traer del pueblo del mercado ponte a
veces dice no hay pollo no hay carne no
hay pescado no se puede preparar la
comida la gente no conoce muchas recetas
entonces claro comer todos los días la
misma cosa no es muy divertido para
nadie entonces lo interesante es poder
innovar y tener nuevas nuevas formas de
consumir sus productos entonces es ahí
donde viene un poco el proyecto que
estamos llevando a cabo de participar
con una chef kichwa como licitantes
quien va a las comunidades y hacemos
mingas de comida es decir todo el mundo
trae el producto que tiene en su casa
y con lo que tenemos se hacen nuevas
recetas nosotros
hemos fortalecido las chacras antes no
se no se valoraba los productos de la
zona es más unos productos estaban ya
perdiendo entonces con estas
capacitaciones la gente se empapado de
que tenemos que darle valor a nuestros
productos lo que se quiere es rescatar

amazonía y de esta zona entonces por

involucra la comunidad y se hace un

hervimos la olla de agua y pusimos

aplicado finito el plátano y el guineo y
luego le agregamos el garabato y odio y

cebolla al último y eso lo hemos
preparado para así comer la comida
natural que es nuestra y y así alimentar
a nuestros hijos y esa ha sido una
comida que nosotros hoy hemos preparado
luego de la sopa siempre ha sido la

bandeja lo más delgada posible lo
mantenemos en el fuego hasta que veamos

a parte ponemos a cocinarlo chonta q2 ya
picar el garabato yuyo y el pánico
mientras esté lista la masa de pizza
una vez lista añadimos el garabato yuyo
y el palmito junto con el chanta curo
dejamos un poco de cocción y listo una
pizza masónica hecha con yuca lista para
comer
