to your taste and you are ready to drink
it drink it every single day very easy
to make just three four ingredients chop
chop chop put it in a blender blend it
stay in it that's all you are ready to
go nothing hard just you have to do it
you can drink it any time of your day
whenever you are comfortable but drink
it for a month better will be to drink
it before your dinner don't drink it in
your dinner but before dinner anytime

then just peel off the skin and cut it
in small small pieces and take two
inches of Ginger peel off the skin crush
it take about five to six mint leaves
and put all this content together except
chia seeds and add 200 means one glass
of water and blend them all together and
after blending it depends upon you if
you want to stain it stain it and get
the extract if and if you want to drink
it with that roughage it's better
actually and now you are ready to add
the chia seeds that we soaked in the
starting just add them mix them and you
are ready to cook so try for it but if
it's not tasty then just don't drink it
but we are not done yet after getting

you can add honey according to your
taste or you can add salt and pepper I
am not so much into taste I am more into
health so I drink by adding little bit
of salt and pepper according to my taste
