🌞 Morning Routine Inspired by Prophet Muhammad
The speaker discusses how many people look to internet figures like David Goggins and Andrew Huberman for productivity routines, but he chooses to follow the daily routine of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) for a day. The first step involves waking up, wiping off the effects of sleep, and reciting a specific dua (prayer). The Prophet would then enter the restroom with his left foot, recite another dua for protection from evil, perform ablution (wudoo) for cleanliness before prayer, and recite a concluding dua upon exiting. The Prophet also engaged in Tahajjud prayer (night prayer) before the Fajr (dawn) prayer, which he preferred to pray at the mosque. He emphasized the importance of additional Sunnah prayers for spiritual rewards.
🍯 Breakfast and Sunnah Practices
After the Fajr prayer, the Prophet (PBUH) would have breakfast, often consisting of honey and dates, especially Ajwa dates, which he highly favored. The speaker follows this practice, emphasizing the health benefits of these foods. Various Sunnah practices related to eating are highlighted, including using the right hand for eating and drinking, reciting specific duas before and after meals, and drinking water in three sips. The speaker then transitions to Dhuha prayer, a mid-morning prayer expressing gratitude. The speaker, being a dental student, parallels the Prophet's acts of service by treating patients in a clinic, emphasizing the importance of serving the community.

Transcripts
so a lot of the times we look through
the internet and we try our best to find
what is the number one routine that we
can follow to become very productive and
successful in this world and a lot of us
look up to David Goggins and Andrew
huberman and we try to follow their
routine to the tea they don't know me
son so I've took a lot of time and
researched what is the routine of our
beloved Prophet Muhammad sallallahu
alaihi wasallam and I've decided to make
an exact replica of his routine and I
plan to follow it for the whole day so
without further Ado I'll be taking you
guys with me on a step-by-step routine
of the Prophet s Ali
[Music]
wasallam so the first thing the prophet
Sall alaihi wasallam did is whenever he
would wake up he would start by wiping
off the effects of sleep from the face
and he would also make the following
Dua and this translates to thank Allah
for bringing us back to life after
killing us and to him we shall return
then he would head to the restroom and
he would make sure to enter with his
left foot and the beautiful thing about
our religion is we find that even in the
most minute things there's always a Dua
to say so if whether you guessed it or
not there is a Dua that you must say as
you enter the restroom and that Dua
is oh Allah I seek Refuge from Evil and
the evildoers and then he would go ahead
and perform woodo now for those of you
guys who don't know or for those of you
guys who aren't Muslims woodoo is
basically basically a source of ablution
it is something that Muslims must do
before prayer and that is to make sure
that we are clean so whenever we stand
before our creator we're standing with
not only good intentions but we also
want our bodies to be clean as well so
just like I said earlier there's a Dua
for after every single thing and the Dua
after making
is I bear witness that there is no God
but Allah and that Muhammad s Ali
wasallam is the final messenger and
whenever s Ali wasallam would leave the
restroom he would exit with his right
foot and he would say which translates
in English to forgive me and anyways
right now it is the time for so the
prophet sallu alai wasallam he would not
wake up and pray F he would also wake up
a little bit before F and do what's
called the tah prayer now there's a lot
of benefits to T prayer and tud
basically translates to the last third
of the night and this special part of
the night is really where miracles
happen this is the time where if you are
in dire need of a Dua to being answered
go ahead and wake up for this time and
see how quickly your life will change
and how the duas will get answered
inshallah so now it's time to get ready
for f prayer so whenever we're putting
our clean clothes we should say which
translates to in the name of God and
then whenever we're putting our clothes
on there's also another Dua that we can
say and this
Dua and it's really best if you can try
your best to catch F prayer in the
Masjid so F prayer actually at my local
Masjid is now around around 4:30 a.m. in
the Masjid so ever since I moved up to
the northan is at 4:00 a.m. and then
they pray around 4:30 and thenan is
around 10:40 and they pray at the Masjid
around 11:00 p.m. so as you can see it's
not that much sleep and I'm going to be
trying my best to catch this and pray at
the Masjid but if not there's going to
be a clip of me praying it inshallah at
the house but also always try your best
to strive to pray these at the Masjid
there's also a very important Hadith
regarding the two of before F prayer the
prophet s wasallam says that two of are
better than this world and all it
contains so the prophet sallam would
pray Sunnah prayers in addition to the
five F prayers the prophet also said
whoever prays 12 in a day and night a
house will be built for him in Paradise
four before two after it two after two
after and two before so try your best to
strive to pray these sunnas because
their rewards for them are not only for
rewards in this life but the rewards
will benefit you greatly in the
afterlife so now we're in the car and it
is time to head to F prayer now the
prophet wasallam would make a traveler's
prayers and this Dua is as
follows and inshallah I'll be having the
transliteration and the translation down
below so now that we've entered the
Masjid there's a proper Dua that we
should make and that is we step into the
Masjid with our right foot and we say
oh Allah open the gates of Mercy for us
so now we will go ahead and pray the two
of F and then we'll go with the J prayer
and pray F inshallah so now that we've
we're done with f prayer we're going to
