طرق التعلم الفعال علشان نستفيد من قانون
ال20 ساعه اقصى استفاده ممكنه وبيقسم
الطرق دي هي كمان لعشر نقط رئيسيه اول
نقطه هي اجراء بحث بسيط عن المهاره اللي
عايزين نتعلمها بحيث نفهم الخطوط الرئيسيه
للمهاره وما نبقاش تايهين لما نبدا فيها
بعد البحث ده ناخد وقت نفكر فيه في
المهاره بشكل عميق في المرحله دي هنكون
حددنا المراجع اللي هنذاكر منها سواء كانت
مقروءه او مسموعه او فيديوهات هنفكر في
المراجع والمهاره واللي عايزين نعمله بعد
كده هنفكر في السيناريو اللي ممكن يحصل لو
متعلمناش المهاره دي يعني ايه هو التاثير
السلبي اللي هيحصل لو كسلنا او كبرنا
دماغنا وفايده النقطه دي هي خلق دافع
ومحفز هيشجعك اثناء تعلم المهاره كمان
الكاتب شايف انه من المهم نطلع على
المصطلحات المهمه والمعقده في كل مهاره
علشان الطريق يكون اسهل واحنا بنتعلم ده
غير اننا ممكن نسال الخبراء في المجال
اللي عايزين نتطور فيه والنصائح بتاعتهم
هتختصر علينا وهتسهل علينا كتير كمان من
الحاجات المهمه في تعلم اي مهاره هي اننا
نطبق عليها كتير والتطبيق ده ممكن ياخد
النسبه الكبرى من 20 ساعه يعني ممكن نتعلم
المهاره النظريا في خمس ساعات ونقعد بقيه
الوقت نطبق اللي تعلمناه والنسب هنا بتخت
من المهاره للتانيه ده غير ان انا محتاجين
نراجع على المهاره اللي اتدربنا عليها كل
فتره علشان ما ننسهاش مع الوقت وجوش بينصح
اننا نكتب النصايح كلها على شكل نقط مرقمه
ونعلقها قدامنا علشان ما ننسهاش اثناء
التعلم وزي ما من المهم نتخيل شكل حياتنا
من غير تعلم المهارات اللي محتاجينها كمان
مهم نحط تصورات ونقول المفروض ايه اللي
يحصل لما نتعلم المهاره ومع مرور الوقت
نبدا نقارن الواقع بالتصورات اللي حطيناها
ونشوف هل بنمشي صح ولا في مشاكل النقطه
العاشره والاخيره في طرق التعلم الفعال هي
مراعاه حدودنا يعني نروح احنا هنستحمل لحد
فين ونراعي مشاغلنا ونبطل نجلد في نفسنا
على الفاضي والمليان ومن المهم نكون
عارفين ان مش كلنا بنشتغل بنفس الطريقه في
النهايه خلينا نقول ان جوش كوفمن ما نجحش
في انه يتعلم حاجات كتير بقانون ال20 ساعه
غير لما بقى مقتنع انه يقدر يتعلم في عدد
ساعات صغير ومنطقي وانه مش لازم يكون احسن
واحد في الحاجه اللي بيتعلمها وبالمناسبه
طريقه التعلم دي هي اللي بيستعملها مارك
زوكربيرج وبيل جيتس واوبرا وينفري وغيرهم
المش اهير دول بيتعلموا بطريقه اسمها
تكريس الوقت كل يوم بيتعلموا حاجه لمده
ساعه على مدار خمس ايام في الاسبوع وده
بيخليهم يتعلموا في المتوسط مهاره كل اربع
اسابيع الكاتب بيبدا الكتاب بجمله الاحلام
ليست صعبه المنال وده حقيقي جدا الفكره
كلها تكون مقتنعه ان في احتماليه انك تحقق
اللي انت عايزه لو اديته لمجهود المناسب
