रहे हैं कि जो भी तत्व मणिपुर की आग में

घी डालने की कोशिश कर रहे हैं उन्हें आगाह

में 4 जुलाई को इंफाल में गुरुवार

शुक्रवार की रात उपद्रवियों ने एक

निर्माणाधीन धार्मिक स्थल को निशाना बनाया

पैलेस ग्राउंड में करीब देर रात तक 12:30

बजे हमलावरों ने धार्मिक स्थल पर फायरिंग

की उससे पहले 23 जून को मणिपुर के दो

इलाकों में फायरिंग हुई उससे पहले 15 जून

को जो मुख्यमंत्री है वीरेंद्र सिंह उनके

काफिले पर हमला हुआ पत्रकारों के जवाब में

उन्होंने कहा कि मेरे लिए शर्म की बात है

कि मेरे राज्य में मेरे सुरक्षाकर्मियों

पर हमला हुआ वाह शर्म की बात है लेकिन

कुर्सी पर काबिज है उन्होंने एक बार

इस्तीफे का भी नाटक किया था लेकिन उसके

बाद भी काबिज है और यह हमला हो रहा है

मुख्यमंत्री मान रहे हैं उनके लिए शर्म की

बात और य प्रधानमंत्री कह रहे हैं कि जो

वहां जा रहे हैं राहुल गांधी जैसे लोग अगर

जख्मों पर मरहम लगाने तो आग में घी डालने

के लिए जा रहे हैं 8 जून को भी मणिपुर में

ऐसे संदिग्ध उग्रवादियों ने दो पुलिस

चौकियों वन विभाग के बीट ऑफिस समेत 70 से

अधिक घरों में आग के हवाले कर दिया एक

व्यक्ति की हत्या कर दी और बहुत कुछ हुआ

ऐसे अलग-अलग डेट में देख रहा हूं अप्रैल

में भी ऐसी घटनाएं हुई है तो यह मणिपुर

पूरी तरह से शांत नहीं हुआ हां यह अलग बात

है कि जिस तरह की हिंसक वारदातें पिछले

साल हो रही थी या इंफाल के शहरी इलाकों

में जिस तरह की हिंसा हुई थी उस पर लगाम

है कंट्रोल है इसमें कोई शक नहीं वहां

स्थितियां पहले से काफी सामान्य हुई है

इसमें कोई शक नहीं लेकिन आज भी मणिपुर में

जो शिविरों में लोग रह रहे हैं उनकी

स्थिति अगर समझेंगे तो यही तस्वीर दिखती

है जो राहुल

गांधी से राहत शिविरों में मु मुलाकात के

दौरान की तस्वीर एक रिपोर्ट देख रहा हूं

मैं आज तक में आशुतोष मिश्रा के हवाले से

जिसमें उन्होंने लिखा है कि इंफा लिस्ट के

इस रिलीफ कैंप में पारी जैसे कई बच्चे

अपने परिवार के साथ एक साल से रह रहे हैं

और 3 मई को शुरू हिंसा अ 10 मई को मोरे

शहर तक पहुंच गई और सैकड़ों मैत हिंदू

परिवार घाटी छोड़कर इंफाल की तरह भागने पर

विवस हुए घर छूटा आंगन छूटा स्कूल छूटा

दोस्त भी छूटे इसलिए उन्हे उन सबको घर की

याद आती है उसके बाद अलग-अलग राहत कैंप का

जिक्र इन्होंने किया है कि राहत कैंप के

अलग-अलग कमरों में नाम मात्र के संसाधनों

के साथ जीने पर विवस महिलाएं अपने बच्चों

के भविष्य को लेकर फिक्र मंद हैं और उसके

बाद कैसे उन्हें सरकारी ली रिलीफ केंद्र

में केंद्र में दो वक्त का खाना मिलता है

लेकिन स्वाभिमान की रोटी कमाने और रोजगार

का अवसर उनके सामने नहीं है कैसे मुश्किल

स्थिति में वह अपना वक्त काटती हैं ऐसी

बहुत सारी खबरें राहत शिविरों से आ रही है

उन्हीं राहत शिविरों से जहां राहुल गांधी

ने जहां का मुआयना किया तो बात यह है

प्रधानमंत्री मोदी मस्को जरूर जाए

ऑस्ट्रिया भी जाए दो दिन बाद जा रहे हैं

और दो चार महीने में जितने देश जाना है

जाए पीछे भी लगातार जाते रहे लेकिन एक बार

मणिपुर भी तो जाएं इसी देश का एक प्रदेश

है मणिपुर और सरकार उनकी ही

है तो यह अपेक्षा करना देश के नागरिकों की

तरफ से पत्रकारों की तरफ से नेता विपक्ष

की तरफ से कि प्रधानमंत्री को मणिपुर जाना

चाहिए उन्हीं राहत शिविरों में जिन

शिविरों में राहुल गांधी जा रहे हैं तीसरी

बार जा रहे हैं उन्होंने भारत जोड़ो न्याय

यात्रा की शुरुआत मणिपुर से की थी उन्हीं

राह शिविरों में क्या प्रधानमंत्री नहीं

जा सकते देश के लोगों को मणिपुर के लोगों

को संदेश तो जाए कि मणिपुर भी हमारा है हम

मणिपुर के हैं हम पूरे देश के

प्रधानमंत्री हमारी जिम्मेदारी मणिपुर को

लेकर भी उतनी ही है हम आपके बीच आए हैं

आपके जख्मों को आपको दर्द को आपकी तकलीफ

को समझने और मरम लगाने क्या दिक्कत है

क्या डर है क्या परहेज है इसका जवाब कौन

देगा और इसका सवाल कौन पूछेगा क्योंकि
