you do at the moment um what's existing
my husband I have a me and my husband
have a German Kitchen company okay I've
I've always been interested in nutrition
mainly because I used to have um an
eating disorder when I I was younger
I've always been into nutrition I'm
quite sort of like quite tuned into
Nutrition a little bit well I think I am
anyway so um and it's always been in the
back of my mind to sort of like learn
either for myself or um you know maybe
to put it on for the future for my my
future as well yeah brilliant okay so
you you're interested in nutrition and
um you have a personal story as well
which is always very very powerful
because people who people relate to
stories you know you probably know this
a business they say abely yeah like it's
it's the stories itself so if you if
people can relate to you and know that
you've gone through a journey like that
it's very powerful yes
absolutely when you say you you're
really interested in nutrition as well
so obviously you've got a successful
business at the moment um what would be
like an aspiration for you can you hear

the ideal scenario for you then so you
have this successful business already
what would you like to do ideally like
would you like to help people with their
nutrition take on clients and things
like that I think it's both to be honest
me obviously because I do obviously like
to um
have a a healthy future to be honest you
know like I said you know with my
background of a little bit of an eating
disorder I do sort of like worrying I do
want to put like a lot of healthy food
into my body I do worry about things
like diabetes I just worry about
illnesses from Bad nutrition basically
okay so there's like a there's a
motivation of you personally staying
healthy is there also a motivation of
you're wanting to help others as well
yeah absolutely
yeah yeah okay cool cool so that's
really helpful so we can I can probably
summarize that to say you know you've
got your personal story you want to stay
healthy yourself I mean I can relate to
that 100% you know being in nutrition
that's not that's not my initial
background but being aware of all the
science and ofu just part of what I do
the first person that benefits is
definitely myself so I can 100% relate
to that that that feeling as well
absolutely also constantly talking to
I'm constantly talking to people about
food and what's good for them and good
fats and good carbs good this and good
that it's like you should just be a
dietician or you just sping should you
know do a sliming club or a sliming
world or or whatever but you know so I'm
constantly interested in nutrition okay
cool cool cool so we will talk about
that I'm gonna get I've got a
presentation I'm going to show you
before we get into that um just trying
to understand a bit about you your
motivations and your background so uh
there's the personal side there's also
um helping others tell me a little bit
about your business because you've got a
successful business already yeah we have
a German well me and my husband we have
a German Kitchen company um we've been
running together the last 25 years I'm
an instore demonstrator I work at Big
Shows in London promote our company and
I make appointments for um me and my
husband and and a couple of our
designers to go and sell 304,000 pound
German kitchen so yes I'm you know I'm
always constantly with people um I'm
very much of a people's person I like to
motivate I like to I like make people to
feel good I just I'm just that kind of
person you know yeah okay I love to help
put it that way well that's fantastic
because you've got a because sometimes
people underplay this don't realize how
important it is but selling skills are
so you know it's there two sides it's
one is selling actually your programs
but it's also when they're in the
program selling and making sure they
comply and get good
results absolutely
100% do you do you feel that that's
something that you if you had a client
you'd be able to get them to the end
point and help them to make those
changes yeah obviously I would need a
lot more background information
obviously you know about you know facts
basically about nutrition um you never I
had all the answers well not saying I'm
you know be God and have had all the
answers but if you know if I had answers
for them then yes and obviously if it
worked you know I'd constantly be on
their back pushing them in a nice way
brilliant have you done any marketing
like how do you Market your business
then have you any done done any social
media marketing anything like that
before no not really to be honest we do
like we do all the big shows in London
uh we are on Facebook um but we but like
said most of our leads we go to big
shows we do like nine days in Excel
which is home build show a grand design
show in London at the EXL and then we do
a three-day show um at Olympia in London
so yeah Olympia and Excel big so say
again they're the big they're the big
centers aren't they yeah they are especi
they're very very they sort of like is
over for least about two or three years
we get you know we speak to people that
looking for kitchen sort of like now or
in 10 years time but in my head if
they're interested I would never ever
let them go you know because whe whether
it's now or 10 years time they're still
looking for a kitchen and we sell
kitchen so I'd never let go even forgot
their name and tele phone number you
know because two or three years comes up
very very quickly so um and if I'm in
constant contact with them um they know
that I'm you know that I'm Legit they
know that um you know I'll always
promise to call them when I need to call
them um yeah so that how we how we
Market the company yeah because that was
one of the things that St stuck out to
