Q & A
What is the main concern expressed by the client of Nomad Elad regarding the United Kingdom?
-The main concern is that both the new labor government and the previous conservatives have been stealing from the working people through changes to tax roles, which is a continuation of a pattern that is also seen in other countries like Canada.
What is the issue with the Canadian government's approach to taxation as mentioned in the script?
-The Canadian government is looking to impose a new departure tax and is making changes to existing rules to ensure that Canadians cannot leave until the new law has been passed, which is seen as a way to keep people in the country for longer to pay more taxes.
How has the UK government's freezing of tax thresholds until 2028 affected taxpayers?
-By freezing tax thresholds, the UK government has effectively implemented a stealth tax, as more people are pushed into higher tax bands as wages increase, without any corresponding increase in the thresholds.
What changes have been made to the capital gains allowances in the UK, and why is this significant?
-The capital gains allowances have been reduced from £12,000 to £3,000. This reduction is significant as it means individuals have less room to make capital gains without being taxed, effectively increasing the tax burden on those selling assets.
What is the predicted change in inheritance tax rates in the UK, and why is this a concern?
-The inheritance tax is predicted to rise from 40% to 54%. This is a concern because it could disincentivize wealth transfer and inheritance, potentially leading to disincentives for saving and investing.
How does the cost of living in the UK affect the value of state pensions?
-Even though the state pensions in the UK are not particularly high, the high cost of living means that the value of these pensions is significantly reduced, potentially leading to a lower quality of life for retirees.
What is the growing call among politicians regarding the state pension in the UK?
-There is a growing call for the state pension to be means-tested, which could result in individuals who have contributed to workplace schemes being ineligible for the state pension, effectively penalizing them for their prior contributions.
What changes are being made to the UK's infrastructure and public services, and what are the implications?
-The UK's infrastructure is described as crumbling, with potholes on roads and public areas filled with litter. Public toilets are in a state of disrepair, and there is a general neglect of maintenance in public spaces. These changes imply a decline in the quality of public services and living standards.
How is the UK government's policy on green energy affecting farmers and food production?
-The UK government is paying farmers to retire or leave farming, and farms are being turned into rewilding areas or covered in solar panels. This is leading to a predicted collapse in food production, as farmers are being incentivized to stop farming.
What is the impact of the UK's shift towards electric vehicles and green energy on the average citizen?
-The shift towards electric vehicles is making cars more expensive and less practical for long-distance travel, which is a burden for the average citizen. Additionally, the push for heat pumps to replace gas boilers may not provide enough heat in colder climates, leading to discomfort and increased energy costs.
How are changes in the UK's transportation system affecting motorists and the general public?
-The UK is implementing road closures, reduced parking spaces, increased parking charges, and ultra-low emission zones. There is also a probable introduction of pay-per-mile schemes and lower speed limits. These changes are making transportation more expensive and less convenient for motorists and the public.
Outlines
🏛️ UK's Political and Economic Shifts
The video discusses recent developments in the UK that suggest a significant change in the country's trajectory. It mentions the new labor government's continuation of the conservatives' policies, which allegedly exploit the working class through tax changes. The script also highlights the difficulties faced by Canadians with the introduction of a departure tax, making it harder for citizens to leave the country. The client from Nomad Elad criticizes tax thresholds being frozen and capital gains allowances being significantly reduced, affecting the financial well-being of UK citizens. The video promises to analyze these issues further to help viewers make informed decisions about their future.
🛣️ Infrastructure Decay and Public Services
This paragraph focuses on the deteriorating infrastructure in the UK, with potholes becoming a common sight on roads. It draws a comparison with the situation in Texas, where roads are similarly in poor condition despite being in a first-world country. The script criticizes the UK government for spending on international causes while neglecting public areas filled with litter and poorly maintained facilities. It also mentions the decline in public transportation quality and the high costs associated with it, contrasting with the better-maintained roads and facilities seen in some third-world countries and other parts of Europe.
🌱 Environmental Policies and Societal Changes
The script addresses the fourth Industrial Revolution and the push towards green energy in the UK, despite the high costs and practical limitations of electric vehicles. It discusses the government's incentives for farmers to retire, leading to a potential collapse in food production. The video also touches on societal changes, including the rise of surveillance, the implementation of low-traffic neighborhoods, and the increase in monitoring and control over citizens' lives. It highlights the disconnect between the government's actions and the needs and desires of the people, as well as the impact of immigration and demographic shifts on the country's identity.
