Transcripts
hey guys in this video we're going to be
going over how to scrape unlimited leads
for your SAS business and also how to
organize those leads to make it easy for
you when you do Outreach I'm going to be
showing you a free method and also some
paid methods that you can use and
honestly for whichever method that you
choose it's going to be incredibly easy
and cheap for any Niche so for solar
landscaping Roofing whatever you decide
to Target these methods are going to
work but before we get into this video
if you haven't already don't forget to
like the video and subscribe and now
let's get into it alright so lucky for
us since we're gonna be targeting mostly
local businesses scraping these leads is
going to be very easy because a lot of
local business info is easily accessible
so the first method that I want to show
you is simply just by going to Google
and searching the industry that you want
to Target then just come down here until
you see the Google my business listings
click on more businesses and then right
away you'll see a bunch of leads that
you can scrape and you can either come
in here and scrape all these leads
manually or better yet there is a tool
out there called insta data scraper
which is a completely free tool that
will go ahead and gather all this
business info in one place so I'm gonna
go ahead and show you what that looks
like now I'll also have this Chrome
extension down below if you're
interested in this method and again it's
completely free so if I come over here
and click on the Chrome extension as you
can see here is scraped all the leads
for me so I have the business name right
here and I have all their phone numbers
right here and all I would have to do if
I wanted this list is download the CSV
file and I would be good to go so this
method is great if you guys are looking
to do cold calls because using insta
data scraper Chrome extension is only
going to give you basic information like
their business name and their phone
number so you're not going to be able to
do much more with the information that
it gives you a cold call now if you're
not looking for just basic information
and you want more details about the
business I'm now going to show you other
methods that you can use so this next
method is probably going to be my
favorite method to use and it's going to
be by using Phantom Buster and Phantom
Buster has a bunch of workflows that you
can use for a bunch of different things
but the flow that you want to use is
going to be called Google Maps search to
contact data so go ahead and just click
on use this flow so now you're just
going to want to go to Google Maps and
then search for your niche in the
location so I could do something like
this roofing companies in Las Vegas and
then click search and now you're just
going to want to copy this URL come back
into Phantom Buster and paste that in
here then click save next you're just
going to want to choose the number of
leads that you want to scrape so for
this example I'm just going to do like
10 and then click on Save and now you
could choose which type of data that you
want to scrape so you could do their
email address Facebook page Instagram
profiles Twitter LinkedIn even their
YouTube channels and phone numbers so
I'm just going to do email address phone
numbers Facebook pages and Linkedin
pages and then the country phone is
going to be the United States so after
you're done choosing what type of data
you want to scrape come down here and
click on Save click on Save again and
now you can come over here and switch
this flow on and now Phantom Buster is
scraping all those leads from Google
Maps so when that's done loading you'll
see all the info right here and now you
can go ahead and download the CSV and
how to organize all these leads better
you're just going to want to create a
Google sheet and then you can import all
this data into this Google sheet by
going to file
open and go to upload and then you're
just going to click on the CSV file you
downloaded and let that load and there
you go you'll see all the leads that you
imported from Phantom Buster and now you
can use this information to reach out to
these businesses to sell your software
all right so if you guys don't want to
use Phantom Buster for any reason
there's another software that I like
that's called ninja leads and I found
that this platform is really good as
well gives you a lot of accurate
information the only downside with this
platform is that it only works in the
United States so if you want to take
extract leads with this software you
just come over here start your free
trial and then you can just come over
here choose local USA businesses and
choose your industry so I can do lawn
care company and then choose location
I'll just do Las Vegas and then click
launch and now this should give you
another list of leads and it's going to
take about 20 minutes for everything to
load so using this software is going to
run you 97 a month so if you do want a
cheaper option or if you want to Target
businesses outside of the United States
I want to show you another software
called D7 lead finder and this will be
cheaper but it is my least favorite
option out of all these paid methods
because D7 lead finder won't give you
the business owner's email it'll only
give you the business email so the
business name at soandso.com it won't
give you the actual business owner's
email and ninja leads will also D7 lead
finder isn't very specific if you search
for one specific Niche you might get a
couple other leads from a totally
different Niche so whichever method that
you choose again you're just going to
want to download the CSV and then import
all of your leads in one place on a
spreadsheet just so you have everything
organized all right so now that you guys
