mesi tendenzialmente i mercati non performano  positivamente certo vedere scossoni di questo  

tipo non fa mai benissimo Però io continuo con  la mia strategia con la mia esposizione e queste  

cose mi toccano soltanto fino a un certo punto le  vedo come opportunità per acquistare più azioni  

banalmente e se doveste chiedermi cosa mi aspetto  per l'immediato futuro è un qualcosa che nemmeno

che stiamo vivendo Endo l'oro dà le sue gioie  Anche se io credo che nel prossimo futuro non lo  

andrò ad includere o a maggiorare all'interno del  mio patrimonio arrivando alla liquidità qui sono  

veramente scarico e lo vediamo bene se andiamo a  confrontare in percentuale l'esposizione del mio  

patrimonio rispetto al mese scorso questo mese  la percentuale di liquidità del mio patrimonio  

pesa il 3,5% in diminuzione del 3,6% rispetto  allo scorso mese e sono così scarico di liquidit  

perché nel mese di luglio non ho incassato neanche  €1 penso sto in questo momento aspettando che mi  

saldino le fatture di diversi lavori e ho dei  crediti che iniziano ad aumentare sempre di  

più ho pochi soldi liquidi Cioè se non ricevo  questi pagamenti che dovrebbero sonoo già in  

ritardo però dovrebbero arrivare nei prossimi  giorni Eh devo devo fare altre considerazioni  

Perché avere così poca liquidità un po' inizia  a preoccuparmi sinceramente Quindi dovrò fare  

qualche ragionamento e ribilanciare in un qualche  modo da ancora non so dove Però se arriviamo a una  

percentuale inferiore al 2% per avere un po'  di liquidità per riuscire banalmente a pagare  

gli stipendi ai miei collaboratori e vivere  Dovrò iniziare a capire da dove iniziare a  

prelevare qualcosa perché non è una situazione  eh ottimale a bilanciamento del patrimonio per  

il semplice motivo che sto aspettando diversi  pagamenti Ma qui le aziende pagano non sempre  

in ritardo ma sempre di più in ritardo ora  continuando il confronto pesato rispetto allo  

scorso mese altri investimenti in questo momento  3,6% identici rispetto allo scorso mese private  

Equity 20,2 in aumento rispetto allo scorso mese  del 3,5% per due motivi Come vi dicevo prima ho  

dovuto investire altro capitale nella cucina  e sono diventato socio di Days Real Estate 8,4  

% in aumento dello 0,1% rispetto allo scorso  mese qui banalmente la percentuale è aumentata  

semplicemente perché l'investimento è identico  è diminuito il mio patrimonio totale crypto 24,3  

pers in aumento dell' 1,3% Come dicevamo prima  nel mese di luglio Il compartimento crypto ha  

performato positivamente non ci sta dando gioie  per questi primi giorni di agosto Mentre se  

andiamo a vedere stock e etf entrambi sono in  diminuzione perché ho stock 8 7% in diminuzione  

dello 0,6% rispetto allo scorso mese abbiamo avuto  una performance negativa nel mese di luglio etf  

31,2 in diminuzione dello 0,8% e ovviamente se  andiamo a prendere il piano d'accumulo che sta  

portando avanti mio fratello Giovanni con il mio  aiuto abbiamo gli stessi medesimi feedback infatti

tra arriva d'allenamento Fatti la doccia cazzi e  mazzi si parla di almeno del doppio del tempo e  

sta diventando un lavoro eh Non vedo l'ora di  arrivare alla gara sono ancora molto indietro  

con il nuoto sono scarso sono messo abbastanza  bene con bici e corsa per chi non lo sapesse  

l'Iron Man sono 3,8 km di nuoto Dopodiché ti fai  180 km di bici e dopodiché ti fai una maratona  

è una sfida che tornando indietro Non so se mi  ridare però siamo arrivati fino a qui e si porta