🌐 Global Agendas and Personal Choices
The final paragraph discusses the broader implications of the 2030 agenda and the potential loss of personal freedom and financial stability due to government policies. It suggests that individuals have the choice to either accept the current situation or seek a new life in a different country with a more promising future. The video encourages viewers to consider relocating to countries like Paraguay or Mexico, where the cost of living is lower and the culture may be more aligned with their values. It emphasizes the importance of acting sooner rather than later, as the global shift towards digital currencies and increased surveillance may soon limit personal choices and freedoms.

Transcripts
the United Kingdom is changing today
we're going to analyze some recent
developments that have changed the
trajectory of the United Kingdom
possibly forever we are going to break
down why it may be time to depart the
island and relocate to a different
geographic location very recently I
received an email from a client of nomad
elad and it was actually quite shocking
so what we are going to do in this video
is we're going to break down everything
that's been said and we're going to
bring logic to this whole discussion so
that we can make appropriate decisions
for our future our client says the
following the new labor government as
with the previous conservatives have
just taken over debaton and will
continue to steal from the working
people through changes to tax roles this
is nothing new we're seeing the same
thing happening not just in the UK but
also in Canada where they're looking to
impose a new departure tax and they're
making a lot of changes to existing
rules to ensure that Canadian
can't leave until the new law has been
passed now they're looking at a
departure tax and it's a very crazy deal
because a lot of our clients who are
Canadian they cannot get their documents
apostil because they have to wait for 3
to 6 months to get an appointment it
wasn't anything like this two years ago
a year ago this change happened very
recently and we connected the dots and
it turns out that this change is being
implemented so that in the event and
when it's not in the event it's when not
if the government introduces the
departure tax and makes changes to
existing tax laws more people will stay
in Canada people who they know want to
leave they want to keep these people in
Canada for as long as possible so that
they cannot get out of the country and
that they have to pay more taxes makes
perfect sense now we have found the
workaround for these people but this is
just a matter of fact he goes on he says
tax thresholds on earnings have been
frozen until 2028 this in effect is a
steel tax as more and more people come
within higher tax bands as wages
increase capital gains allowances which
originally was 12,000 was half to £6,000
and then down to
£3,000 this is crazy I have personally
verifi this information that now it is
indeed just £3,000 so they're just
finding ways to get more of your money
giving you few alliances increasing your
tax rates making your lives harder and
we're going to talk about the lot more
developments are happening in the UK
that make it crystal clear that this
country is definitely heading in the
wrong direction another point he makes
is that inheritance tax is predicted to
rise from 40% to
54% he also points out that according to
the
oecd state pensions in the UK aren't
particularly high and supposedly one of
the lowest in Europe and of course you
have the factor in the cost of living
because that's the ultimate deciding
factor you know you can have a lot of
income or seemingly High amount but if
you live in a very inflationary or just
a very expensive environment like the
United Kingdom your money may not go a
long way and you may be better of
relocating to a lowcost destination
potentially in South America potentially
in Africa or Asia he goes on there is a
growing call amongst politicians for the
state pension to be means tested so
someone like me wouldn't be eligible to
receive the SP therefore because we paid
into workplace schemes we could be
penalized interesting he goes on we pay
through our National Insurance
contributions whilst working and are
required to have a minimum of 35 years
of contributions to qualify for a full
pension now this system is not unique to
the United Kingdom is actually very
typical across the European continent
also in North America where you must
have paid in for a certain number of
years for you to get Social benefits and
if you haven't met the minimum
requirements you're probably not going
to get anything which is good because
all people are contributing and if you
are a working class or middle class
individual then having a pension or
Social Security is very important to
your financial health during your 60s 7s
80s and hopefully Beyond so he points
this out that things are not looking
good in this department either he says
as part of the pension they used to pay
a winter fuel allowance to help poor
pensioners through our cold Winters
Winters in the UK are brutal just as
they're brutal in Scandinavia or in
Central Europe Canada as well by the way
and we're going to get to a lot more
unpleasant news about just how things
are being regulated in the UK these days
and we're going to get to this in a
moment he goes on here this would
normally be 300 to 500 pound to every
