My Simple Productivity System For Insane Focus
Summary
Q & A
Outlines
🚀 Produktivitäts-System: Mehr in Weniger Zeit

what if I told you that you could get 2
days of work done in under four hours
all you need is insane Focus great
insane Focus that is easy well luckily
for you I built this system that helped
me go from working 12-hour days and
earning almost nothing to building a sex
figure business and growing my audience
over 500,000 followers in under 4 hours
a day so in this video I'm going to show
you what that system is how you can set
it up and maintain it in less than 1
hour and how you can use it to unlock
and see and focus get 2 days of work
done in under 4 hours and I'll also
share with you the one secret that will
10ax your productivity forever the first
part of this system is to realize you've
been lied to about productivity now
before you go clicking off let me
explain the whole idea behind
productivity is to make as much progress
in as little time as possible right yet
most people use the clock as their
measure of how productive they were
they've got this idea in their head that
the more things you can fit into your
day the more hours you can work the more
productive you've been but the problem
with this idea with using the clock is
your measurement of productivity is that
sure it can tell you how long you've
been working for but it can't tell you
anything about the direction you're
moving in for example if you did 30
tasks over an 8-hour day using the clock
that's fantastic you've been super
productive both of those tasks weren't
important needle moving tasks were you
really productive or did you just fill
your day with things to make you feel
busy time will only measure your
productivity based on how long you've
been following the path when really you
need to make sure you're following the
right path and for that you need to use
a map a map only cares about the path
you take remember the goal of
productivity is to make as much progress
and as little time as possible hence
productivity isn't about working more
hours or doing more tasks it's about
working on the right tasks in the most
efficient and effective way possible
it's about using the map and not the
clock to measure progress and it's this
idea that forms the foundation of this
productivity system but using a map is
pointless if you don't know where you're
trying to go or what path to follow
which is why you need to follow follow
this exact step to figure out the path
that you need to be on you see the crazy
thing about moving toward your goals is
that there's only ever one free tasks
that actually create progress if you're
building a business building your
product and selling that product are the
main things that create 90% of your
results building the likes of a website
something that so many people think they
need to do doesn't do anything to help
you move towards your goals only
improving your product and getting that
product in front of more people will so
when I was making this system I had to
figure out what mattered for me making
progress I decided on my goal and then I
broke it down into daily actions one to
three specific tasks that form the focal
points of my workday and create the
progress I need to move forward and
until you know what these tasks are for
your goals it's impossible to be
productive because you don't know what
tasks actually matter and so any of the
work you do is just busy work it's
wasting your time now a lot of people
know this and a lot of people do this
but yet they're still not productive and
can't do the work where they go wrong is
that they they don't do the one thing
that's essential for ensuring the tasks
that create progress toward your goals
get done you see to get anything done
you need to create Clarity around what
it is that needs done which you just did
in step two but you also need to create
Clarity and specificity around when
those things need done because a massive
problem most people have when it comes
to productivity is that they make too
many decisions decisions add up and
waste a ton of time and energy they also
give you the option to not be productive
by allowing you to make the wrong choice
and avoid the Work N said he who has a
why can bear almost any high and this
Clarity and specificity that you need to
create is a way to both remove decisions
but also create a way to do the work
it's a reason to do it and it's a reason
not to procrastinate or do the wrong
thing like scroll your damn life away
without this you'll be able to create
excuses to not do the work you'll have
an opportunity to choose not to be
productive a foundation of every good
productivity system is that you create
Clarity and specificity about what needs
done and when it needs done which you
can get by doing one simple thing spend
5 minutes every night writing down all
the tasks that you have to do tomorrow
in order of priority starting with the
tasks that you figured out in step two
and then scheduling all those tasks you
wrote down to a specific hour of
tomorrow if you want to be productive
the easiest and most simple thing you
can do is plan your day by scheduling
every task to a certain hour of the day
and then when it's the time you've
scheduled to work there's one thing that
you need to do that will boost your
focus and productivity more than
anything else so so imagine that when
you sat down to work you could press a
button and your cognitive abilities
would go through the roof you could work
harder you could think faster you could
be more creative and solve problems more
effectively all of this would combine to
help you produce the best work that you
could you would press that damn button
every single time you were working right
you would every all of us would well
here's the thing there's no button but
you can enter that hyperproductive state
on command this way when it's time to
work not only are you able to work on
the things but you're able to get them
done more efficiently and more
effectively your focus and productivity
will go through the roof this state is
known as flow it's a state where your
dopamine noron afine and acetool line
increase allowing you to have laser-like
Focus machine-like productivity and
produce work to a quality that will blow
your mind but to enter flow you have to
do three very specific things each time
you sit down to work you have to
challenge yourself flow requires your
task to be on the challenge skill
balance if the task is too easy you'll
be bored but if the task is too hard
you'll get frustrated to enter flow make
sure you're pushing your limits and
working on tasks that create progress
two complete concentration there's a
concept called task switching and switch
cost this is where you switch from task
a to task B but when you switch to task
B some of your cognitive abilities are
still locked in task a causing your
performance in task B to suffer you see
flow requires your all it involves you
in the task becoming one so if you're
trying to do a ton of different t tasks
at once you're never going to enter flow
and you're leaving productivity on the
table when you want to enter flow go all
in on one task three block out the noise
remember with productivity you're using
a map and following the path the idea is
to follow the right path and move along
it as efficiently and as effectively as
possible but imagine every 100 m you
walked you kept going down side paths
you kept looking at trees and checking
what's around the corner man you would
not get very far at all would you the
same thing happens almost everybody when
