hello loves welcome back to my channel
if you're new here my name is Kelsey
Kiera and today we're going to be
talking about feminine energy if you
grew up in a household where you feel as
if you weren't able to cultivate your
feminine energy or it was just no
feminine Role Models around you or maybe
you just had to resign in your masculine
energy just because of Life
circumstances then this video is most
definitely for you a lot of the women in
my family are and were very much in
their masculine energy when I was a
child growing up so I kind of always
seen women not in control of their
emotions and really stepping out out of
their feminine energy to survive and
eventually I learned this and I was
pretty much taught that my feminine
energy was going to be a weakness or it
was me being fast and if you don't know
what being fast mean means it means when
you're a young girl and you're trying to
mature before your age and because of
that this made me really shy away from
my feminine energy and resign more in my
masculine energy because all of the
women around me whether that had been at
school or at home were in their
masculine energy and the times that I
did find myself kind of like resigning
in my feminine energy I was teased about
it and this just only made me hide it
even more so now just coming back around
to my mid 20s I really spent the time
really getting to know myself and a lot
of that is feminine a lot of the parts
of myself are more feminine than
masculine a lot of the hobbies that I
have kind of need me to show up in my
feminine energy and just how I live my
life romanticizing allows me to really
show up in that energy without feeling
out of place or feeling like I'm just
not safe to be myself let's get into
some tips that have helped me really
find my way back to this feminine energy
and allow me to resign in it and feel
safe and also sexy and sensual and
passionate and creative all of these
things tie into femininity let's get
into this video a lot of the women in my

some tips that have helped me really
find my way back to this feminine energy
and allow me to resign in it and feel
safe and also sexy and sensual and
passionate and creative all of these
things tie into femininity let's get
into this video okay so first we are
going to talk about slowing down because
out of all the things that I have
learned when it comes to being on this
journey and finding my feminine energy
slowing down is really like one of the
most important things that a human can
cultivate just in
general but especially a feminine woman
when you slow down and you're able to
really be present in those little
moments that's when you really start to
romanticize your life and you really
wake up in peace because the day is
exciting the day is an adventure there's
so much that can happen in a day and
we're in such a good mood because we
spend each moment of our day being
present so when the time times come that
that need a reaction that may not be on
the soft side we're able to really
recollect and gather our emotions before
reacting because we resign in this
softness because of how present we are
and this can literally look like when
I'm flat ironing my hair just flat
ironing my hair focusing on brushing it
and just really taking my time to do
what it is that I'm doing if that makes
any sense if I'm washing the dishes I am
romanticizing the way the water is
hitting my hands I'm thanking God for
the Clean Water I'm thinking the water
because water is an element water is
energy and I'm just being really
grateful for what's in front of me and
the experiences that I have in front of
me because a lot of the time women that
resign in their masculine energy are
complaining you will see these women
complaining about every little
inconvenience and all this does is just
steal the joy out of life it steals the
joy out of that day because it's not
going perfectly planned like you thought
it would and this is just kind of
setting oursel up for failure because
nothing's going to ever go as planned
this is a journey we don't know what
tomorrow is going to bring the only
thing that we can do is focus on what is
in front of us and give whatever is in
front of us our best even if that's
taking a shower and falling in love with
your
loofah that could be interpretated in
multiple ways but anyways we're going to
skip on watching your attitude you know
like I have to catch myself being very
caty and remind myself that the energy
that I'm putting out is not positive and
I'm not saying that every day has to be
perfect and you have to feel perfect but
when you're resigning in gratitude it's
a lot easier to just allow the
inconveniences to just kind of flow it's
all a flow even the
inconveniences because nine times out of
10 an inconvenience always turns out to
be a blessing somehow some way because
everything is already how it's supposed
to be it's already written when I'm in
this positive mood I attract so many
people whether that be females or males
I just attract so much attention to
myself when I'm in this energy of
positivity because everyone's kind of
resigning in this survival mode maybe
95% of the world is resigning in this
survival mode to be completely honest
and the moment that they see one person
just relaxing and I'm not saying that
that doesn't mean that there's not
issues or problem problem s in my life
but if in that moment there's nothing
