going to noce some very bad stuff like
lack of confidence bad mood and a harder
time when it comes to building muscle
and losing body fat this is obviously
not ideal and there are some things we
can do to increase our testosterone
naturally like working out eating a
healthy balanced diet and also getting
in a good amount of sunlight but sadly
if that's all all you're doing you
actually might be wasting your time
especially if you're still doing these
four bad habits that are proven by
science to drop your testosterone and
some of these are actually pretty
strange and the very first one guys is
taking L's as men it's in our nature to
want to conquer in fact this effect is
so strong that if you're a fan of a
sports team and they lose you can
actually notice a drop in your
testosterone so losing is obviously L
not good for our manhood but let's also
get realistic here because nobody is
perfect and every once in a while you
are going to lose but luckily there's
one thing you can do to kind of stop the
losing effect because research has
actually shown that when men believed
they were winners the testosterone
actually stayed high so this means

change the channel and instead choose to
look at it like a lesson which will give