me when we spoke on the phone the fact
that you said that you've got that
background if you you're used to dealing
with leads over that that period of time
it shows that kind of tenacity to want
to stick with people oh absolutely yeah
way that I see is you know we have
thousands of people walking past me
looking for kitchens I'm never going to
get that opportunity again so I'll be
like a professional animal out there you
know and do my best to promote my
company the most professional way but
that way you know I've got a name and a
t all I need really is a name and a
telephone number and give them a call
after the show introduce myself prop but
I do speak some you know like quite a
long length at show so they're very
interested when I do call back because
I'm quite on I'm very honest very
genuine I tell them exactly what they're
going to get out of it I don't lie and
this that and the other I'm just very
thorough and very honest okay when I
speak to
people well I mean thanks for that CLA
that's been really useful I've got a
presentation I'm going to go through to
explain a few things but just to paint
the kind of the journey the the uh the
end point that we want to get our
students to is number one we
compress like a fouryear degrees worth
of nutrition science and teaching uh we
have a team of like nutritionists and
dietitians and um we compress that into
like a three-month program um the reason
why they're really bloated long programs
long degrees is that're they're
multi-disciplinary so you're studying a
whole bunch of things which you'll never
use you'll study like how to work with
cancer patients how to Fe somebody when
they're unconscious in a tube through a
tube all these different things and then
what always happens is that people just
focus on one area and they forget
everything else so you spent like four
years studying and you've forgotten most
of what you studied so a very
inefficient outdated way of doing things
so for us we want you to learn the
science that helps you help like the
average individual client the sick
people go to the NHS they get treated
free anyway we want to help a person who
can't go to the NHS because they're not
eligible they're just struggling with
their nutrition yeah so let me share
this presentation with you um and then
um kind of hopefully it'll make sense uh
can you see that
okay yeah okay brilliant so can yeah
fantastic right so diet specialist
That's the name of the company um so
we're going to go through this case
study uh this is Fez that we're telling
you about the Fez is now making 40,000 a
month sing weight loss programs um and
that's fairly consistent he's past a
million pounds now um but we're going to
go through exactly what he doesn't and
how he goes about doing that yeah okay
as diet specialist we've trained over
30,000 people we wanted to hone in on
one case study because sometimes people
find that bit more relatable um but
we've trained over 30,000 people we've
been doing this for over 15 years and
these are like some of our testimonials
I just took like a few screenshots of
different people people like personal
trainers bodybuilders all sorts of
people you know these are all the ones
who gave his video testimonials about
the course saying it's fantastic a whole
bunch of like written testimonials here
as well so just like a few screenshots
just to kind of show we've also helped
people as well like actually um with
things like weight loss as well so for
example this is like a group of six
clients they lost 54 kilograms in six
weeks um and this so we have that sort
of expertise as well so it's not that we
just teach nutrition science we also
have clients to do that as well but
we're going to focus on this this is the
case study okay um and just to sort of
like really encourage you um people
don't realize how big a problem we
actually have so this is something this
is a little presentation um it's in our
course but we so powerful that we
actually show it to people at this stage
as well um which is from the Center for
Disease Control and prevention so so the
classifi Obesity is anybody with the BMI
over 30 so BMI is like weight divided by
height squared yeah um and if you look
back in 1985 this was kind of like the
uh the US map so you can see most of the
countes like under 14% of the state is
is obese okay now you'll notice here at
the top left this is the year so each
year there's more and more places now
having obesity so you can see a lot more
dark blue and then what happens is that
um once you get to
1991 a new category is form so 15 to
19% yeah of the country you can see here
a couple of states that add that color
and as you go through the years it gets
more and more and more dark blue yeah
1997 they have to create a new category
which is over 20% of the state is obese
yeah and you can see here 1999 now most
of the country is now this color 2001
they have to create a new category which
is orange which is over
25% and again the you know it's just
getting worse and worse and worse it's
worrying yeah that's I saying that's
what I was saying to you before you know
it can become very worrying can't being
about all the diseases that you know
your diabetes you're just
everything this is why we're so
passionate because we need people like
like yourself Claud is Follow Your
Passion because this the demand is
unbelievable yeah I mean Coca-Cola and
Pepsi between the two of them spend $5
billion dollar a year just on marketing
that's why this is so bad so then they
create a new category which is over 30%
and now you know everything now is like
um over 20 20% and most of the countries
now dark red and then now it's like this
yeah most of the countries and it's
getting worse and worse and worse and
the UK is is just as bad they have