that I can do besides release it then
that's exactly what I'm going to do is
release it me walking around mad or
having an attitude all day is not going
to fix the situation it's not going to
fix anything so therefore there's no
point in that we get to choose our mood
we get to choose our reaction we get to
choose how it is that we want to live
our life and who it is that we want to
be when you are the main character in
your life you get to choose who it is
that you want to be I talk a lot about
this in my last video that I posted on
the dream girl era and just being the
main character of your life and what
that looks like and what that feels like
when nothing outside of you can command
you this is when you have really
mastered heaven on Earth so being
present in my day allows me to feel like
I'm invol flow releasing the things that
I cannot control and giving them to God
makes me feel happy it takes the anxiety
away from me and I'm there's definitely
days where I still experience anxiety
but it's very minimal compared to what
it used to be when I spent all day
complaining about things that were out
of my control that ended up being the
best outcomes that I possibly ever could
have imagined when you release the
control and you are present with what it
is that you have in front of you this
can literally look like me walking down
the street and seeing some roses and
stopping and literally smelling the
Roses smelling the scents looking at the
flowers looking at the hummingbirds and
the butterflies me and the bees don't
get along but watching the trees flow
just really sitting back and letting
things just be beautiful and be art we
are art when we can look at the world as
being art we become that we become the
embodiment of flow the next tip of mine
is healing healing our bodies I seen
this quote from this psychologist and he
said that just one simple thought can
heal your body when you really focus in
on that thought and you really get
consistent on what it is that you want
to heal and actively heal that without
looking for for Love from other people
once you can love yourself the way that
you want to be loved you really relax I
went to therapy I've been going to
therapy I'm actually on a little break
but I'll be starting back in October
honestly you guys I don't even know if I
would be where I am right now if I did
not start the start therapy 3 years ago
when I first started I was in a very
vulnerable and depressed state I just
lost one of my girlfriends and
that was very hard mourning the death of
one of my friends was really the hardest
thing that I ever had experienced at the
time and all of my emotions felt like
they were going to consume me to the
point where it was like I had nobody
around me to guide me through that and I
had no other choice but to go to therapy
and we started to work through things
that I didn't even know were affecting
me my personality the way that I showed
up my anxious attachment Style that I
just thought was a defect in myself but
going to therapy it really allowed me to
be heard validated intentionally I had
someone that was there for me to listen
to me to guide me there was a hiccup
with me finding a therapist because I
know that a lot of people have different
experiences but it took me probably
about two or three tries before finding
my therapist it wasn't the first try but
once I did connect with her it was just
like a soul connection there's certain
things that we just shouldn't put on to
other people emotionally if I'm just
being completely honest because that
person also has their emotional healing
to do going to therapy journaling and
just being really intentional when it
comes to your healing and not shying
away from the darkest parts of yourself
because if not those parts really do
start to rot it is okay to have went
through trauma it is okay to not feel
perfect because no one's perfect we have
to give oursel Grace we have to forgive
ourselves we have to forgive other
people and the only way that we can do
that is by facing the trauma headon and
when you do that you really start to
feel so much lighter in your body and
you're walking around here floating
around and there's no special person in
my life right now there's no one calling
me and checking up on me every day and
this was like like something that I
needed at one point I remember being my
early 20s that was literally the worst
time for me emotionally and I felt like
I needed someone there with me all the
time so therapy and just healing in
general has really taught me how to love
myself first how to put myself first and
how to be in control of my emotions how
to deal with pain how to release pain
how to mourn psychologists are so smart
and so wonderful and they're doctors
that are there to help us with our mind
because when we hold all of that in it
starts to rot it starts to show up in
our personality our mood and you don't
deserve to walk around here with all
those bags shout out to Erica I know
people that are walking around with
things that happened to them 30 years
ago 20 years ago and they're not happy
right now because of something that
happened 30 years ago because we're
going to be walking around with these
same bags that no longer serve us when
our style has changed speaking of style
the next one is going to be our wardrobe
I will be honest with you guys I don't
