only one rule that we need to address

here we're only including named

characters on this list and they had to

have been in a fight it's like we're not

including Winston or the Marquis because

they never threw a punch

and we're not going to include every

single unnamed assassin that John killed

because we'd be here for hours and

honestly how are you gonna rank this

random guy and this random guy and that

random guy who all got taken out with

instant headshots and you try and tell

me who's more skilled yeah we're not

I honestly didn't expect the first John

Wick to end with a boss fight in the

rain

simply because I always assumed that Jon

would absolutely destroy Vigo in a fight

and honestly I bet Vigo assumed that too

he's seen up close and personal just how

skilled Wick is but he still decided to

go out swinging

you know what

Vigo did better than I thought he would

but I mean when I say that I really just

mean that he didn't die instantly and

when he pulled out the Secret Surprise

knife well he was able to actually hurt

John

without just because John little

and then John instantly broke his arm

and then killed him with his own knife

Ernest was a Serbian assassin the first

of many to come after John Wick when the

14 million dollar Bounty was placed on

his head it is really just a perfect

example of why you never bring a knife

to a book fight

Ernest is massive he's actually played

by basketball player Boba majornovic so

we know he's standing at seven feet four

inches and he's able to use that size

and power to his Advantage really

relying on it in a fight completely

overpowering Wick and Landing hits on

him through sheer strength even though

Wick had the right technique to try and

block the attack but with his size

Ernest is still not the most skilled

fighter and that can be exploited

ultimately what does him in

Marcus was one of John's oldest mentors

and friends and one of the only true

assassins in the entire franchise

meaning someone who would hunt down his

targets follow them find the best spot

to take them out and then fire a bullet

to their head from a few street blocks

over if other assassins were smart like

Marcus maybe someone could have actually

taken John Wick out

instead everyone else in this world just

seems to run straight at him guns

ablazon probably not the best strategy

now we didn't see a ton from Marcus in

the hand-to-hand fighting but we do know

he is an expert Marksman

Miss Perkins was a ruthless Contract

Killer tasked with taking out John Wick

for a two million dollar Bounty job that

she tried to execute on Continental

grounds which is a big No-No she got the

drop on Wake by sneaking into his hotel

room but Marcus lured John to her

presence and it was on

she got some good hits and got them

wrapped up for a little bit but you

gotta remember this was a John Wick who

was startled awake and was still

recovering from some gnarly injuries

and yeah she's able to use that to her

Advantage a bit but the fact that she

couldn't put down a weakened John Wick

while he was sleeping suggests that

she's a little out of her League here

so for most of John Wick we just saw

Sharon behind the desk but then when his

hotel was threatened while he pushed up

his glasses and went to work always calm

cool and professional Sharon was

literally the only member of the hotel

staff who survived the initial

confrontation with the bulletproof death

squad so we have to know he's already a

pretty skilled fighter to just survive

that encounter

then when they got shotguns with

armor-piercing rounds to even the

playing field a little bit Tyrone was

able to plow right through them

now we didn't see a ton of him in the

fight because we were mostly following

John Wick just out there doing John Wick

things

but I still am very impressed with what

I saw from Sharon

Aries is the right-hand woman for

Santino dentonio as a newly instated

member of the high table man you need to

get yourself a better bodyguard

we saw her throughout the whole movie

trying to square off with John leading

an ambush against him constantly acting

like he actually was a match for him

then they fight and it's almost over

before the fight even started

she caught him by surprise and had him

on the ropes for a little bit with her

push dagger but honestly a part of this

almost comes down to strength versus

skill or lack of strength

she's just not strong enough or powerful

enough to seriously contend with someone

like Wick and he used that to his

Advantage from her around overpowering

her and disarming her

and unlike with Cassian where he gave

him the professional courtesy of not

removing the blade wit grip the blade

out of Aries heart killing her

now let me tell you this is one person

who I was seriously surprised by when it

came to a fight

I thought for sure that Kila was just

gonna be another Vigo or it might be a

big boss

but not really a threat for John

and when Killa instantly took off

running and was huffing his inhaler the

whole fight I thought I knew what was

coming

and man was I surprised because he

huffed on his inhaler and took his fat

butt and went to town on John actually

gave Wick like a serious challenge

and it's the opposite of the Aries fight

because Killa had the strength advantage

over John this time I was able to put it

to good use

only thing is he would land Good Hits on

Jon or throw Jon over a ledge then he

would just get right back to running

away from Jon that's ultimately what

does him in here

I love Mr Nobody mostly because he

fights hockey but can pull it off and

back it up

plus he's got a sick bulletproof

backpack slash vest combo which I've

never seen before and a nice puppy dog

he's a lot like Marcus in the sense that

he'll stalk his Target before attempting

to take him out from a distance but if

need be nobody isn't above getting up

close and personal

but I think honestly the biggest thing

going for me here is the trained Belgian

Malinois he's got following him around

all the time

now this dog doesn't seem to be quite as

lethal as Sophia's and it's not wearing

bullet for a farmer but still now you

gotta take on a trained killer and a

vicious dog

good luck with that one

we didn't really get to see a ton from

Akira but based on that post-credit

teaser we might be getting to see a

whole lot more of her

she's the daughter of Shimizu as well as