have a huge list of leads that you can
reach out to I'm now going to show you
how to organize your Outreach inside of
go high level so the first thing you're
going to want to do is just come over
here to Opportunities and go to
pipelines and you're just going to want
to create a separate pipeline for all of
your Outreach so we can go ahead and
name this pipeline called Outreach and
now for the first stage of this pipeline
we could call it cold call
then for the next one we could do
responded and then for the next one we
could do not interested
and then we could do
follow up and then finally we could do
ointment booked so this is going to be
our pipeline for all the new leads that
we reach out to so it's going to go cold
call responded not interested follow-up
and then appointment booked so I'm just
going to click on Save go back to
Opportunities and you should see that
new pipeline right here so now to help
organize your Outreach a little better
we're going to create a couple
automations so I'm just going to come
over here to Automation and create
workflow start from scratch and I'm just
going to name this workflow called
Outreach and now for the trigger we're
just going to do all status and then
we're going to add a filter call
Direction
and then we're just going to choose
outgoing and click save so next we're
just going to add an action and this is
going to be a new opportunity we're
going to select the cold Outreach
Pipeline and then we're just going to
choose the first stage which was cold
call and then we're just going to save
that and then we can go ahead and save
this workflow and now we're just going
to create another one create workflow
start from scratch and for this workflow
we could just name it old Outreach
responded now for the trigger we're just
going to do customer replied and we're
going to add a filter select filter and
then we're going to do reply Channel
and then this is just going to be call
and then click save trigger alright so
now we're just going to want to add our
first action and for this action we're
just going to want to notify ourselves
that the lead responded so we're just
going to do a internal notification and
then we're just going to title this
you've got a new lead so for the message
I could just do something like this
follow up with the lead before it goes
cold and then save action so now we're
just going to want to do an opportunity
change I'm just going to click here and
then I'm just going to select the
Outreach Pipeline and then for the stage
we're going to do responded and then we
can go ahead and save that and then
click on save so now we're going to go
ahead and create another workflow so
start from scratch and I'm just going to
name this workflow hold Outreach not
interested so for this first trigger I'm
just going to do a pipeline stage change
add filter and then I'm going to do in
pipeline select the pipeline and add
another filter pipeline stage and I'm
going to choose not interested and then
click on Save trigger now for the action
we're going to do move opportunity
cold Outreach and then click save action
and we're just going to save this all
right so now let's go ahead and test
these workflows I'm just going to exit
out of here make sure that all these
workflows are published and go to
Opportunities so now let's say you want
to call one of those leads off of your
spreadsheet you just come over here to
this phone icon dial up that lead and
then once you call this lead
you'll see right away that that lead
automatically populated right here under
a cold call so now you guys could just
go ham on your lead list and dial up all
of those leads and they will all
populate under here now for all the
numbers that you dialed that didn't pick
up if they end up calling you back later
since we set up that workflow the lead
that called you back will automatically
be dragged over here to where it says
responded so one by one as those leads
call you back it'll all populate right
here and then from here you can decide
where this lead goes so if you need to
follow up with them you could drag them
right here if you booked an appointment
with this lead it can go right here now
if you call the lead and they tell you
that they're not interested you can drag
them right over here to where it says
not interested when you refresh this
page that lead that you drag to not
interested is going to disappear thanks
to the automation that we set up now I
have it this way just so all the leads
that are interested don't just clog up
in one spot they're just going to
disappear out of my pipeline just to
keep things more clean but if you guys
don't mind seeing this filled up then
you guys don't have to create that
non-interested workflow now if you guys
wanted to you guys can get creative on
how you build out this pipeline in these
automations so for example if you don't
want the leads to just disappear when
you drag them to not interested you can
create a workflow so that lead can jump
into another Pipeline and in side of a
follow-up campaign where that lead will
constantly be getting reached out to
every so often just in case Ali changes
their mind in the future and also since
most you guys are going to be doing cold
calls to get people on your SAS I build
out this Pipeline and those automations
mainly for doing cold calls so if you
guys are doing some other form of
Outreach like DMS or emails you guys can
create your own automations and pipeline
specific to those Outreach methods
alright so I hope you guys found some
value in this video in this video we
covered how to scrape leads for your
business and also how to organize your
Outreach a little better with go high
level so if you guys have any questions
let me know down below also don't forget
to like And subscribe and I'll see you
in the next song
