the ears eyes nose and throat
compilation of questions from all of
these main sensory organs that have been
compiled from you guys so if you're
struggling in an area eyes Eye Health
future Eye Health ears dizziness tentis
those types of areas nose sense loss of
smell or in the throat dryness heness
things of that nature struggling with
those what can you do from a perspective
of building Health to normalize these
senses of of course not intended to
replace medical advice or what you may
be working on with an ears and eye nose
and throat doctor if you have a medical
emergency seek them but in this video
breaking you down okay here's some very
proactive things that help a lot of
community members and these come
straight from you the community so let's
dive into it let's start with the eyes
very important never want to lose them
so many people I get so many questions
on either postsurgery or maybe they're
using contact lenses or just in general
dryness dryness some of you I'm reading
one of the comments right now drives me
nuts it looks like I'm looking through a
screen door all day what do I do my eye
Health the clarity of them the dryness
of them the allergy of them is creating
some of this here's what I found if
during research clinical studies show a
couple of main nutrients that can really
make a big difference in the dryness of
the eye one of them is a powerful
antioxidant called Maki Berry Maki Berry
grows overseas but it is a very powerful
dry eyye fighter it's a great anti
oxidant so it fights off a lot of the
irritants that can create the dryness of
the eye it's also very good in the
macular degeneration category which
we'll talk about in the moment the other
things that the eye does need aanin
lutein and zanthin sort of these
extracts often times coming from flowers
Marr flour is a very good source of them
these are powerful antioxidants for the
eye as well to prevent them from drying
out and so adding these in are the
nutrients that your eyes need or can be
the right food food to help with the
hydration of the eyes in general I have
an entire training breaking down every
eye condition from nearsightedness to
far to glaucoma to strabismus to all of
them the dry eyes I did create a formula
with the clinical dose of Machi Berry
and with lutx 2020 which is that
combination of lutein and zanthin as
well as sanon to really help and it's
helped a lot of people with dryness and
they do have studies with the specific
MO Berry and the lutx on longer term
effects on macular degeneration so
trying to be proactive now to reduce the
antioxidant strain on the eye is exactly
what a lot of these ingredients do now
on top of that with that formula I added
in Maritime pine bark which helps to
boost overall ocular health as well as
lopine which is very good for reducing
antioxidants so if you are concerned
with macular degeneration and I'm
looking at a question right now of it
running on both sides of the family
those would be some of the specific eye
nutrients there's also specific eye
exercises as well as eye strain and
taking some of the strain off of it in
the guide and in the training so please
check that out it is your comprehensive
solution for Eye Health speaking of that
there was one more reference to eye
floaters and this can oftentimes be
related to inflammation in the body so I
really like to add in omegas add in
turmeric and an anti-inflammatory way of
eating to help with normal inflammatory
responses of the eye this would include
floaters happening along the same lines
if there is an infection I know my wife
just recently had a sty on the eye she
used a cootal silver we have one it's a
silver serum spray that's a a safe
version where it's microscopic where it
was actually antimicrobial and she was
able to use that and had some really
good success obviously if there's eye
damage talk to your eye doctor but that
was a good solution that you could try
out if you're doing a lot of infections
with the eye frequently that's maybe
drying it out that was something we were
able to use in a spray form that helped
her out so let's move on from the eyes
head to the ears my dad had a lot of
issues with dizziness vertigo maners
with that so let's talk about some of
these things one of the first questions
I get when it comes to ear related
problems is ttis the dull ringing in the
ears and so what I did is I made an
entire video breaking down ttis and how
it could be combed some things you can
do to help yourself out to hopefully get
some relief everything from the nerves
to the back in the back of the neck to
some exercises to the foods that you can
be adding in to help make an impact on
ontis I put that video below for you
check that one out if that's a specific
problem you're dealing with if it was
maners related my dad's was viral and
for him we focus on how do we minimize
the virus I really liked um oregano we
had to give him his in liquid form every
