e-commerce okay what is e-commerce

e-commerce is when you sell goods online

okay like uh you buy things from Amazon

or your favorite influencer pushes that

cool pair of socks and you like go buy

the pair of socks you're probably buying

um from some kind of Shopify store

something like that but here's the thing

traditional business or if you're

selling traditional products like

whatever toothbrushes socks um deodorant

whatever you know what I'm saying

notepads pens papers whatever you have

What's called the cost of goods what is

this okay well in order for you to sell

let's say you have a um let's say you

have a camera business I'm looking at

the cameras here let's say you have a

camera business okay in order for you to

sell cameras on mass to a bunch of

people you have to purchase those

cameras hopefully at a discount right

and then bring them to your Market and

drive the cost up a little bit so you

can actually make a profit so that you

can go buy some more cameras and then

you can hopefully have enough to live

off of or maybe you whatever maybe you

sell water whatever it is the the

concept is the same you have to go buy

the thing or have have pay to have the

thing manufactured okay like maybe you

uh maybe you sell uh journals online

right well you have to go paid to get

those manufactured you have cost of

goods with traditional business

traditional products okay that's just a

normal part of business in the

traditional sense but with digital

need is a phone and a

somebody would just be like yo I've put

together the 10 steps that every new

homeschooling model wish she knew in

this ebook it's only 10 bucks chances

are you'd probably pay for it especially

if you like the person or if you follow

the person right what if you were um on

the football team or your your kid was

starting uh football and they were

really having a hard time with getting

the spiral right for throwing the

football and what if there's someone put

this thing out like hey do you have a

kid who's just getting into football who

wants to perfect their spiral so that

they could be the star of the team like

so all of this to say the best way to

choose who you want to serve the easiest

and the best way to do this is to Simply

serve who you were 5 to 10 years ago

okay choose that that group of people

because chances are you have a bunch of

answers to a lot of the problems that

they're dealing with because you've

already overcome right so that's step

number one choose who you want to serve

okay step number two

two you want to open your

smartphone open it up to the voice

recorder that was me holding my phone

open it up to the voice

recorder and remember this part

here choose you want to serve and it

should be to somebody who you were 5 10

years ago okay on step number two open

up your smartphone to the voice

recorder and have a

conversation with who you

were 5 years

ago what does that mean well I'll break

it down for you okay literally take your

your smartphone okay whatever brand you

got open it up to the voice recorder and

if I were you this is how I do it I will

sit down in a quiet place I might even

write down some notes before and I

literally open up the voice recorder and

I sit there and have a 10 15 20 minute

30 minute 1 hour

conversation pretending like I'm sitting

across the table from who I was 5 years

ago and I'll be like listen here are

five things that I wish I would have

known when I was in your shoes number

one you got to do XYZ and here's why you

want to do XYZ and here are the the

pitfalls of this XYZ in this part of the

process number two I wish I would have

known how to blah blah blah blah blah I

would suggest putting together anywhere

from three to five even upwards of 10

different points and for the ebook you

don't want to go too much like you don't

do otter AI is a website by the way I

AI it's a really cool website you can

take the the audio from your your uh

phone maybe you feel more comfortable

just shooting a video maybe you feel

more comfortable not showing your face

just speaking into the phone either way

you can upload a video or an audio file

otter.ai okay and then this website is

going to

transcribe everything that you just said

it's going to transcribe the whole

entire thing okay so now instead of you

feeling like oh man I have to sit down

and actually write up an ebook no no no

we're going to leverage technology okay

cuz anyone can talk into their phone you

don't even have to share your face if

you don't want to then you're to

uploaded otter AI it's going to

transcribe everything for you and here's

what you're going to do next okay you

are going to take that transcription

step number

four and then you are going

to

really don't have to because as the

to create ebooks guys and I'm telling

be in your voice because it's literally

going off of the transcription of your

very own words it will be mind-blowing

to you just how simple it is to create

what is the fifth step I'm glad you

asked check this out now that you have

the heavy lifting for you it's already

formatted it's already in chapters

everything's done for you then you're