similar it's just as bad yeah so to help
people we simplify it you just need two
vehicles yeah two vehicles the first
vehicle is you don't need a degree but
you need to know and you mentioned this
earlier in the call if you remember you
just need to know what to say to people
you need to know the studies yeah it's
one thing saying to somebody oh you
should eat more fruits and veggies and
stuff but if you can site the study oh
there was this study where they did this
it's all to do it's all to do the
benefit of the customer the reasons why
exactly exactly so we just focus on on
our students learning 50 nutrition
studies so these nutrition studies are
going to be the the the the evidence
behind what you're telling them to do so
for example if you're saying to people
you should have apple cider vinegar they
might have heard it on social media but
there's an actual R what they're called
randomized control trial it was done in
Japan two groups and and the only
difference was one was having vinegar
and it amped something called ampk so
basically put them into fat burning mode
just by having vinegar if you can site
that to your clients they'll it you see
what I mean I think it's like proven and
tested and you give them some facts I
think that's when they that's what yeah
we want to arm you with 50 studies yeah
now we give you more than 50 studies but
these 50 studies are the ones that are
in your program you actually go through
900 but you go through 900 just at this
level I don't know if you can see this
it might be a bit small on your screen
but this is basically just like the
summary of the study I've just put a few
screenshots of different studies here
it's just a summary of the study it's
what they call the abstract yeah so you
don't need to go the ins and outs of the
study you just need to know oh there was
this study you know they had
yeah yeah so that that's the core of it
and you can do that in two to three
months so you've compressed literally
like three four years of study into two
three months yeah that's the first thing
the second I'm not very I'm not very um
academic put it that way that's that's
thing so it's completely nonacademic
it's you know the way I described that
vinegar study that's that's the level
it's at yeah because your clients
they're not going to be interested in no
absolutely majority of them are not okay
yeah they just need to know this is why
Claud is telling me to eat this food
done yeah if you want academic that' be
different but we're not interested in
that no okay yeah the second thing is we
need the business vehicle because there
one thing having that passion and family
and friends is cool but we need also
like a bit more yeah so it's a very
simple marketing strategy that we use
forier we just do a Facebook ad or
Instagram ad exactly like hold a second
hold on a second I've got one of my um
designer guys

boys just um bringing my van back that
was all no no problem no problem so so
the business setup is basically the same
way that you found us actually so we
just do an ad on meta which is Facebook
and Instagram and it's just you you know
giving like a bit of a um a short
explanation of what it is that you do
who it is you're trying to help yeah
they'll book a zoom call with you so you
get on the call uh you get get on the
phone you just you B book a zoom call
like this and then you just get on there
and then you make the sale it's very
simple very straightforward process and
it works yeah okay and that's it that's
all we need yeah we can get this
business up and running actually in one
month now what we do is we help you with
that by U not only just teaching you the
nutrition side but we actually do all of
this for you as well yeah okay so I have
a team they're like my kind of dream
team so I've got Matt who does the ads
um he's been doing this for 15 years he
spent over 5 million on Facebook ads um
he actually gets invited to Facebook
headquarters so he makes sure all the ad
form set up everything's done and he'll
do all of that for you he'll do the
targeting he'll do all of that kind of
stuff um then I've got Josh Josh is like
a um a what we call the funnels expert
so he's really good at everything after
the ad so he will for example like if
you'll do a presentation like this but
like in your area of nutrition so it
could be like um like Fez does weight
loss for women over 40 for example so so
depending on what you choose to do he'll
make he'll make sure that's all kind of
like really good um he's helped like
thousands of clients some of them are
like earning Β£100,000 pound a month many
of them have passed over like a million
so he's really really good at that uh
and then I've got what I want to do and
he'll sort it out me on like the
promotion side yeah yeah so we'll we'll
give you like templates and stuff like
that it's up to you exactly like you'll
have some choices we want to try and get
you success as quickly as possible so we
know certain things work really well so
sometimes people say I'm really
interested in like this like maybe like
this quite Niche area of nutrition so
you say look let's get weight loss
successful first because that's the
easiest thing to do then you can Branch
Branch out on other areas of nutrition
because we want to get you we want your
success as quickly as possible to prove
that Claudia you can do this yeah yeah
the only thing is I'm not very good when
it comes to it though I really am not
really good on computers really you know
you can use zoom all you need is zoom
okay okay amazing okay that's all you
need Zoom because even your even your
program it's just going to be like a
weekly Zoom call with a WhatsApp group
that's it okay yeah very simple very
simple yeah Chris can help you with
video editing like we can put sub titles