know if it's just 26 it's just this
mature sexy age for me but when I
started to wear dresses and skirts just
things that really were girly and
feminine and being intentional with
wearing things that made me feel
feminine and not focusing on showing
skin but more so on the feminine pieces
itself the delicate see of the pieces
for example I have this skirt on right
here and it's long I have on this top
it's a spaghetti strap with a v-neck and
then I have on this long skirt and it's
flowy and this is like the perfect
everyday outfit for me I feel dressed up
and casual allinone and I love feeling
comfortable but I also want to be
intentional with looking my best so
wearing things that are flowy and that
don't necessarily Focus in on being
revealing because I like the thought of
there being mystery and I did not
understand this when I was younger until
I got a little bit older when it just
comes to not giving yourself all in one
also toning in on your wardrobe toning
in on your fashion and what looks best
on you because there's so many Trends
and what I don't like about Trends is
that Trends aren't for everyone not
everyone can do everything like Trends
are I think it just takes out the
importance of individuality you know
just focusing in on one style it does
not everyone has the same body shape so
for me I tend to lean more towards
capsule pieces rather than trendy pieces
pieces that look amazing on me and
pieces that I can keep for a very long
time and just swap out what I wear with
the pieces for example this black flowy
skirt that I thrifted I can pretty much
have this forever it's a black flowy
skirt I'm always going to need a black
flowy skirt and I can match it with so
much things that I try to accumulate
over time are more so things that I
could see myself wearing for a very long
time rather than things that I'm going
to end up throwing away anyways or I'm
eventually going to stop liking dressing
for your body shape I used to think just
because I was petite that I could wear
anything and that really wasn't even the
case because some things just did not
look right on on me like I don't know
something just didn't look right on me
until I really understood that my body
shape was an X which is an hourglass
shape and high-waisted things look
better on me rather than low waist
things and you can look this up on
Pinterest or just on Google in general
and it'll show you like the things that
fit your body type looking
luxurious sticking with my neutrals and
blacks creams whites and focusing in on
on like dainty jewelry like this little
bracelet that I have on right now these
are just things that make you look more
expensive and make you just look a lot
more sophisticated and especially if
you're in your late 20s I just feel like
right now it's just my sophisticated era
where I'm really wearing my heels me and
my friends we would always have to call
each other and be like are you wearing
heels when we were like 2122 nowadays do
not call me and ask me if I'm wearing
heels somewhere where we're going out
it's a venue we're going out to have
drinks there's going to be no I'm
definitely wearing Hills and if I don't
have on Hills I probably have on some
kind of like sandals and this is big for
me because I used to be a sneaker head
I'll definitely say that like switching
it up is always fun but I like to resign
90% of my wardrobe in feminine I
definitely like to switch it up here and
there because I do model so there are
times where I will dress like a tomboy
but 95% of the time you're going to
catch me in a dress or a skirt or just
something that makes me feel really
girly and then that other whatever
percentage I'm you know wearing like
some mom jeans some Dad's shoes and like
a t-shirt and some gold hoops earrings
like some small mini hoops but I will
say this I tend to get treated a lot
better when I do have on a skirt or a
dress and it's because people want to do
things for you if a man sees you in the
grocery store and you're getting ready
to grab the door he's going grab the
door for you because you're in a dress
and a lady in a dress shouldn't be doing
any hard work I know how sexist this
sounds but again this is my life this is
how I like to live and I like my life so
I'm just sharing with you guys tips that
make me feel feminine and this is as a
result this is what these tips have
given me a privilege to experience when
it comes to princess treatment so
definitely going through your wardrobe
throwing out the things that no longer
fit your fit you and the woman that you
want to be is so big going through all
your clothes giving clothes away also
feels really good um at the end of
summer which it is now I went through
all of my clothes and I pretty much just
sat like a bag outside here in La that's
what people do like they just put their
clothes or like furniture on the side of
the street and people really come and
get it and I wanted to do that I thought
it was cool and so I put a bag out there
and I just seemed like people going
through the bag and it was really nice
things and it felt really good I'm not
able to give in the ways that I want to
yet I'm able to give in the ways that I
can now and I'm grateful for that so
finding a wardrobe that makes you feel
polished makes you feel like a girl and
you guys know what I'm talking about
like have you have you ever had like a
slumber party and you guys are just all