go ahead and exit the Masjid with our
left leg and we will
say oh Allah I ask you from your
blessings in abundance and it's very
important at this time to make the
morning AAR so the morning AAR are a
list of duas that the prophet wasallam
would say every single sing morning all
right so now we've got home after fure
prayer and it's time to make some
breakfast and get ready for school one
thing the prophet s wasallam loved is
using his miswak and he would frequently
use this throughout the day especially
before every Salah if you take care of
your teeth you'll also be taking care of
your whole body so one of the things
that the prophet wasam really really
loved to eat in the mornings was honey
and dates those are the two things that
he really really enjoyed eating now the
type of dates that the prophet Sall
wasallam really really loved were called
the AA dates and you can find these in
Med the prophet also said a family which
has dates will not be hungry so for
these reasons I try my best to start my
mornings by eating dates and honey I
don't have a very fancy breakfast where
I eat a lot of carbs and a lot of
protein I try my best to just keep it
simple and follow the Hadith of the
prophet wasallam and this is when I
found to have the most energy so some of
the hadiths and sunnas that come with
the food is of course eating with your
right hand and drinking with your right
hand thei for eating is
and then if you forget to say the Dua
before eating there's another Dua you
can say which
is in the name of God in the beginning
and in the end another sunna of eating
is to make sure that you are sitting
down while you eat and whenever you're
drinking water you don't want to just
chug down the whole water bottle or
drink it all in one or two sips you want
to go ahead and try your best to drink
it in three sips as the Sunnah is and
then one of the sunnas would also be to
licking your fingers after you eat and
then saying alhamdulillah or you could
also say alhamdulillah
praise be to Allah for blessing me with
this food so now it's time for D prayer
and D prayer is a prayer that is found
around the middle of the daytime before
time and it is a prayer in which you're
kind of showing gratitude to Allah
subhana t for everything that he's
blessed you with and this is a prayer
that the prophet Salli wasallam tried
his best to never miss so after this
prayer the prophet would tend to his
family matters he would visit the sick
he would check up on people check up on
his neighbor and try his best to do
beautiful things I'm currently a student
so I will be kind of showing sh you guys
what my day today looks like in clinic
and alhamdulillah I'm able to follow
this Sunnah because I'm a caretaker of
people and as a dental student I
frequently treating people who come in
with diseases that affect their teeth so
alhamdulillah we just finished clinic
for the day and it is about 1:00 p.m.
I'm going to continue this good streak
of doing good and I'm going to go ahead
and take care of my body and my physical
strength and I'm going to be taking you
guys with me to the gym now some of the
things that motivate me to working out
are is the following Hadith Allah's
messenger subhana tala said a strong
believer is better and is more lovable
to Allah than a weak believer and there
is good in everyone the prophet also
said your body has a right over you
which means that you should not treat
your body as it's something that is just
there and you kind of can do whatever
you want to you have to take care of the
body that Allah subh blessed you with so
try your best to stay active stay fit go
to the gym you don't have to go every
single day cuz that's actually
detrimental for you just try your best
to find a routine that works for you
guys and allows you to become physically
fit so there's actually an interesting
story in which one time saw a fat person
and he walked up to his big belly and he
pointed at it and he said what is that
the man replied it is a blessing from
Allah in which Omar replied it is a
punishment from Allah this kind of shows
the sahabas put an emphasis on Being Fit
they used to ride horses they used to be
very experienced in archery and
horseback riding and they were very
prominent in wrestling so Being Fit is
something they put as a top priority and
it's something that we should all strive
to do in our daily lives so following
this whole aspect of staying fit I also
want to implement the Hadith of the one
where we just mentioned how a strong
believer is better to Allah subhana than
a weak believer so I'm going to go train
some kickboxing and Jiu-Jitsu as well
after my gym session so right now it is
after my gym session and it is time for
D prayer I'm going to go ahead and pray
try my best to pray the Sun and then
head over to kickboxing and J training
inshallah so right now we just finished
our kickboxing training it is time for
ass prayer we're going to pray and then
get ready for GC training so now
alhamdulillah we just finished finish
our jji training it is time to pray M go
home run some errands eat some dinner
and then inshallah do some studying and
then head over to
prayer so alhamdulillah it's now time to
wind down and get ready for bed so here
are some of the night sunas that the
prophet sallam used to do so before even
going to bed the prophet wasam would
always make wo before heading into bed
so now it is time to go to bed and
there's a very specific Sunnah that the
prophet Salli wasallam would do whenever
he entered his bed the messenger of
Allah subhana T said when any one of you
goes to bed he should dust off the bed
with the inner part of his lower garment
for he does not know what might have
come into it after he left and then it
now it is time to say a before going to
sleep the messenger of Allahu Al
wasallam said when you lie down in your
bed recite until the end of the verse
you will have a protector from Allah and
no devil will come near you until
morning and this if you follow this
routine you will be guaranteed success
in this world and the next I hope you
guys enjoyed this video and I'll see you
guys next time inshallah and