and things like that on your video um
and then um and that's it that's it so
me of course this is myself so I can do
basically everything so at the moment
I'm taking these calls um but uh I have
like a sales team that will take do
these I'm this is this is what I'm doing
for like training purposes and things
like that but I can do everything I can
do ads websites I I've gone through like
thousands of nutrition studies myself so
I I kind of do everything in the
business so I'm sort of part of the
program as well is it your business it
is my business
yeah got a team but I'm one of the
founders say again I'm one of the
founders yeah okay oh okay yeah and
you've got 12 months to finish the full
course so we I amist I'm just I am
listening I'm just reading my
puppy mean that that's kind of come to
the end of my presentation to be honest
so you've got 12 months to finish the
full nutrition course so you cover all
900 studies but we can launch your ads
even in month one if you want yeah so
what we'll do is we'll work out your
your specific timetable that you you're
happy with if you're keen and you want
to go like really quick we can get the
ads because the ads don't need you to
have everything else done as long as you
have enough studies to so what we do is
we hone in in like the top 50 studies
for you to be aware of you can do that
in in just a couple of weeks so by the
time your ad is up and running you could
have actually finished those those
studies so you have enough to be able to
give to your clients you see because the
way you're going to give your your
program to people it's it's basically
you have things that they need to do
like guidelines they need to follow and
your job is just to hold them
accountable and they're going to come in
and say oh Claudia I was really good and
I had a fight with my husband and I
broke the diet yeah these all sorts of
things so it's just like
Co yeah okay yeah that's it and we want
because we want more people like Fez so
that's why we did this new campaign to
Showcase what he did to say to people
look you know 40,000 pound a month is
very very good A lot of people are happy
with just a few thousand pound what's
his background he's a PT he used to
charge 30 pounds a month in the gym okay
he went from 30,000 sorry 30 pound an
hour to 40,000 pound a month and he's
past the million so that's it wow yeah
so anywhere between 2 to 40K is that
that kind of a goal like so 40K is like
half a million a year just to give
perspective and you're not having to
travel to exhibitions CU we did NEC I'm
in the West Midlands yeah standing there
and just talking to people your back's
aching it's just it's not you know we
stopped doing exhibitions when we
started doing online yeah yeah
yeah so that's it so this is the Dream
Team uh that we have um and then in
terms of the program the full program

more one thing just to you're aware of
so um we're only taking 10 people on at
the moment just because it's quite a lot
of work for us as well so um we've got
I've got a bunch of calls I need to go
through today and I I remember very
clearly you said to me in the call you
know you don't want to I know because
you come from that background I can
appreciate why you're saying it let's
just talk through those some of the
things that you're thinking through at
the moment even if you don't make any
Financial commitment now at least whilst
I'm here I've got the time available B
blocked out of course let's go through
like what is it that maybe is concerning
you or is you need to process and think
through what areas are you worried that
you might do you have like any concerns
of things you might or might might not
be able money for a start I haven't got
that I haven't got that kind of money um
secondly I've got a big show coming up
um in about three or four days time um
the end sorry end of next week when's
the 27th 28th 29th We've Got Big Show um
in London next weekend it's just just
don't want to sort of like think about
it straight away right now you know I
just I just want to process it a little
bit that was all okay I'll give you some
time to do that don't worry about that
CL the issue in terms of the money side
of things um sometimes I think that I I
take sort of ownership of whether or not
I did a good job explaining it so
because it's it's an investment and we
should get a return on that investment a
a lot of the the cost is just to cover
the the fees of my team and um of course
I understand I have my own business so I
I understand it all you know my husband
is the most is a kitchen Guru he lives
in bre Des on beautiful beautiful
kitchens he sells you know 40 50,000
pound kitchen so I understand about you
trying to explain it all to me it's just
it's just you know it is it is an
interest to me I just don't want to it's
just come up so sort like quickly I just
don't want to make that decision
straight away like my husband says as
well if you haven't you either want or
you don't want you know it's that sort
of Fe that you'll probably want to get
out of me is it something you really
really want to do and this Bes I don't I
don't know you know I'm not sure okay so
in terms of like the the having the
funds we do have some payment plans in
place which we could work something out
so what we always do with people is that
um if you have a particular amount that
you can afford on a monthly basis we can
just work around that yeah so that
option is available in terms of from a
money perspective from a passion
perspective I think that you I think
that's definitely there like the way you
described earlier on in terms of your
own journey and wanting to help people
and one of the things with nutrition
like genuinely you help people so um
it's just like when you make a kitchen
