effective methods
you'll want to commit to
letting go is an incredibly important
factor when putting your desires out
there and expecting to receive a
physical equivalent
in other words when manifesting some
would argue that letting go is the
most important factor and there are
times when i would agree but regardless
of how important it may or may not be
i think we can all admit that it is
necessary and in this video we're going
to be discussing methods that we can use
to aid us in letting go when manifesting
so i recently received some feedback
from you and i was encouraged to share
more
methods with you guys and so in this
video instead of just relying on the
traditional techniques and explaining
the understandings
of this law and of the laws what i will
be doing is
being a little bit more vulnerable with
you guys and i will share with you
methods that i personally use too but
before i do that i just want to make
sure that we're all on the same page
with
what it really means to let go letting
go of the situation or of the intention
is a feeling state that only you can
know when you've entered into i know
that i've let go when i no longer
want
the desire or i feel
an ease within myself
and a simple
yet profound and rooted
confidence in the fact that the thing
that i desire

almost like i've placed an order online
and i know it's mine because i've bought
it
let's go back to the former thought

the word want

is to not
have
and
by the law
you cannot have
what you don't know
you have
and that's the strangest yet the most
literal description of the law and of
how we manifest things within our lives
this is why everything you've learned
every technique every teacher
every success
story you've read or listened to
it's all about trying to convince you
that the thing that you desire now
is already yours
now because life reflects who you
believe you are and life gives to you
what you believe you already have
and you don't want what you already have
so if you're ever going to have it
you simply cannot want it
want
again being the implication
of lack
of not having
so i just wanted to share that little
understanding with you that little
understanding that i have within my own
mind
so there are two main ways that i
practice letting go the first one being
internally and the second one being
externally basically the internal method
is through gaining understanding and
knowledge on how we manifest and how the
universe works and how life works and
what life is and how big it is in
comparison to everything else
myself included
this is why i
read so much and i consume a lot of
content
on
not just manifesting but on other
subjects like metaphysics and and the
mechanics of reality and different
philosophies and different spiritual
beliefs this is why the majority of my
explanation videos are more so focused
on
understanding how we manifest and how
the universe and life
works as opposed to just how to utilize
different techniques in order to
manifest because the more you understand
about life
the more you'll understand
how easy it really is for you to achieve
anything that you put your mind to then
no matter what techniques you choose to
use
it'll still work for you
the external methods i use in order to
help myself let go are kind of
interesting and i have not heard anybody
speak of them yet in this community
so please don't judge
they are sort of weird first method i
use
utilizes my ability to believe in
something
most likely
an object so
what i'll do is i will
take a necklace or a pendant
or a special bracelet and i'll imbue it
with my intention
so i'll hold it in my hand
and i will
imagine
my wish fulfilled
and then i'll imagine that i'm putting
all of my intention
and all of my clarity and all of my
creative power
into
this
object then i'll wear this object
as much as i can and whenever i
look at this object or whenever i feel
it on me
wherever it may be
i will
automatically
feel my intention near to me and more
importantly i will feel the fulfillment
of my intention because for me i learned
that the main reason why i found it
really hard to
let go of my
prayers as neville goddard sometimes
calls them
for me the main reason was that i had
this strong feeling that i should be
doing something i should be taking some
sort of
action and so by doing something as
little as this
it's tricking my brain into believing
that i am actually
doing something therefore
it's safe to let go
of my
wants now it's safe to let go of of all
of the baggage that i had because what
it is that i am desiring is on its way
to me and it's mine and it's already
done and from here from that point on my
understanding of
how we manifest things can carry me
through
and to the materialization
speaking of taking action
sometimes i literally will just take
action
not for the sake of getting ahead but
only so that i can soothe myself into
letting go
taking action is sometimes forgotten in
our communities because
it's
seen as the opposite of allowing god or
the universe or source
or your higher being or whatever you may
prefer to call it
to manifest whatever it is you want into
your life but i wholeheartedly disagree
with this idea i believe that the source
the life force
god if you call it that
moves through all things in life
including us
in order to
manifest
what has been requested when you're
living in accordance with your desire
meaning you're living from the end
when and if you are called to take
action it won't feel difficult for you
because it was lined up
by the source it will just feel like
inspiration and this is what abraham
hicks
calls
inspired action so yeah sometimes i will
just take little actions towards
whatever it is that i desire
it could be from devoting a day or half
a day to self-care
to sending an email to
somebody who could possibly assist me
and what i'm trying to achieve here but
the key
i don't make any moves
until i am calm and emotionally stable
so if i am in a state
of desperation and of wanting this
specific thing if i'm in a state of
obsessing over it and i can just feel
that negative
rolling
energy of not having end of lack then i
sit still and i don't make a move until
i can get myself out of that emotional
state because i'm fully aware that
whatever i do from that state is going
to be counterproductive
self-care is something i've absolutely
fallen in love with you'd be surprised
how much lighter you'd feel
if you would just take a shower
or a bubble bath and then take your time
when you take care of yourself
just focus on
nourishing your skin
when you apply your body butter or your
body lotion and just feel how good that
feels
massage hair oils and hair milks or
whatever you have through the strands of
your hair and just enjoy the attention
and the care
that is being poured onto you in that
particular moment by doing this you are
physically
and emotionally relaxing yourself you
are soothing yourself
into a state of ease after you've calmed
down you can take a step back and look
at the situation and look at your
desires
and think about it ask yourself
why am i so attached to this
how can i let this go
what do i need to know about this
specific
desire you already know that i love
asking questions on this channel because
the answers are already inside of us
nobody knows you
better than you
so why can't you let go when you're
manifesting
another thing that i use
to help me let go
are
tarot oracle

a lot of people have negative responses
to this topic
they believe it's associated
with the occult however many people
also believe negative things about
manifesting they believe it's devil
worshiping too so if there were ever a
group of people who i would expect to
listen to be and hear me out on this
topic it would be you guys i was raised
sda so
at this point in time my entire
existence is unacceptable
but regardless of this reading cards are
incredibly useful for helping you access
information that is already inside of
you as i mentioned in the previous
chapter all of the information is
already inside of you you need only to
access it
why am i holding on to this what's
stopping me from believing this can be
real for me why can't i let go of the
resistance what's causing my doubt
these are all questions that you can
find answers to through using tarot
oracle and letterman cards as prompts
when you understand what's going on
inside of you you can heal the issues
and then you can manifest anything you
desire as easily as you can breathe

all three beings are connected body mind
and soul whatever you do to your body
you will feel the effects of within your
spirit meaning
you'll feel it emotionally
so my belief is and my experiences
whatever reduces stress in my body will
relieve me of my emotional stress too
the reason why
we should actively choose to reduce the
stress in our lives is because when we
are stressed
we tend to overthink things
and to overthink things negatively
in ways that are not favorable to us
this can lead us to cling to things and
in an act of desperation to
never let go of our wants never let go
of our doubts never let go when
manifesting
therefore never allowing god source
universe higher being whatever you
prefer to call it a chance to actually
manifest what it is that you want in
your life
we build blocks
really really high walls
when we are stressed out
and there you have it that is most of
what i do to help myself let go when
manifesting i do believe i'm going to
make more videos on letting go what it
means to let go and on resistance which
is

insight to share on and i would love to
