دقائق حلو طيب ش رايك تخدع عقلك عندك اي

بهالطريقه وتبسطها عليك بتقطع مسافه كبيره

الانستغرام قال مره اذا حصل وشعرت بعدم

لمده خمس دقائق فقط ومن بعدها اجد نفسي
انهيت المهمه كامله فاي اشخاص احنا من

الثانيه ابيك تتقبل معي فكره انك مخلوق
يبحث عن المتعه دائما ابحث عن الشيء السهل
واستخدم هالفكره لمصلحتك بتقول لي كيف انا
اقول لك كيف وخليني اقول لك هالقصه لشخص
قريب مني قالوا له الاطباء انت يا تمشي
وتتحرك يا وضعك بيكون سيء جدا الخيار لك
انت مخير واذا رجعت لنا بعد شهر بنفس
القياسات هذه بيكون مصيرك الابر يقولوا
انا شخص اكره الرياضه جدا يقول حاولت
احبها وسجلت باكثر من نادي لكن ماش ثقيل
الدم الرياضه بالنسبه لي يقول لكن هالمره
حسيت ان ان لا خلاص مكره اخاك لا بطل يقول
فصرت اطلع وامشي واشغل محتوى صوتي انا

متوقع هالنتيجه لكن تحولت الرياضه لشيء
على الاقل خفيف دم بعد ما ربطتها بشيء انا
احبه وفعلا لما قرات مارك مانسن مؤلف كتاب
فن اللامبالات الشهير جدا لقيته يقول اربط
المشاعر الايجابيه بالسلوك في بدايه خلق
العادات الدافع والتحفيز ليس مجرد شعور
انها عاده ممارسه نحتاج الى تنميتها في
حياتنا اليوميه انه ليس مجرد شيء نملكه او
لا نملكه بل هو شيء نخلقه
لانفسنا خليني احكي لك عن هال الدراسه
الرهيبه فعلا تمت من قبل جامعه كولومبيا
من بروفيسوره اسمها كلوديا راحت فيها
لمدرسه اطفال بعمر 12 سنه واعطت الجميع
لعبه عباره عن لغز وبغض النظر اذا الطفل
حلها صح او لا قسمتهم لمجموعتين المجموعه
الاولى قالت لهم انتم حليتو صح بس ها
لانكم اساسا موهوبين بالفطره واذكياء
والمجموعه الثانيه قالت لهم حليتو صح ولكن
لانكم بذلتم مجهود كبير جدا بعد هذا اعطت
كل طفل ثلاث العاب واحده سهله جدا ثانيه
متوسطه والثالثه كانت صعبه اللي طلعت منه
بهذه التجربه كان فعلا رهيب الاطفال اللي
قالت لهم ان عندكم موهبه واذكياء كانوا
يحلون اللعبه السهله وبدون نفس ايضا كان
في بعض المحاولات على اللعبه متوسطه
الصعوبه ولكن سرعان ما تركوها اما الصعبه
فمن اول تجربه تركوها لما سالتهم بعد
التجربه كيف حسيتوا قالوا لها انها
التجربه ممله جدا اما المجموعه اللي قالت
لهم انكم بذلتم مجهود فجلسوا وقت اطول
باللعبه الصعبه يحاولون يحلونها ومن ثم
المتوسطه والسهله كان عندهم مستوى الحافز
اعلى ولما سالتهم نهايه التجربه قالوا لها
اننا استمتعنا جدا بوقتنا من هذه التجربه
تم انشاء مبدا اسمه ذا لوكس اوف كنترول
والمقصود فيه مستوى ايمانك بالتحكم في
حياتك الاطفال اللي قالت لهم كلوديا انكم
موهوبين واذكياء بالفطره صاروا يشعرون
بانهم غير متحكمين بحالهم لان الاسباب
اللي هي اعطتهم اياها اسباب خارجيه اما
الاطفال اللي قالت لهم لانكم بذلتم مجهود
كبير صاروا يؤمنون بان حالهم هو نتيجه
لتحكم فيه هم المسؤولين عن حالهم بسيط
الموضوع احتاج ابذل مجهود واقدر اسوي اي
شيء الشخص اللي يشعر ويؤمن بان هو المتحكم
في حاله يصبح عنده قوه وحافز كبير جدا جدا
ولو نقارنه باغلب الناس اللي تتفنن بانها
تطلع اسباب خارجيه بتلاقي فارق مهول بينهم
وهالشيء يبدا من عمر صغير الاهل اللي ما
يحفزون على بذل المجهود ولا يشكرون
اولادهم اذا شافوهم يبذلون مجهود لكن ما
قدروا ببساطه يوصلون للقمه او يحققون
النتيجه المرجوه اللي كانوا الاهل
ينتظرونها ولا يقبلون بغيرها يكبر هالشخص
ويشوف كل شخص عنده فلوس اه هذا ولد وبفمه
ملعقه من ذهب اه فلان لانه عايش بالدول
الفلانيه اللي تقدر المواهب وخذ لك من
الاسباب الخارجيه والله نصيحه يا عزيزي
المتابع اهرب ثم اهرب من الشخص اللي يتفنن
بالاعذار الخارجيه والله انه شخص محبط
ويكسر مجاديفك يعني الحياه بشكل عام تحتاج
لكثير من المجهود فما بالك بشخص قريب لك
ويعطيك اسباب لعدم الاجتهاد فاختر محيطك

المبادئ واولها واكثرها اهميه بالحديث عن
الرياضه ش ما كانت هذه الرياضه هل من
منطقي ان الشخص اليوم يبدا يرفع 5 كيلو من
بكره يحاول يرفع 50 جنون صح والعجيب ان
هال المبدا نعرفه بطبيعه الحال ولكننا
نتجاهله بشكل رهيب يمكن رغبه منا بالوصول
السريع فبكل امور حياتنا وخلينا نقول على
سبيل المثال خالد صديقنا اكتشف انه يجلس
على الجوال اكثر من خمس ساعات لدرجه انه
هو جالس يتنقل بين الفيديوهات يجي في باله
فكره انا ش جالس اسوي الحين ش هال التفاهه
اللي انا اشوفها يلا مقطعين واقفل فيقرر
من بكره انه لا الجوال هذا مشكله لازم
احدد وقت الا استخدامه فيحدد ساعه واحده
ومن بعدها تقفل كل التطبيقات في جواله
ويعدل بالاعدادات ويخليها فعلا متاحه لمده
ساعه واحده فقط يجي بكره ويلاقي ان الساعه
خلصت بشكل سريع ويسوي تجاهل للاعدادات
ويكمل استخدام خالد على فكره موجود في كل
بيت حرفيا في كل بيت بس بامثله وقصص
مختلفه مبدا التدرج مبدا اساسي بالحياه
تقدر تسوي اي شيء انت تبيه ولكن ابدا
بتدرج وطول بالك لان غير معقول ان الانسان
يفوت الكثير من الوقت ولكن بلحظه واحده
يقرر انه يتغير وبشكل جذري هذه