in matching pajama sets and just really
doing girl things playing brats and all
these little things when you were
younger and I just feel like dressing up
really makes me feel like that feeling
and that is helping me heal my inner
child as well so now we're going to talk
about something that is really
interesting because I just really
started doing this intentionally with
connecting it to me practicing things to
help me cultivate my feminine energy but
just being in my room naked like being
naked as a woman looking at your body in
the mirror and showing appreciation to
all of your feminine Parts looking at
yourself in the mirror and telling
yourself how beautiful you are and how
sexy you are and how irresistible you
are and I like to even do yoga sometimes
naked because it just really helps me
embody my sensuality women hold so much
sensuality which is a power in our body
that allows us to create and when I'm in
touch with my body and my myself I
create the best I'm more relaxed and I
know that's because I really have
accepted all parts all flaws about
myself all of it all of the things that
I used to be insecure about when it
comes to my body I have taken the time
out to really think those things because
those are the things that give me a
little bit of seasoning those are the
things that make me different and we
want to be ethereal like I was thinking
about just what beauty means as a woman
and how much we are put in these boxes
but in reality beauty is not determined
by this box that everyone has to be in
in order to be considered beautiful when
everyone is uniquely beautiful in art in
their own way and we have to stop trying
to force oursel into these boxes that
men and other people want to put us in
and once you can embody your own self
and master yourself in your uniqueness
people will see that you are going to be
attracting because you are attractive
but why are you attractive because you
are putting energy into yourself and it
starts to radiate outside of you and you
literally become magnetic I see things
from a very spiritual perspective and a
deeper meaning and that allows me to
release my worry and this whole Human
Experience is Art when you can look at
your body as art the body is a
conjunction between the material and the
spiritual world the physical and the
spiritual world and inside of our bodies
are our soul we have found ways to pick
and poke and just completely create this
hell around figures and just all these
things that just make life hell that we
can't change and of course you can
invest by working out and taking care of
your body and eating healthy but you
have to make sure that you're also
appreciating where you are now how you
look now because then that's going to
help you get consistent when it comes to
going to the gym like if you're
constantly putting yourself down then
you're not going to feel worthy to go to
the gym to begin with that's why you're
probably not going is because you don't
feel worthy of it because of how you
think that you look now but if you can
look at yourself and see beauty now and
say you know what I love you and I love
you for who you are right now and I'm
going to be intentional with pouring
into you because you deserve it you is
by the way you're looking at yourself in
the mirror and you're saying this to you
that's when you start to show up for
yourself differently because you start
to become your own best friend when you
can just look at yourself and say wow
you are beautiful and there's no one
else that looks like you in this world
because we are all individually ethereal
I don't want to be in this box in this
standard of beauty I want to be ethereal
I don't want anyone to look like me you
shouldn't want to look like anyone we
have to get clear on what it is we
individually hold as people and stop
trying to put oursel in a box because
then it's just not going to be fun when
you go to an art museum every single
piece has a story every single piece is
interesting every piece is beautiful and
that's exactly how it is with women with
humans just in general and I'm not
saying that everyone is for everyone but
there's somebody for someone and it
starts with you loving yourself first so
I like to dance around my room naked and
really allow myself to feel sensual and
passionate and fiery there's so much
feminine energy in just being naked and
just looking at yourself like wow I am a
woman men can't say that they can't do
that you know like women are just soft
and we hold this Essence that really
radiates when we know the power that we
hold when you're in touch with your
sensuality and you own it without shame
and you thank your vagina and your
breast and you really look at yourself
as being art everything outside of you
becomes art as well like you guys are
art we're art isn't that so fun I love
you guys but I just I hope that you guys
are finding value in this content these
are things that have really helped me
step into the best version of myself and
really helped me express myself in a way
that I never felt comfortable expressing
myself period And I also know the way
that I want to love my children and the
nurture that I want to be for them and I
know that involves me being in my
feminine energy I hope you guys found
this video useful if you like it please

feminine hobby that you want to take or
you want to start to do or one that you
