welcome I'm Nini and if you don't know
already I recently moved into a
traditional Japanese house in Kyoto
despite making videos for a little while
I still feel like there are many
questions left unanswered and so today
I'm going to take you along a day in my
life while answering some of your
questions I hope you enjoy
[Music]
Ohio everyone today is the day I'm
finally going to answer some of your
questions in my own style of an Q&A so I
hope you follow along the Saturday in my
life while getting to know me a little
bit better but first let's make some
breakfast
[Music]
while I'm still very shy talking to the
camera I really wanted to answer some of
your
questions my goal while doing YouTube
was always to build a community that
grows together and supports each
other a safe space that inspires to
create joy in one's life
that might be a big goal but this is
something I want to always keep in mind
while creating new videos as I share
more about myself in this video I'm very
happy to get to know you a little bit
better too if you're willing to share in
the comments
[Music]
so a question you probably ask yourself
is what am I doing in Japan and why am I
here actually it's a quite long story I
came here the first time when I was 16
years old with my cousins they took me
here to be honest I didn't have much
expectations and any imagination about
Japan before but I was very curious so I
decided to come with them and I remember
very clearly when I took the bath from
nadita to Tokyo I looked outside of the
window and the atmosphere everything
told me that this is maybe a place I
should stay and that somehow maybe I
belong here for some time at least it
was very very special moment I never
forget and from that trip on I came
every year to learn more about the
culture the people and the language and
then after my studies in
2019 I decided to to move here
permanently but as you know Corona
happened and I had to go back to Germany
and then in 2023 finally I was able to
return and stay here and I'm as happy as
I could ever be okay everyone I think we
have to change places because today of
all the days my neighbor has a
construction

Don't Judge Me guys I didn't rip this
off
so the next question was what is good
about Germany I personally always knew I
don't really want to live in Germany but
of course there's still many things I
very much like about German culture and
I think also I want to be clear that
every place in the world has its
positive and negative aspects some
things that come to mind very
spontaneously for me is German people
are quite direct which can be very
annoying sometimes because I personally
also am not that direct person but I
think it's also very nice to know
someone's honest opinion while it can be
quite challenging to deal with it I
think it's yeah it's not a bad thing and
in some situation I really appreciate it
and the other thing is um that Germans
tend to question a lot and I personally
grew up being encouraged to question
things I get told and I think that's
very important that we question the way
we live Society politics our food
choices and I think that's quite common
in Germany that everyone has quite a
strong opinion and like to talk about it
which can be also a little bit
challenging but I think it's also
important
to yeah as a collective work together
hopefully not just have a strong opinion
but also act on it
together in a positive way to make this
world a little bit of a better place I
don't know maybe this questions I
answered them weirdly
maybe the next question I got is if I
have an advice for a
19-year-old and my advice is to live
this moment we get told by Society we
have to start thinking about the future
the moment we enroll into school and
once we come out of it we have to to
choose a path that will lead us through
life we have to always think of who we
want to become instead of realizing who
we are right now life is very fragile
it's uncertain if we see tomorrow this
is not pessimistic it's the reality and
reality reminds us to treasure this
moment growing through experiences
feeling alive is my biggest advice and
not let pressure of society take this
Freedom away from you
this doesn't just apply for your 20s
while working or chasing your dreams
it's important not to lose sight of the
one thing that truly brings happiness
the present
[Music]
moment another question I got is what is
good about Japan
[Music]
to be honest I can't even put it in
words but if I have to describe the
reason I choose to live here it's
because it's a place that invites me to
dream Japan always inspires me to see
Life as a miracle I also feel like I can
learn a lot from Japanese culture
especially mindfulness towards others my
actions and details of daily life I
believe every person has a place that
brings us the best best of us and for me
I'm sure it's Japan
[Music]

hey everyone I'm here with Nina today
and we just have a little jie in a very
very cute Cafe in a temple and I thought
yeah I thought since I'm answering some
questions I going to ask Nina also
something so n's Community ask where she
wants to go next in Japan yes and
actually the Sun Goes On My Head um I
wanted to tell you guys that I'm still
really I still really want to travel so
many places in Japan especially unknown
ones like a little Villages that not
many people went yet and I also have one
big dream of going by a van like a
sleeping van where you can sleep in
through Japan and to discover all kinds
of different places and just go on the
road and see where I end up so this is
one of my biggest dreams to do and maybe
I can do it in Autumn but let's see I
don't know yet but definitely I'm going
to do it in the near future so I hope
you guys stay tuned I also have a
question to Nina she was actually living
in O for a long time so I want to ask
what did you enjoy about
how was it for you so I really enjoy
everybody was very welcoming there first
of all a lot of people were very
conscious about food especially so I met
a lot of like amazing people doing
farming and very interested in like
natural process and also like
sustainable agriculture nice
yes so it really taught me a lot like
that Japan has a lot of people that are
very interested to bring like natural
food to like a more broader like
audience again and try to make people
more conscious and like also just
thinking about like food processing and
stuff so I really appreciate o for that
nice o girl okay thank you so much for
watching I only have 1% left so see you
later see you later bye bye bye
[Music]
on
[Music]
[Music]
hey everyone so I just got home and I'm
going to relax a little bit today since
the weather is kind of heavy and I feel
a little bit tired but I'm actually also
packing because I'm going to go on a
very exciting trip very soon yeah I hope
you guys stay tuned for that and thank
you so much for watching this video I
hope you got to know me a little bit
better I'm sure there are still many
things that have to be answered and many
questions left on answered but I mean we
have time and I hope you continue join
me on this YouTube Journey thank you so
much for your continuous support really
means a lot to me I see you really soon
goodbye
