that when I learn to solve my own

problems I'll create money but boy when

I learn to solve the problems of others

that's how I'll create wealth now hang

I say I thought a lot about it and of

all the businesses out there these are

the four that I would do hey guys again

was going to start a business from

ground up here are the four that I would

do you ready number one and this is one

of my favorite one guys this is the one

that excites me this is one that I know

changed my business years ago

and it's becoming a money broker that's

right here we go a money broker you look

at people that are looking for money

you're looking for new startup

businesses that are looking for money

you look at well establish they're

looking for money find me someone today

tomorrow next week that's not looking

for money some people are looking for

money to do real estate some are looking

money to uh not only start a business

but grow a business some are looking for

money to invest in the stock market

everybody is looking for money and as a

money broker what you simply do is this

there are many affiliate programs online

take your time to find them find those

companies that have a very short period

of time to get you certified I mean less

than a week and after you are certified

in their program they now will give you

access to all their tools and now you

can Market let me give you a good

example I work a lot with churches

churches were having a hard time finding

money so I found a company who knew how

to find money for churches and became a

money broker for them and made lots of

money second of all we do a lot of work

with businesses well guess what we found

an affiliate program that allowed me to

become a broker for businesses

whereby I did not loan the money the

company did I went through a short

certification and guess what I now could

promote their business I made good six

figures on both of those that's business

number one business number two a college

prep consultant we know that less and

less people are going to college but

still many are going and they will for a

while but look at all the massive debt

that's being

accumulated all this debt is going to go

to college and people get out and don't

even use it for the major you have

frustrated parents I could have used you

as a college prep consultant what do you

do number one you help parents find

money even when the kids are like in

elementary school you would learn that

and they're online courses I've taken

one before that showed me how to help

people find money when their kids are

first born when they're in elementary

school middle school Etc so imagine you

having contacts and strategies to help

parents no matter where their children

are to find money money is one part

another one what about college studying

I'm going to tell you guys high school

and college are a little different quick

story here my daughter's in her final

year of college and in high school she

crushed it I mean she crushed school but

then then she went to college and

because she didn't have a good study

system she struggled sure she made some

bees in C's but in high school it was

primarily A's what if you were in

business and you gave her a study guide

you gave her a system and you told her

colleges at this level high schools at

this level and you taught them a proven

system in how to study number one that's

going to reduce frustration ation of

that college student that's going to

reduce parent frustration and it's going

to make the experience so much better

but also what does it do it allows that

child to be best positioned to get

scholarships while they're in school

number three I would recommend is become

a grant writer guys there are programs

out there that will certify you to write

grants whether it be for businesses

whether it be for churches or not profit

and here what I said there are

legitimate grants out there for

businesses there they are you find a

program online you get certified in less

than 30 days you can do that and now

you're telling businesses if you follow

these five steps and by the way you're

going to train them you get paid for

money you make more money you find

nonprofits that are struggling again

because you are the Grant consultant and

you have uh your liaison between the

grant funders you get paid and finally

guys it's a big one you become a credit

consultant again you get

certification and through online

affiliate programs you find companies

who do the work for you and they pay

your fee you may do some frontend

you plug them into the system both

move from renting to owning because you