the concierge for the usaka Continental

so you know she's been trained to fight

and not just that but trained to fight

as a ninja would be so incredibly

skilled of blades and her bow and arrow

in fact so good with that bow that she

was even able to take down high table

soldiers in serious bulletproof armor

like this stuff isn't dang near

impenetrable to bullets and she's taking

them down with a bow and arrow

on top of that Akira is one of the few

Fighters here that recognizes that she's

not as strong as big buff dudes and so

she doesn't try to take them on head on

instead she uses her size and her

agility to her Advantage dipping dodging

and Duncan all around them throwing it

between legs jumping on their backs is

she shows back up in the future she's

got the potential to move way up this

Continental Hotel and just like any good

warrior is a loyal friend and brother

the very end

despite being in his early 60s Shimizu

was still in incredibly dangerous

fighter it was particularly skilled with

a blade he showed incredible skill as a

swordsman as she can see with his

ability to kill dozens of members of the

high table Elite Strike Force dudes have

incredible bulletproof armor he's taking

them out with a pistol and a katana

he was so skilled he was even able to

match up against Kane although Kane

ultimately proved that he was more

skilled considering that Kane killed

Shimizu

Chidi is a high table assassin is the

second in command to the Marquis

democrine he led the attack on the Osaka

Continental in the search for John Wick

and he was able to easily hold his own

and take down some of the continental's

Hitmen then later on after a pretty big

bound to his put on Jon's head well

shitty was right back at it trying to

take Jon out

he thought of Mr Nobody and now she

nearly killed his dog but Wick had

something to say about it never go after

a dog in front of John Wick

but you know what shitty still wasn't

done he still wasn't out he was able to

confront Jon again and beat him down

of course John ultimately beat him but

man Chidi is durable

I mean sure he's a skilled fighter and

he's one of the few opponents who has

bulletproof armor on par of Wick but

shiti's greatest asset is just his

endurance

you just can't keep him down for good

Cassian is the personal bodyguard for

Gianna d'antonio and when he lost her to

Wick well he decided that he was gonna

do everything he could to take Jon out

which honestly speaks to the balls on

him that he thought he still could take

John down even after watching John plow

through a whole Army of people

his farting style includes boxing

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Judo Taekwondo Krav

Maga and Muay Thai

but probably what speaks to Cassian the

most as a fighter

isn't the fact that he was able to

actively fight against John Wick

albeit a John Wick who was just hit by a

car I just fought like 50 other people

but what's most impressive is that he

had John Wick's respect Wick saw him as

an equal someone who was on his level

and worthy of professional courtesy

you can't say that about everyone I mean

he definitely didn't view Ares the same

way

you might not remember the name hero but

he was actually the first guy to give

John Wick a good fight and really give

him more than he could handle

hero was vigo's head of security the one

who attached to keeping Yosef safe and

the only guy in the whole movie who

could fight on par of Wick

he was highly skilled in Taekwondo and

used it to beat Jon in a fight

of course with the caveat the other guy

had just been retired for five years

I know this kind of Beats the rule of no

unnamed assassins these guys were just

too good to not include on this list

their Zero's top students which means

that their masters of pink talks a lot

and several different disciplines of

ninjutsu like paijitsu together they

were able to give John lick a seriously

good fight and on top of that besides

Jon they easily defeated everyone else

they ran across

on top of that the Shinobi are one of

the very few Fighters they're able to

fight John Wick and survive which is an

honor not many people get

Kane might be blind but that doesn't

stop him from still being one of the

most skilled fighters in the John Wick

underground world of Assassins and

killing who was forced to enter back

just simply throw a gun at you if she

runs out of ammo

however in order to argue that she's a

top three fighter in the John Wick

universe

you've gotta include her dogs

she's got two of Elgin melanies that

wear bulletproof vest and she's got

complete control over like these dogs

are incredibly well trained and you

combine two vicious attack dogs with an

already skilled and dangerous assassin

well she turns into basically a force of

nature

zero was the primary assassin brought in

by the adjudicator or a taken John Wick

and he also just so happens to be like

the biggest John Wick fan out there

zero was an extremely skilled fighter so

much so that the adjudicator believed

that he could actually defeat even John

Wick

and zero did prove to be equally skilled

to it giving him a harder fight than

anyone else here even though he did

eventually lose in the end

his fighting style consisted of one

after the death of his wife John killed

hundreds of people all over the world

with a full assortment of different

weapons all in his quest for vengeance

he's been called a master of death and

the last thing that many men see and he

definitely lives up to the reputation

that surrounds him he's an incredibly

skilled fighter usually fighting with a

combination of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Judo

Jiu Jitsu Aikido and Krav Maga

he can outmaneuver outmatch or just

simply Outlast his opponents usually

taking on multiple Fighters at once

he's also known to study an opponent

during a fight and adapting as the fight

goes on like against zero and his

students

and he don't think he's above farting

dirty either

but probably what John is best known for

is his gun play

he's able to effortlessly blend his

Marksmanship with his hand-to-hand

fighting using grappling moves with

Precision headshots to take down whole

groups of people

safe to say John Wick is the best there

is I don't think there's a single other

assassin in the franchise who can do all

the things that he's done he's the best

of the best
