nearly 10 years so there's a real issue

now about that plus a recognition that

we live in a very dangerous world and I

think the warnings from the Swedish uh

prime minister who was also the Estonian

prime minister that actually within

three to five years Russia could be in a

place where they could do as real harm

uh is absolutely there you know we need

to get to a place now where where in a

way it hasn't existed for a generation

defense defense spending and how we

organize our Armed Forces has actually

got to become a national issue well

that's a chicken or egg argument isn't

it the world's dangerous we make it that

way right so we could either be peace
