more machines doing the work many people
worried about losing their jobs imagine
working in a factory where robots are
doing the tasks you used to do it's
natural to feel scared about losing your
job this fear of job loss was one of the
biggest problems of Industry
4.0 second the systems became more
complicated and harder to manage with so
many machines and devices connected
through the internet of things iot
managing everything became very
difficult think of it like trying to
control an orchestra with hundreds of
different instruments all playing at
once keeping everything in Harmony and
running smoothly was very challenging
for engineers and managers third making
more products led to more waste and more
use of resources while automation made
factories more efficient it also meant
higher production rates this means more
raw materials were used and more waste
was created for example if a factory
produces thousands of products every day
even a small amount of waste per product
adds up quickly this caused
environmental problems and increased the
need for sustainable practices lastly
the well-being of workers was sometimes
forgotten in the rush to automate and
improve efficiency the human element was
often ignored workers found themselves
working alongside machines but not
always in better conditions the focus
was more on productivity and less on the
health and happiness of the people doing
the work this led to job dissatisfaction
and sometimes even burnout among workers
these problems showed that we needed a
new way and that's where industry 5.0
comes