they're trying to be productive they sit
down to work and next thing you know
they're checking their phone they're
checking social media they're doing this
they're doing that they're doing
everything but the work 30 minutes have
passed and they haven't even
started and then they wonder why they
can't get anything done and when they do
work they wonder why it's crap and it
doesn't get the many results if you want
to be productive never mind enter flow
or produce good work you need to ensure
your focus doesn't get stolen from you
and the best way to do that is to do two
things one Take 5 minutes to remove
every distraction in your workspace
right now so you know if you have a TV
in your office for some reason if you
have random things that could distract
you put them away and hide them take
them out of the room two Take 5 minutes
before every work block and remove
distractions so turn off your phone you
don't need it turn on app and website
blockers on your computer if you want to
be productive in enter flow you need to
manage distractions and the best way to
manage a distraction is to remove it now
if you just worked way on these things
that we've covered so far for a few
weeks you would notice your product
activity and focus Skyrocket but you
would also notice something else you
would notice that you're doing the exact
same things day after day this is like
walking the path and every step looks
the exact same and so you start to slow
down to make sure you're going the right
way but there's something you can do
here to make it like finding a car along
the path of the key still in the bloody
ignition now that thing is rather simple
to do and it actually only has two steps
one note down all the tasks you do on a
daily and weekly basis two take each
task and write down all the steps you
have to do to complete it so for example
if one of my tasks is to make a YouTube
video I have to get an idea I have to
validate the idea I have to make the
thumbnail and the title I have to write
the script I have to fill in the a rule
to fill in the B rule I have to edit it
then I have to upload it okay so what I
would do is write down all these steps
what I could then do is break each of
these steps down into their own steps so
what steps do I need to follow to get an
idea to validate the idea to make the
title to make the thumbnail and so on
and so on this creates what's known as
anop a standard operating procedure a
basic system for your tasks that remove
decisions keeps a standard of work and
helps streamline the process because
instead of me thinking oh okay I have to
make a Youtube video um what do I need
to do first I can just look in my list
of Sops click onto my YouTube so and
follow it now this seems small but it
would blow your mind how much time and
energy decisions waste because decisions
aren't as easily made as everyone thinks
they are whatever process you
consciously go through to make it
decision your subconscious goes through
10 or 100 times more processes to help
you make that decision this adds up and
it creates what's known as decision
fatigue it's why all the most successful
people in the world limit their
decisions it's why they only make
decisions on things that matter and they
create the likes of Sops for everything
else that only needs to be decided once
by creating an sop you're systemizing
your productivity systems are reliable
and not only do they help you be more
productive but they simplify the process
of being productive they can be applied
to every context and you only need to
make them once but even with all of this
you're not going to get anything done
consistently if you don't manage this
last area that everybody forgets about
when it comes to productivity systems
you see productivity and doing work
isn't exactly easy because when you're
working on the right things you're
working on hard tasks hard tasks are
challenging and require both effort and
energy and if you're not managing this
area you're not going to be able to put
in the necessary effort or energy to be
productive and do the work so you need
to start focusing on kneeling free
things every single day for the rest of
your life and yes I did say the rest of
your life now what are those free things
well imagine your energy as like a fuel
tank because you know that's a pretty
accurate depiction the bigger your fuel
tank the more fuel you can hold and the
more energy you could potentially have
the more fuel in the fuel tank and the
higher the quality that fuel is the more
energy you will have the cleaner and
better the pipe that brings the fuel
from the tank to the engine your br
the more efficient you'll use your fuel
and therefore the more energy you'll
have well your sleep is like your fuel
tank the more sleep you get the bigger
your fuel tank the more fuel you can
hold you need to be getting 7 to 9 hours
of sleep every single night without fuel
if that means you have to start going to
bed earlier so be it because sleep is
the foundation of every productivity
system if you are not getting enough
sleep your energy is going to be screwed
and your productivity is going to be
screwed it's going to be impossible to
get anything done at least in the long
term and consistently now people think
I'm weird because I go to bed at 9:00
but I think other people are weird
because what on Earth do you be doing
after 9:00 p.m. just sort of sit there
and scroll your phone it's pointless so
you know just go to bed earlier without
sleep your energy is going to be screwed
and your productivity will be
non-existent your nutrition then is the
fuel in your fuel tank the better your
nutrition the more fuel you have and the
higher the quality of that fuel now I'm
not going to get into diets because I
don't believe diets are on siiz fits all
however I follow a largely carnivore
diet but you know as a general rule of
thumb for good nutrition make sure
you're eating 1 g of protein per pound
of body weight so if you weigh 200 P eat
200 g of protein a day and get 90% of
your calories from clean whole single
ingredient Foods you know an apple is
one ingredient a steak is one ingredient
these are good foods to eat but an Oreo
is like a billion ingredients it's not
good date if your nutrition is crap the
fuel you're putting in your body is crap
and you can't expect to be productive
for long and then exercise is what
cleans the pipes of the engine if you
don't exercise the pipes that bring the
fuel to your brain clog up and get dirty
and slow down the fuel again training
has so many variables that go into it
from mrv to me to training needs to
injuries to how many days you can train
each week so I can't tell you how to
train in this video but as long as
you're lifting weights three to five
times a week training hard and doing
something to sweat every single day
you're going to be good but if you don't
exercise you can't expect to think
straight think clearly perform optimally
or be productive you see people live
crap Lifestyles they eat crap they sleep
crap and they never exercise and then
they Wonder why they can't get anything
done and they feel like so if you
want to be productive you need to manage
your energy by optimizing your sleep
your nutrition and your training now
once you implement this system you're
going to be so much more productive and
you can either choose to work less and
enjoy life or you can choose to work
more and make more progress but if you
do that you risk burning out which if
you don't want to burn out you need to
follow the steps I go over in this video
right here
