虽然可能住不起贵的酒店

看不起很贵的表演

但其实那个快乐跟18岁并不比

去该做哪些事情

使得我们的个人的这种财富的构成

更健康的构成

并不是把所有的钱都放在银行账户

也不是把所有钱都放在股票

而说房子上

或者都是在房子上

对我们可能要有一个呃

就是更优质优质的规划

那这个时候规划的目的呢

就是使得这些所谓的好的资产

可以产生现金

那一旦资产产生了现金

那是不是你的时间就不用再卖

成了现金流呢

那这也是啊

如果说一个误区呢也是很多

嗯很多人可能在年轻的时候

再比如说赚的钱就

进来的钱就像一条小溪

全部都是变成了支出

支出到了各种各样的物质的消费上

那这样呢

由于钱都变成了支出了

也就没有机会变成资产

那不变成资产的区别可能就是10年

15年之后

那这个个人的

能够产生现金流的资产就会少

所以这是我觉得第一层思考

就是我们怎么样可以去

在20多岁的时候

把有限的现金流变成优秀的资产 有效的资产

优质资产呢随着10年15年

之后就可以反向的把现金流留回来

这样呢也就把我们自己的手铐

从这个不断要产拿工资

产生现金流的这个手铐就可以解除了

那么我读的一本书上呢

很有能力的这些人呢

玩这个成绩的游戏

职场的游戏玩的非常好

所以呢离不

开这个游戏

你离不开这个游戏的原因

恰恰是因为这个游戏你玩的太好了

然后呢也想要去自己的孩子

一定要走自己这条路

要上好的学校

要去最好的大学

然后其实咱们俩也是

都是从不错的大学毕业的

那么一定要走这条路对吧

有更好的技能

然后去进走更好的职业发展路线

然后获得高薪

因也是要想孩子走同样的路程

但其实往往这条路线呢

呃一个原因也是因为人们的认知差距

也就是说父母只看到了这条路

所以呢想让孩子看走自己

看得到的这条路

中产的家庭

想尽千方百计给孩子找的是一份职业

而精英阶级想给孩子找的是一份事业

但是呢对于孩子来说这一挑战又大了

因为你的妹妹只跟你小只比你小几岁

可是我们的孩子比我们小20多岁30多岁

我们是很难预测到

你究竟让孩子未来去学什么

也是去思考父母的角色究竟是什么

然后呢我们从书上学到了

父母的角色有点像是一个国家的政府

啊一个有资源的国家

有资源的政府

他需要做的工作就是去守住底线

让这个国家最穷的人

让这个国家非常资源受限的人

他们可以获得不错的最低保障

可以获得一定的医疗

可以获得一定的最低工资

那么同样的父母也是一样

咱们作为父母

最重要的是守住孩子的底线

家庭的环境还不错机会也不错资源

呃这个社交网络都不错

那其实让孩子的底线守住就行

因为一个社会的发展

并不是作为一个家长

作为一个社会的家长

能够去指明方向的

因为我们无法预测未来的方向是什么

作为家长也是一样

我们为无法为孩子去指明

你未来二三十年

究竟是要做

呃加密货币还是要做web3

还是要做啊这个生成式AI

这因为30年后

我们的目前的认知都没有办法去预测

所以呢我们的工作就是守住底线

其实这样做家长也容易很多

让孩子自由的去探索

辞职的可能是直接把机会给他

最好是给他这个能力事业思维方式

让他自己去找

对其实你说的最差的这一点

我觉得就是毁了他的一生

分更多一点家里的财产

因为他分的多一的那一点点财产

跟机器对话的engineer

那这些职位回到几年前不存在了

回到几个月前不存在

几个月都不存在

这些是一个要求非常高的岗位

就是不是说你会有套路

未来越来越多的人会生活的below the API

也就是每天的工作

掏出手机来看啊机器让我去这里接单

机器让我去这里取货

然后就在执行机器分配的任务

也许是未来的一种社会构成吧

我就说机器会取代很多

我搬砖的工作是他不能取代

真正不行的工作