pensioner that'd be good you know if you
have that kind of money extra it's an
extra allowance he says this year it
will only be paid to those on pension
credit means tested now we talk about
infrastructure it's also very important
he says our infrastructure is crumbling
doesn't that sound familiar he says with
potholes in the potholes on most roads
this is kind of weird because even here
in Texas I see roads here in Fort Worth
that have potholes in the potholes and
you have to drive around them because
you know you don't want to have a flat
tire or anything and it's been like this
already now for almost half a year so
it's kind of strange why they're not
fixing these roads because you know very
clearly we're paying money and taxes
we're being taxed a lot but not much is
happening right I know that there's no
state income tax in Texas but still you
know these roads should be fixed
consider considering that America is a
first world country he goes on here he
says we have seen better roads in third
world countries even in Paraguay even in
the city of course not the stone roads
but the roads they built now they're
actually not that bad right and in some
instances potentially even better than
the roads that we see in in the US some
of them better than the roads in the US
not all of them but some of them and in
Europe partially too right and he points
this out about the UK he says our
government has plenty to send to Ukraine
however then public areas of drun with
litter with public toilets a disgrace on
our recent trip to Thailand we were so
impressed by the standard of these type
of facilities everywhere one of the
things about Europe that a lot of people
don't understand is that Europe is old
money Europe is not new money the new
money is indeed in Asia some of it is in
Paraguay you know some of it is in the
US but a lot of the money in Europe is
old money which includes United Kingdom
he says grass verges are not cut anymore
with the excuse that it encourages
Wildlife okay they want more Wildlife
that's interesting he goes on roads and
cycle Lanes aren't swept anymore and
many have wheat growing in the gutters
roads flat often as the drains aren't
kept clear that's interesting now one of
the things here because I'm always
trying to give you a balanced View and
I'm trying to put things in perspective
Paraguay does have flooding issues okay
so I'm not pointing now a Rosy picture
that doesn't exist so flooding issues do
exist in emerging countries including in
Thailand including in Vietnam including
in the Philippines including in Paraguay
right but to see this in a super high
tax country like the United Kingdom is
definitely quite shocking he says High
streets and shopping malls are seeing an
inordinate number of business closing
making them like ghost towns that is not
good he says public transportation is
hideously expensive compared to other
cities where we have visited around the
world and the availability is only
adequate in large cities like London
okay now that's interesting because from
my experience you know my recent
experience in Europe you know just in
Spain and in Greece in Austria too like
public transportation is pretty good it
has become definitely more expensive but
it's really good so I'm personally very
satisfied with the public transportation
in many European Union countries you
know especially in Western Europe in
Italy the public transportation is not
good in southern Italy non-existent but
in a lot of places like Northern Italy
and Spain is pretty good because Spain
is getting the tourism dollar the
tourism Euro the tourism pound right SP
is one of the most visited countries in
the entire world you know we're talking
about tourism here so they always had
good infrastructure you know especially
in Andia in the Malaga region Valencia
Madrid I mean even the Canary Islands
know there's good infrastructure
everywhere in Greece it it's okay it's
good it's not the newest but they have
at least public transportation that's
reliable for the most part all right
let's talk about some of the things
we're seeing that are part of the fourth
Industrial Revolution which is a period
that we're in right now we can
definitely see that green energy is
being pushed heavily and there's the
argument that green energy is necessary
to reduce carbon emissions that may be
true to certain extend whether that
leads to the climate change that we're
seeing or not there a whole lot of
question that I can't help you answer
I'm not a scientist but um that's a very
important point that there is this push
to accelerate the fourth Industrial
Revolution not just in Europe but also
in the US which is partially being
rejected in many Republican states and I
think like emerging countries they're
going to need more coal and not less
because you know they're just building
out a middle class and you know all this
takes time and they have growing
populations you know they have a very
high birth rate and low median age so
the emerging countries in Asia they're
going to need more coal and not less
coal I think this goes without saying
but you know in the Western countries
where we're seeing some of the highest
um life expectancies and also the
highest median ages in the entire world
we're seeing this hard push towards more
green energy towards electric vehicles
and and just a massive acceleration of
the fourth Industrial Revolution so you
