I am six foot two
my mom is five foot three and my dad is
five foot six I grew to six foot two
because I ate a really really big diet
which was still relatively healthy at
the same time and I think that's one of
my tips that I would like to share

dunking a lot of jumping a lot of
running there we go and believe it or

basketball and he used to be able to
dunk and I I could never dunk so I guess
hard work pays off yeah that's right all

lineup with some advice that Jack's
already given but it's to get a lot of
uh get a lot of sleep and make sure
you're getting like a lot of nutrition
in like you want a lot of um protein run
a lot of calcium to support your bones
because when I was a kid I got a lot of
that so I think that really helped me
grow it's good it's good um

I just ate a lot like for example during
like my grow growing years I felt really
hungry
and you know I would never try to you
know diet or try to skimp out or
anything I would satisfy those the
