signing Day I did not get

backto back number one classes once

again if you want to see the recruiting

video last year I did get the number one

recruiting class I went through with all

that this year we got number two not bad

three five stars could have done a

little bit better to be honest Bro Look

at Alabama three quarterbacks they went

after every quarterback that I was going

after after different times and for some

reason every single one of the

quarterbacks two five stars and a four

star all went to B so on the national

sighting day screen now you can see the

development trait of the guys that you

got from off season right you couldn't

see that until you got to this screen

now you can see everyone's development

trait big thing that you got to do here

on national Signing Day is position

changes and yes of course if you didn't

see my Athlete video make sure you go

and watch that with all the potential

that you can do with moving around the

different potentials you really want to

look at your depth chart evaluate how

people are developing

different guys just because you maybe

they aren't just an athlete you might

want to move a left tackle to right

tackle maybe a guard to tackle or left

to right guard you can move an end to

outside linebacker you can maybe move a

wide receiver to corner there's lots of

options you can do all right we're done

with our position changes I highly

recommend that you create a save point

at this time okay if it auto saves and

then you want to reload it's going to

bring you in to after you advance

there's a few things and some things

that are a little glitchy that I want to

show you so highly recommend once again

creating a save point at this time all

right this is going to be a key part of

the video here that you really want to

pay attention and this is why we did a

save point this is really really really

glitchy we're going to go into training

results player progression is definitely

a little buggy there's times when also

your training just doesn't even register

and pretty much every time you advance

it there's a lot of just random things

that just happen so if you look at this

this is the current training results

that we're on right now but that's a

little different on that one you can see

some player overalls change differently

look at this one this was a different

Sim right here 96 tabber I mean you can

see right here he was a 92 he went from

a 92 on one sim to a 96 on a different

one another huge thing that you want to

pay attention to is the physical

abilities that upgrade with them too

they seem to get applied extremely

random even if they have hit thresholds

for example Lonnie Stevens right here

which is absolutely unbelievable you can

see he has 99 change of Direction he has

the ability to get to platinum Shifty

but he only has bronze Shifty Bron Sid

step with gold 360 you can see on this

Sim he did Platinum 360 but then didn't

get any of the other stuff so once again

creating that save point to make sure

that your training boost go into the

right stuff that you want it to do and

get the right physical abilities and

basically make sure that you're getting

the credit that you want is extremely

important so you might have to do it

three four 10 two five you can do it as

many times as you want until you get

those training results so obviously they

not there's limits to the results but

you see the different variances and make

sure that you get the results that you

want like check out my big defensive

tackler he got Platinum takedown he's

got grit breaker distress like he's

looking good but you can see this Sim

they didn't unlock his grit breaker for

some reason like it doesn't even make

sense there's a lot more that I want to

go over with training and how to

maximize all that but that's going to be

in a completely different video because

I can go on with this for about 20

minutes but I really want you to pay

attention create that save point and

make sure that you get the abilities and

the upgrades you want the more and more

I keep on doing this and kind of

analyzing it and like I said another

video coming see how this guy has 11

there they're the skill points that

they've basically earned see Alani

Stevens has zero now and with like cam

here whether he was getting more

physicals or more stats his overall was

changing right here and you can see now

he has like zero so there's a lot of

different stuff going on you want to

make sure all your Boost kick in you

want to make sure your skill points are

going in the places that you want them

to go I will do more studying and more

training this week's pretty

transfers basically cut people for your

transfers you really want to find like

either low overall guys that are never

going to play or like guys see like here

this junior is an 85 right this senior's

starting this year so he's not going to

play now but then by the time this guy

develops here if he develops more then

he might pass yarbor so it could be

better for him to transfer now it'll

free up a spot and then we will just

develop this guy so if you got like a

senior that's close to a freshman or

like a junior that's close to a freshman

i' would say just let go of the senior

or the Junior and then just develop the

Freshman like here for Right Guard I got

an 88 senior I got an 89 sophomore I got

two freshman I'm going to develop I got

guards on this side that are young and

looking good here too move would

actually be not cut the 76 freshman

would probably be cut the 88 just really

depends on your depth and what you're

going to want I'm going to probably just

keep all those but those are just things

that you can think about right sophomore

starter Junior's only an 84 sophomore is

already an 83 we got freshman the Junior

you're gone all right boys we're pretty

much close to the end we can customize

our conference obviously biggest thing

still left to do is red shirts and

there's a lot of different things that

have to do with training your guys that

you want to make sure let me get there

now you don't have to do it right away

but I do like red shirting in the

pre-season okay you can technically play

I think up to four games with them and

still red shirt them just in case you

need to know that but I really do think

about the red shirting and the way the

development stuff it seems like red

shirting especially guys with good

development traits that were maybe gems

when you were scouting them you really

want to red shirt these guys unless they

are absolutely unbelievable and you need

to start them right away unless the guy

is going to be the main focus of your

offense or your defense it seems like

from what I could tell and I will do

more testing it seems like the best

benefit to get the most upgrade out of a

freshman right away is going to be red

shirt them that way you don't lose them

and then you still get the four years of

Eligibility of course well that's pretty

much going to do it and I mean if you're

looking at the squad right here boys I

mean if you've watched the tip videos

you can see team has been absolutely

stacked out and that's pretty much a

wrap boys and you can see the team is

stacked out that is going to be all the

offseason stuff like I said I got a

coach video and I got a whole training

stuff about more about like progressing

the guys and how to get them up to such

a high overall you can see I got Lonnie
