mi nombre es janet el día de hoy vamos a
hacer unos tacos de carne molida que
vamos a guisar a la mexicana muy
sencillo y muy sabroso

empezamos con los ingredientes
vamos a usar medio kilo de carne de res
molida
qué vamos a guisar con media cebolla
picada finalmente 2 jitomates 2 dientes
de ajo y chile serrano

y para darle el sabor más sabroso dos
chiles poblanos asados y limpios un poco
de orégano mexicano y sal

y por supuesto tortillas de maíz
y una vez que ya pique los chiles ajos
jitomates y chiles poblanos vamos a la
estufa
en aceite caliente comenzamos por freír
la cebolla y después de 45 minutos a
lumbre media cuando la cebolla ya sea
citron o les hacemos entre nuestros
dedos el orégano y lo incorporamos
también el ajo picado y recuerden que no
podemos dejar más de un minuto el ajo
porque si no se hace amargo y finalmente
el jitomate picado
el chile revolvemos
y sazonamos con sal
he estado cocinando el jitomate a lumbre
media baja ya por 10 minutos es tiempo
de añadir la carne y la vamos a mover
constantemente para que se deshaga bien
y vamos a seguir cocinando la carne a
lumbre media-alta hasta que todo este
líquido se consuma
y cuando el líquido ya casi se consumió
por completo agregamos las rajas de
chile poblano rectificamos el sazón con
sal y dejamos que el poblano suelte todo
su sabor y aroma y que la carne termine
de secarse bien

consumió apagamos el guisado y lo
dejamos enfriar para hacer los taquitos
la tortilla tiene que estar ligeramente
caliente para que esté maleable la
rellenamos en medio la cerramos la
pasamos por el aceite caliente y la
volteamos
y presionamos ligeramente

y cuando ya se adoraron de un lado las
volteamos a que se doren del otro
y cuando ya se adoraron del otro lado
las retiramos
las acomodamos paraditas en una coladera
con papel absorbente y así seguimos con
las demás

taquera combinada bien sabrosa jitomate
lechuga crema
y no podía faltar su queso