time you had to take a spoon full of
oregano oil I have since made that into
a powdered form so a little easier to
pette I combined that with monol Lauren
which I really like as uh a supporter of
the immune system it's lauric acid which
is extracted from coconut uh oil and so
LC acid's a good source I combine that
with it to fight them off lysine keratin
these are the things I add to it to
fight off viruses but of course vitamin
D the immune complex that we have along
with that very good at bolstering that
immune system but of course if you're
dealing with those and a virus obviously
with him put them in a hospital like
we're using doctoral care this is never
meant to replace that but just some
options that you might try to bolster
the immune system how do you have a the
right nutrients in to support a healthy
immune system and that's where things
like vitamin D vitamin C kostin oregano
oil those come in to help give yourself
a best chance of fighting those things
off and then an anti-inflammatory
approach to eating is what we took to
try to remove some of the inflammation
and anything that was creating more
inflammation in his body uh to try to
help that out so there's some of your
tips for the most common ear related
issues let's go to the mouth and the
throat dry mouth very common question we
regularly get I like to look at
saturation of a yard when it comes to
water you have the sprinklers that go on
every once in a while and they saturate
and then they shut off it's maybe
15minute burst I think you should take
the same approach if you are struggling
with dry mouth from a hydration
standpoint set a little timer on your
watch or on your phone and what we can
do is set it for every 15 minutes where
you're taking a couple sips 15
minutes I have some electrolytes in here
to help me absorb the water better or
greens powder this mix is actually
electrolytes and greens so I'm absorbing
more of the water and if I'm sipping it
every 15 minutes I'll absorb more of it
as if I just chug it's just a downpour I
just let the garden hose spray on the
lawn and make a puddle not as much of it
gets absorbed as well so shorter burst
there from that perspective sometimes
there's a medication or something that
you're taking you can talk to your
pharmacist in that regard I like ginger
you can try ginger tea there's Ginger
lenes that you could be taking as well
aloe vera juice is a good way to combat
dryness in the mouth some good options
for you when it moves into horseness I
like the hydration side of things some
people get irritation to the vocal cords
or maybe you're having plaing on them or
problems going on I always look at the
antioxidants of the body and so I want
more antioxidants to fight free radicals
things that are damaging these tissues
overuse obviously smoking is going to
cause a lot of oxidative damage okay
free radical damage but the foods that
we're eating and the air that we're
breathing in the toxins that we're
breathing in so we're trying to minimize
toxicity want to clean up the eating and
have a lot more antioxidants my
favorites berries very good source of
antioxidants certainly lower sugar
fruits are in there I really like
acerola Cherry I like vitamin E I like
vitamin C I like glutathione which is a
street sweeper but I would be looking at
if you are a smoker you are breathing in
any kind of toxin or chemical I would go
there first if you're overusing the
voice a lot you got to nurture it I
really like ginger tea again for the
throat okay that one comes up again or
any kind of herbal tea to help soothe
that throat a bit and give it a break
sometimes you're maybe talking too much
over stressing that system ears the eyes
the throat how about the nose losing
sense of smell something very common
when you're dealing with maybe a virus I
would definitely be adding in a solid
multivitamin or solid B vitamin to help
with those I like from a sense of smell
standpoint to bolster the immune system
so vitamin D and zinc and the minerals
involved very important so vitamin D and
zinc two other um ones that you really
want to get a lot of from nose health so
there's the main questions Eyes Ears
Nose and throats there's resources for
you below keep the questions coming I'll
be with you every Wednesday answering
them live but I want to make these to
help out all those aspects of again not
from a medical perspective see your
doctor work with them but how can you be
proactive and go on the offense and do
as much healthy good things as you
possibly can to build that up and if you
need further help digging into some of
these issues right like maybe it's the
ear maybe it's the eye check out that
training next I'll leave the eye one
here for you and you can dive into that
one the other ones are in the
description of this post but here's the
eye video because I think at some point
we all deal with some kind of eye issues
this one could change your life so check
it out
