Transcripts
good day everyone once again this is
welcome back to my youtube channel as
well as in my social media page and
today's video we're going to discuss
about judo
and before i forget please do like share
subscribe and hit the notification bell
so that you will be updated on my
upcoming martial arts videos
hey this time we will discuss about judo
actually judo came from jujitsu
jujitsu means the art of giving
if you are ninjas in samurai
they are uneven forces of japan
ninjas are known because of their
weapons like shuriken which we call it
small dagger some of them are
manufactured
or some of them are improvised from
tools around the farm
all right
ninjas can climb on the trees and wall
as fast as they can it's because they
have some sophisticated weapons and
tools like iron club
as well as those kitanas that they are
using
and you know
samurai as well as
ninjas
they are trained to kill all the parts
of their body are considered as
when the western powers colonized japan
the art of jiu-jitsu was eliminated
somewhat like dark ages for 20 long
years
no more martial arts
you know if you are open-minded that
time
you will just adopt the culture of
western power
you're going to
to use weapons
like uh powder and gangs you're going to
aim your target pull the trigger and
then fight silver
so 20 long years imagine no martial arts
but one of the best students of
jujitsu's name is
he's just a small guy his height is five
feet and two inches
and he is oftentimes bullied that's the
reason why he practiced martial arts so
what he did
he manipulated the art of digit so it's
because
jujitsu is the culture of japanese
it should not be
taken for granted
so he manipulated the art like for
example those arts or picnics for
killing was taken away and then the best
techniques take place and then he named
judo which means the gentle way
all right why why is it that the gentle
way some of you will ask sir how come
you do become the gentle way
judo became the gentle way because you
are turning an opponent's strength
against himself
and later on it was introduced to
different schools in japan as form of
self-defense and as form as poor
and later on it was introduced as
official sport in olympic during 1964
right this time we're going to discuss
about the different throws in judo
first is the forward body drop
and then the one on shoulder
two arms shoulder through
keep through as well as the stomach
through and for the additional
information of beginners
you should know first how to do the
cooling techniques before you proceed to
throwing techniques it's because if you
don't know how to do the pulling
techniques you're going to get enjoy
yourself during the throwing techniques
one more thing
how big how strong is your opponent is
and you know how to break his balance it
will be easier for you to through him
and
also you should know how to use your
hands
hips and feet at the same time
okay
this time we will proceed the techniques
proper
first is the forward body drop and i
prepared
a clip for you to understand it easily
as you can see that your right hand is
grabbing the collar of your opponent
and then your left hand around the
sleeve
and then this time you will be making a
big space preparation and throwing
forward your opponent so in throwing
forward it seems that you are doing an
axe chap
this time
we are preparing for throwing forward
your opponent and here we go
that's it
second is the one arm shoulder through
and if there is a one shoulder throw of
course there will be a
two arm shoulder through rather
in this technique you are making a big
space for your hand to do the uppercut
and turning your body against your back
by bending over preparation by throwing
your opponent using the one arm shoulder
through
and i would like to add that quick
disclaimer that what i am telling you
are based on my research and this video
is for educational purposes once again
this is
and god bless everyone