see this you know switching from gas and
diesel cars to electric cars even though
they're way too expensive and
impractical for the simple reason that
they're just not good for longdistance
travel and you know the acquisition cost
is just too high the average person
can't afford those types of cars I know
the argument is they're going to get
cheaper with competition and lower costs
yes I think that's going to happen but
it's still quite unaffordable for the
average person I know that they have
very cheap models but just getting a
used electric car it costs a lot more
than getting a used diesel car or a used
gasoline car that's just a matter of
fact right so he says the climate called
have their claw firmly into the
establishment and Society in the UK
despite the eruption of volcanoes
pushing 160,000 tons of CO2 into the
atmosphere per day this is ignored
compared to the cow forts climate
experts who disagree are derided whil a
Swedish skull girl is believed the UK
government is paying Farmers to retire
or leave farming allog Together Farms
are being turned into what's called
rewilding or covered in solar panels so
food production is suffering with
Farmers predicting a coming collapse
next year now this is a very interesting
point in the problem that we're seeing
with the farmers is again not a problem
unique to the United Kingdom we're
seeing this all over Europe where they
want to get the farmers out of business
at all costs you know and it's kind of
sad and I'm I'm just having a look here
something else which says that there
there's lump some exit scheme the UK
government offers for Farmers so they're
even incentivizing them to stop being
Farmers he goes on there is a persistent
attack on motorists with road closures
reduced parking spaces increased parking
charges ultra low emission Zone ulz
schemes a probable introduction of pay
per mile 20 mph speed limits across the
country like we've seen in Wales it was
a blanket introduction down from 30 mph
I did look this up in the 20 mph speed
introduction did happen in Wales he says
in addition to those above there are
many cities across the UK that are
introducing 15minute cities and low
trffic neighborhoods sadik K the major
of London is the chair of the C40 cities
which coordinates the 2030 agenda around
the world in the ltns they sewn off the
city and don't allow direct travel
through making motorists travel far
longer around the the outside there are
cameras throughout ands for not obeying
it's certainly true that we're becoming
more surveilled every single year I mean
we have cameras everywhere our laptops
have cameras our phones have cameras
right our cars have cameras backup
cameras dashboard monitoring cameras we
have cameras everywhere we have street
cameras Singapore is probably you know
the most surveilled state in the entire
world if I had to make a guess there are
camera everywhere in Every Corner in
Singapore there very few Corners where
there are no cameras right it's another
important consideration when you're
looking to move abroad for Freedom you
want to reduce surveillance at all costs
just another quick note on the electric
car push that I already touched on he
says there is the electric car push
where car companies will be fed for
every non-electric car sold beyond their
quota very interesting how they go about
things he says non-electric car
manufacturing bands are scheduled by
2030 I also look this up in General
Motors they plan to stop making cars
we're talking about gas cars by 2035 so
that's their objective he says houses
will be required to install heat pumps
to replace gas boilers even though they
don't provide enough heat in Northern
climates this is a very important point
because it does take a lot of energy to
keep a home warm during the colder
months of the year and in the UK you
know depending on where you're located
if you're like in Scotland or the
Midlands or up it's very cold and it's
cold for many months actually most
months throughout the year so you've got
to use some form of heating right he
says food inflation is manipulated in
the mainstream press where they try to
say it's single digits however according
to my wife she has seen some items rise
as much as 30 to 100% in the last 2
years he goes on he says local shows
that used to be quite reasonable have
seen a huge increase as far as music or
theaters they are way too expensive to
consider just a quick point on
immigration here he says some areas
particularly in the Midlands they have
seen High migration in the above areas
they bear little resemblance to the
towns mosques ethnic shops and even have
Sharia law and courts operating imagine
that London now officially has a
majority ethnic minority population one
thing I want to say about this something
that I recognized in Vienna which is the
capital of my native country there are
probably fewer than 30% austrians living
in Vienna these days it's probably less
than that last time I checked it was
about 30% why a lot of the austrians
that were originally from Vienna as soon
as they retired they actually move back
to the countryside or they leave the
country allog together because the
quality of life is good but you just
have too many cold Ms so it's just not
worth it and he makes this point too
that the demographics are shifting in
the UK big time and here's the saddest
statement he says neither of us
recognize the country we grew up in it
