BRE Shalini you have what it takes you
have what it takes
michelinie wondering why I'm wearing
this my father used to tell me that
having a big vision is important as it
allows us to view our goals and work
towards achieving them so when I was
younger I thought that having a big
vision equates to having big glasses but
as time passed I realized that he was
not the physical glasses that he was
talking about but the burning desire
that you need to achieve your goals
with a show of hands how many of you
believe that you can achieve your
desired goals without facing any form of
challenges along the way great for those
of you who did raise up your hand I have
some bad news for you wake up from your
dreams because that's not gonna happen
the path to achieve your goals is never
gonna be a better process so rather than
hoping for an easy way out I would
strongly recommend you to prepare
yourself mentally to face those
challenges with resilience and
confidence let me share with you two key
enablers that has helped me to overcome
my personal challenges when achieving my
goals most of the time people regard
ignoring others feedback as a negative
attitude however it is extremely
important to learn how to ignore the
people who discourage you from achieving
your goals and dragged you down as much
as it is important to listen to
constructive feedback and improve it is
also important to disregard the negative
comments given by naysayers I know I
understand that it is not so simple to
just walk away from these comments
without being affected but remember
somebody else's opinion does not have to
become your reality
so the first enabler is to ignore the
naysayers and keep moving forward
towards the goals that you want to
achieve the second enabler is to master
the fear of failure now research has
shown that many people don't even take
actions towards their goals because of
their fear of failure what is fear fear
is a false evidence of assumed reality
what does it mean it's about expanding
your energy unnecessarily and worrying
about things that may not even happen so
stop worrying about unnecessary things
that might not even happen and focus on
things that really matter now let's look
at another perspective of failure the
difference between average people and
achievers is their response to failure
failure is part of your journey to its
success because every single failure
allows you to analyze your strategy and
get better at it if you are not
experiencing failures then you are not
taking enough actions towards their
goals so remember sometimes it takes a
good fail to really no way sin remember
folks the two key enablers that are
crucial to face your adversities during
the pursuit of your goals are number 1
ignore the naysayers and number 2 master
the fear of failure yeah I know that
putting these key enablers into action
is not gonna be easy
however the idea is to consciously
practice and improve along your journey
towards achieving your goals I might
sound like a 40 year old who has many
life experiences about failures and
achieving goals but you have to young to
learn from other people's mistakes and I
strongly believe that you can do it
because you
what it takes thank you