for somebody and like you've changed
their life and they love the kitchen and
they're thanking you absolutely of
course it's a different way but with
something like this the beauty of it is
you're helping somebody like live longer
now and get rid of all the like when
it's weight loss for example and they
can fit back in their clothes they've
got energy you know so I can definitely
see that you have that that passion I
mean have I read that correctly CL is
that is that something you would agree
with abely yeah of course 100% yeah so
the passions there is there something
that you think in terms of what we
described as how we get you there that
you're still on Shor like do you think
that obviously like you know don't
really know much about your company at
all um you know I'd like to do a little
bit of background on your company just a
little bit um and I don't want to sort
like just say yes straight away um don't
worry about that I'm not gonna get ask
you to say yes now don't worry about
that so you go away what I'll do I'll
send you a link where you can kind of
see yeah EXA if you send me a link and I
can obviously read through it um and and
process it you know properly um and
that's it really that's that's really my
ANW just need to process it properly
okay okay so here's what we'll do um and
obviously you know how I make my money
and know I know me probably guessing
clients makes my money doesn't it people
signing up makes my money well this is
the thing I mean Fez sells each program
Β£22,500
yeah so so that's like two sales two
sales obviously there'll be some ad
costs as well that you need to pay to
Facebook and Instagram um but um there's
a way of doing it now that's actually
quite cheap um so we'll just make sure
that the the video that you have I mean
we we obviously can't guarantee anything
but what I'm saying is that even within
the course even just your family and
friends can generate to you clients
because it's that type of industry and
how much do my clients pay 2,500 is what
we recommend you charge
okay yeah and how long does that what do
they get out of that so you'll typically
do a three-month program these are
really good questions by the way a
three-month program and um you'll give
them like um access to a WhatsApp group
for 12 months but the three months
they're on a weekly Co coaching call
with you um and you just get better and
better at this and then once you start
getting
testimonials that's where it would get
really really good because once people
see got people
results okay and what the 12 what were
all the things are I know you've
explained about all the just say it was
like 50 courses I'll be learning 50 so
you'll go through 900 nutrition studies
but don't worry you've got like a year
to get through all of them um as long as
you have 50 you'll be able to to do a
program so what we'll do is we'll
highlight the top 50 that you want to
make sure you've you've covered before
you start your program yeah yeah how and
what are the roughly you don't need to
tell me but what are rough the top sort
of top 20 at least okay so um some of
the I'll give you like the vinegar one
was an example we categorized them in
terms of seven main areas which is
anything to do with calories so for
example one of the top calorie studies
there was a study done um where they had
two groups of people one group was had a
a diet that they were both but the same
for calories yeah m one group lost
weight one group gained weight the
difference between them was one group
had what's called ultr processed foods
so like CH your sweets that kind of
stuff so just the fact they had um Ultra
processed foods meant that um they they
gained weight yeah yeah because people
find it's difficult to count calories
and stuff like so you make it easy for
them to say look as long as you're
eating real Whole Foods you'll lose
weight yeah yeah I believe in that well
yeah yeah then we go then we talk about
something called
inflammation foods that
anti-inflammatory that's what that's
going to get rid of all the diseases
then we talk gut health so they get them
to eat more prebiotics for example and
feed their good bacteria then we get
them to manage their insulin levels yeah
so we don't want to have these huge
insulin spikes with when we eat lots of
sugar when we have lots of fat etc etc
and then the final one is their appetite
because people do we calculate all their
calories and all their macros for them
as well we don't need to go to that
level no and this is the beauty because
actually as part of the course you get
all the Powerpoints live so all the
studies you just you get all PowerPoint
slides so you can just do a you just can
put a few of the PowerPoint slides in
one presentation and just explain to
people why they need to do these things
um if you go down the route of
calculating their macros and stuff like
that then it's made it a bit more
complicated for them and then it's
harder for them to comply so I'll give
example like a simple thing much more
easy than um than calculating carries is
doing something called a preload so
before they have their meal they just
drink some water they drink a glass of
water or they eat an apple so the
studies done that if you do that you
actually burn more calories because your
body has something called thermogenic
there you go thermogenic you know you
know this stuff good stuff already have
so all we it sounds like maybe we're
just helping you kind of get the backing
Behind these things yeah the facts
basically exactly yeah it took us four
years to write this course by the way I
mean we're doing this 15 years but the
past four years because we went through
literally thousands basically gaed
everything that you've known and just
put it into one Bible basically put it