having changed beyond belief he says
neither the government nor councils are
working to their published manifestos
writing to your representative has no
effect as they are all working to to the
same agenda the results of local
consultations are dismissed or ignored
facial recognition is on the increase
all large stores have a monitoring
camera recording each person who enters
the store interesting so we had seen a
lot of not so positive news out of the
UK recently um there was a lot of civil
unrest lots of disagreements you know
we're talking politically speaking and
that's nothing new that's across the
entire European Union the Western
hemisphere has been plagg by political
disagreements forever right but it's
become more prevalent in recent years
now the question is what should you do
what can you do given the picture
elaborated by this British couple who
are clients of no Med alate what should
you do what can you do in life we have
choices right life is all about choices
life is all about decisions you have the
choice to stay accept what you have of
course you can debate you can
participate in change and um initiate
change eventually this may or may not
happen in a short to midterm it may
happen may not happen this depends on
too many variables that would take us
hours to disc yes or another option
would be you can depart to a new land
where a more promising future is ahead
of you and if you have the financial
resources to do so why wouldn't you go
overseas and spend the best years of
your life in a country that resonates
with you a country that resamples what
you once had back home given the picture
described by this British couple it is
very clear that not only the UK but the
entire European Union is changing
because everyone that's part of the 230
gender right the 2030 agenda is
definitely initiating a lot of these
steps and uh they may have good reasons
to do so but if it doesn't resonate with
you if you're not happy with what's
going on you may want to consider
relocating to a country and if you
relocate to a country in South America
maybe in Eastern Europe that is less
compliant to the things that are
happening a country in Eastern Europe
that is less receptive towards certain
things right where if you want to live
in Asia it's really important that you
make this step now because we're not too
far away from 2030 we're just 5 years
away from these things being fully
implemented and leave while you can you
know depart while you can because maybe
in 5 years things will be very different
you don't know what mediums they may put
in place to control inflation and they
have good reasons to do so because
governments always run up debt nothing
new just in Austria I've made a post
recently on our community page where I
stated that Austria had I think five or
six currencies in the past you know 130
years and the next currency we're going
to get is the digital Euro from bad to
worse and it's about to happen and first
they said they won't do it and now it's
more like when is it going to happen so
there are certain things happening that
are beyond our control and I'm a big
believer in focusing on things that I
can control and forgetting about things
that I cannot control and if something
doesn't fit you anymore it's time to let
go of it it's time to find a new suit if
you want to lower your living cost if
you want more freedom if you want lower
taxes I highly recommend you to consider
Paraguay potentially Mexico Tunisia you
can consider a lot of places around the
world where you just get more bang for
the buck Paraguay would be great because
you get probably 30 to 40 Pennies on the
pound and that would be a great
accomplishment right you cut your living
cost in half at the very worst you know
worst case scenario you cut your living
cost in half which would be a phenomenal
achievement if you have some kind of
pension from the UK government and you
want to get out of the UK to live in a
country with much better weather if you
want to live in a country with nice
people with the culture resamples what
you once have back home if you want to
do that please do it there's just a lot
of positives to it of course par is just
one country you can consider immigrating
to Mexico that'll be another phenomenal
option where you can also get probably
40 to 50 pennies on on the pound right
so it's a phenomenal deal as well we
have many climates in Mexico the people
also very nice and many communities
there expad communities right you have a
lot to choose from you can also go to
Asia even though residency is hard still
going to be much better than in the UK
right you have sunshine in many places
all year round even though the weather
is quite tropical and there's a lot of
rain right so it depends on where you
located but certain places have more
Sunshine than others and it would be
time to make that move now because
you're not working with a lot of time
right and depending on when the UK
government launches its Central Bank
digital currency we don't know if or
when that's going to happen but you know
governments around the globe are talking
about it so it's probably a question of
when not if you may want to get up Plan
B very soon and the plan B may very well
turn into a plan a and if you like it
you end up staying if you're interested
in obtaining a residence permit in South
America in Northern Africa potentially
in Eastern Europe please contact us now
