announcements before this no it was two

it is to talk about the business side of

stuff okay so uh first I want to be

clear proceeds to disappear I want to uh

make something very clear um right now

today right now I'm going to be speaking

to you guys Lucky Charms and as the

person behind foyo okay I know the line

blurred and uh you know it's kind of the

same person but just to be clear it's

more like serious talk I'm going to be

talking a bit

already been ripped uh in the

announcement I'm going to be leaving

Idol okay you guys saw it in the title

everywhere fio is going to be leaving I

um but yeah that's that's it that's the

now when Brave acquired Idol we were

offered two options we or I guess I

guess three if we didn't want to buy the

IP right but um we were offered to join

Brave under a new contract or we could

just leave and buy our IPS uh now in the

announcement that brave put out or well

put out um they uh clarified that this

will be like a revenue sharing sort of

deal so like they take a portion and

stuff like that I I don't know how deep

into these kinds of things I'm allowed

to go to but that's that's the basic

gist of it they they get part of our

it's like a subscription service and

it's like yeah it's one year Revenue

sharing yeah for using the IP exactly so

anything we earn on our IPS half of it

it uh or well part of it is going to uh

Brave I have decided not to sign with

brave and I will be taking my foil IP

and I will be leaving I'll be running

away far away into the

mountains yeah yeah yeah yeah F will be

mine I will be mine forever hopefully if

everything goes right if nothing weird

happens um before you guys go actually

uh I want to reassure you guys that I

have thought about this extensively with

the two brain cells that I

have I was gone for like a month okay I

did not stream for a month or so and

part of it was you know I wanted to

clear my head I wanted to make sure that

I would make the right

decisions I took a long time but uh it's

a very important decision for me because

it doesn't just affect me and the girls

and you know Idol it also affects you

guys you know whatever I do is going to

affect my look at arms and honestly

that's possibly the most important thing

for me in the world it's how you guys

feel how the people who you know spend

time with me every day are going to feel

about this um so everything everything

that I do in regards to fuyo um I'm

doing thinking of you guys I'm doing

thinking of what would what would Lucky

Charms want me to do with fo what would

what would Lucky Charms be happy to see

for your do um

and so that's that's always on my brain

that's always on my brain I think that

even without a corpal even without Brave

I will be able to do many exciting

exciting things that you guys I hope

enjoy I'm really happy with the decision

just scary to do like these this PR I

decision that I've taken and I'm very

however as much as you know the deal

with being in corpo is good joining

another corpo with

fuyo I do not want to give fuyo up for

that I don't want to give foyo up to a

different Agency for that

um because staying staying with brave

would mean that brave would be owning my

IP and uh I would not be getting a

chance of taking it back uh and uh I've

talked to them I've discussed I've seen

the contract um they know why I feel the

way I feel and uh why I've decided that

for me personally this is the best

long-term decision and this is long-term

being you know the key the key word here

also besides you guys I I created Foo

two years ago God it's been two years

alongside Idol okay it's only fair I get

to keep it in my little grippers next

next Point next bullet point as most of

you guys know I've been saying this a

lot because I'm just convinced that I'm

just talking to like the Lucky Charms

but I realized that there's probably

some people here who've probably never

watched me or don't even you know aren't

very very much in on the fil or but um a

little bit of a foore for

you I didn't apply okay I didn't didn't

apply to Idol I got

scouted and um I do not see myself

applying to join another corpo again

probably uh this was my first and only

experience I do not regret it in any way

I wholeheartedly believe that it was

worth the time and energy okay I got to

meet the girls I got to meet you guys

you know I made a lot of connections

and it was a rocky road too

on really really hard I I am a very I'm

a very emotional person and uh a lot of

the things that

hurt but other things were really happy

peace with a lot of the things that were

made peace with some things that were

bothering

me oh there's also the fact another

of corpo for for me was having gen mates

and uh isai is freaking dead my gen died
