video it is to thank you guys I want to

thank you from the bottom of my heart

because a few days ago was actually the

foury year anniversary of this channel

that you're watching right now and I

really want to thank you because it

couldn't exist without you guys my

channel literally cannot exist without

you watching the video supporting the

videos supporting me at the same time

valuing my voice the advice I give the

tips I share with you guys the

experience I share with you guys I am

very thankful for all of you you guys

made me grow and I'm still growing with

you and I couldn't be more thankful once

again thank you so much I couldn't be

more grateful so to give you guys a

little bit of a behind the scenes right

the channel just got monetized this year

after three and a half years of not

being monetized

not receiving any money from YouTube

it's not a lot it's a nice addition to

my other sources of revenue it's the

smallest source of Revenue I have right

now but it doesn't matter because

obviously I'm not doing this for the

money and the

fame if I were I would have abandoned

the idea and the project long ago so

yeah it's a nice addition but in any

case I'm very happy that it got

monetized this year because you know my

efforts are now being rewarded that much

more let's say another behind the scenes

is that for the past year I have finally

uploaded those videos that were on my

mind for a very very long time and I

feel very liberated I was almost like

crippled by you know the thought that I

had so many videos like

cor videos that I want I wanted to get

out of my system and

unless I did that unless I got those

videos out I wouldn't

be allowed or at least I I wouldn't

allow myself to think of more ideas and

to you know create more let's say so I

was really crippled by this but finally

now that I

am liberated from those and those very

important videos are out on the channel

I just feel

better so I got my

creativity back I mean I it's it's

always been there but it

was silenced for a while let's say so

it's not silenced anymore it's and it's

full on right now I uploaded a lot more

on the channel this past year and I'm

very happy to report that along the way

of course my skills have also improved

my editing

skills production skills in general

video

production writing skills as well um

communication skills I hope even my

English skills have improved my speaking

has improved thanks to my channel I

guess it's not perfect at all of course

but I have reached a point where I am

satisfied

with how I manage things how I manage

the production of my videos from the

moment I think of an idea until the

moment I see this idea

materialize how I materialize it myself

because I do everything from zero of

course I've got no one helping me on

this project so I am happy it could be

better I guess from now I will still

grow I will still improve all of those

skills that I just

mentioned but now I guess I'm more

focused on how I want to express things

through my videos not so much on the

form now because I guess the form now is

pretty much I'm fine with it let's

say or at least I know how to be fine

with it

now and yeah I of course I'm much more

focused now on improving the content

itself content of my videos I guess that

I've reached a sort of balance now

between what my vision is and how I can

materialize it because for a while of

course at the beginning it was very hard

to actually create things that were as

close as possible to what I had in mind

because I didn't have the skills to do

that now I do have the skills and I'm

much happier with the kind of videos

that I'm producing today I still want to

improve that but I'm much happier so

that brings me onto the last topic of

today's short video which is the future

of the channel so first of all don't

worry for one second every type of video

I'm producing today I will continue

producing however on top of that I want

to also add into the

mix more videos here and there just like

the the one I'm filming today which will

be almost like

podcasts so you won't need to look at

the screen because I won't show anything

on the screen and it will be just a

platform yet again another kind of

platform for me to talk to you directly

without filter without script without

editing or at least not too much editing

so a way really for me to discuss things

with you to dive into very specific

topics that you guys asked me about you

guys always ask very interesting

questions by the way so I'm very

thankful for this community to be honest

with you and I just feel like some of

those answers could benefit

everyone so that's where I'm coming from

I guess and also I'm you know coming

from the point of view of finding myself

getting a bit too rigid did in some of

my sit down videos where I'm just

following a structure for my video and

on top of that sometimes a

script and I don't really like

this alley that you see in these videos

it's not really me uh but at the same

time it serves that kind of video I

guess but I do want to improve that as

well so if even those sit down videos so

for example I'm talking about um the

videos where I give tips or where I

explain stuff so for example one recent

one would be how I audit my study

resources overall I'm happy with the

video but I'm saying that there is a

slight difference between the alley you

see in that kind of video and who I am

really and how I would for example speak

to one of you if I met you on the street

let's say so I really want to go back to

that you know more spontaneous form of

discussion with you behind the

screen and of course I hope that it will

trigger more conversation more feedback

from you guys as well in the comments I

never want to feel too rigid in my

videos and how I want how I express

myself in front of you guys also

because I am just a language learner

like you I am no expert and I certainly

do not want to be seen

or just to act

inadvertently like an expert I am not I
