and so on they don't really care about

that for most positions out there

they're way more interested in how are

you solving problems how are you

thinking inside your brain and how are

you putting your knowledge out there

making that as simple as possible and

writing code as if it was Art so all of

that we covered that like how to

natural process in the whole job search

phase as well so it's just a natural

process it's just a natural phase we

have to go through it and it's really

important because sometimes like these

salary negotiations are just a single

call or two calls where we're talking

about like an hour or two in total so

few exra thousand dollar by just knowing

some salary negotiation tips but also

just how to justify your worth because

at the end of the day you should know

what you're worth you should know the

market and so on because the more

knowledge you have the better decisions

you can take and don't just settle for

less like know your worth don't just

lowball yourself and just take a job

just to get a job out there know what

you're worth know how to do s

squeeze a lot of money a lot of bonuses

step of it as well and it can be

don't really spend time that they just

hard they spend 10 20 hours on

assignments because they just want a job

specify you should only use 5 hours or

like spend 5 hours and just from that

you already show the recruiters the

technical interviewers and so on that

you don't really understand basic

requirements if they tell you to spend 5

hours on it and you spend 10 you're not

really meeting the requirements it's

very basic requirements so it's really

important that you know all of these

pitfalls and what they're looking for in