into one thing easy for you to digest
and get through really quickly speed is
thing life's not that long like if you
can get if you could do 40,000 a month
like you know that's you're missing out
on half a million pounds worth a year
amazing so listen what if I just wanted
to um have it for myself what sort of
like you know just say look you know let
me let me have it for myself and I buy
it or whatever and I just do what I want
to do with it and then if I am
interested in selling it for you so is
that how how do you make your you can do
that as well yeah so we take ,000 P off
if you don't want us to set up the
actual uh sales what sales funnel the
adds all that kind of stuff so you can
just do the course itself so instead of
Β£4,000 be Β£3,000 that's an option as
well and even within the course itself
there's we train you on how to get
clients from family and friends using
yeah yeah I think for me it'll be nice
of me to gain all the information
obiously for myself and a benefit for
myself and then and then spread it all
out you know to other people and
obviously I think in the meantime I
probably will be excited more about what
you're saying because I've feel more
passionate about it if you understand
what I name that's fine the only thing
for us is we do need to know uh because
of the the the um sort of the time
commitment from us we would need to know
if you wanted to go like which option
you wanted to go forward with yeah of
course yeah here's what I'm gonna
suggest um because my diary is like choc
a
block let's book up a follow-up call
okay just do on the phone make it easier
for you um and uh if you can let me know
what you want to do U do you is as part
of that I'm assuming you want to talk to
your
husband yeah I mean he not that he'll
ever be able to let me say say yes or no
I make my own decisions but obviously it
is money as well and I'm not actually
even though I work for my husband I'm
not actually sort of like earning that
much money money myself um you know I
mean it's you know it's both of our
companies but I can't just sort of like
go out and go I want to learn the
nutrition course and I want to spend you
know 3,000 pound not that he would say
no but obviously it's something I'd like
to speak to about as well but yeah well
the reason why I just mentioned that is
when you do talk to him about it present
it as like an investment as well of
course yeah we're not selling like a
kitchen is my house will be quite happy
because my husband PS my husband plays
Bingington for England so he and he
always gets his nutrition advice from me
even though I'm not he just knows that I
love nutrition and he knows I could sell
every every diet bling going I know
every single diet going whole Wild World
um so he knows it'd be interesting and I
think he'd probably like me to pass it
on to him as well so that's the thing
because it's an investment
in the sense that you can get your money
back but that's even more important you
know Steve Jobs was the richest guy in
the world world but when he got cancer
and
died your health youve got nothing so I
would really emphasize that point
because um how else are we going to
learn these things I mean if you want to
go AR other people I can get all this
information from the Internet it's easy
to get this information from the
internet blah blah blah you not ever
come up with that sort of not I making
any excuses because obvious there's
always an answer to an you know to an
objection but um don't you get a lot of
people saying that to you no well this
is the way that I would respond to that
you're either paying with money or
you're paying with time you could go out
and spend the time what we did it took
us four years and we're we've got a team
of dietitians and nutritionists you see
um yeah I'm not talking about like you
know small Snippets of information here
and there on YouTube no like if you do
it properly like if you're learning all
these things like we said about
inflammation like if you wanted to know
all the foods that are anti-inflammatory
basically the disease preventing um uh
Foods you won't find that on YouTube you
have to go to PubMed you have to find
the anti-inflammatory food index you
have to understand how to interpret the
data so you could do it it would
probably take if it took us four years
it probably take you five six years so
in that five six years you would just
get Snippets of it yeah yeah we
information is a big thing isn't it I
mean it's a killer isn't it information
it's not even just on YouTube Pub Med
has all the studies on there you need to
know where to look because there's
100,000 nutrition studies published
every year some of them are too
technical they're not relevant for the
average person they're dealing with
cancer they're dealing with you know uh
food allergies and all that kind of
complicated stuff yeah so you need to
sift through it and that's why we exist
because we have a team who've done the
sifting through and that's so you're
paying the money to save the time yeah
you could probably build a kitchen
yourself my dad actually fitted the K
he's a doctor he fitted our kitchen when
we were younger I don't know how he did
it he just like selftaught it himself as
a doctor I wouldn't do that when we had
our kitchen done I pay a guy he fed it
in one day I'm not going to do that no
exactly yeah I totally understand you
know someone just basically they're
using me for their um they're using me
for the knowledge but also their time as
well aren't they yeah cool what I'll do
because I've got some of the calls uh
coming up so why I'll leave it with you
let's just set time for me to call you

mentioned earlier about have an
exhibition stuff like that one thing I
can do to help you is is we can get it
