il couvre la période 2017 2022 et
j'aimerais que vous décriviez comment
vous voyez le groupe renault à l'horizon
de fin 2022 cette échéance de votre plan
écoutez c'est un plan de croissance
ce n'est pas une surprise c'est à dire
que la période du plan précédent où la
croissance de renault a été de 30% va
être suivie par une période où nous
annonçons à peu près 30 7% de croissance
puisque nous confirmons les 70 milliards
d'euros de chiffre d'affaires en fin de
plan et ceci se passe dans une grande
discipline financière puisque la marge
opérationnelle du groupe devrait excéder
les 7% en fin de plan avec des
cash-flows un cash flow positif pour
tous les ans c'est à dire une très
grande rigueur dans la gestion des
investissements et dans la gestion dans
la gestion des coûts alors 10 milliards
d'euros de chiffre d'affaires pour le
groupe renault à l'horizon fin 2022 pour
bien comprendre en nombre de véhicules
vendus ça veut dire combien ça ça
représente plus de 5 millions de
voitures vendues nous devrions passer le
cap des cinq pays en voiture venant

marque la plus importante en europe
nous allons avoir un business qui va
être très sens mais c'est un marché qui
sera très compétitif il n'y aura pas
beaucoup de beaucoup de croissance par
contre nous allons chercher la
croissance à l'international c'est à
dire l'essentiel de cette croissance se
fera à l'international
alors je vous attends marché
principalement alors il ya il ya d'abord
la russie ou
beaucoup investi et nous attendons une
récupération du marché russe qui va
évidemment le profiter puisque
aujourd'hui heureux non plus à se battre
à ce qui est devenu la filiale de
renault c'est 30% du marché restent sans
compter nissan et mitsubishi en plus de
cela deuxièmement il ya le marché
chinois nous ont vendu moins de quarante
mille voitures en chine en 2016 nous
nous sommes donné comme objectif plus de
550 mille voitures en chine à la fin du
plan alors s'asseoir à nouveau à dire
c'est beaucoup de voitures un essai
c'est même pas 2 % du marché chinois
donc puisque nous attaquons le marché en
chine après vous avez l'iran nous venons
de signer un accord en iran leur vendu à
peu près cent mille voitures en 2016 en
iran nous projetons plus de 300 milles
non enfin deux plans il ya bien sûr la
poussée en inde que nous avons déjà
commencé il ya aussi le levier de la
voiture électrique où nous avons été
pionniers et comme voyez maintenant tous
les marchés sont en train de converger
pour la voiture électrique
donc nous avons des leviers très très
clair soit d'expansion géographique soit
d'expansion aux produits et évidemment
avec l'alliance qui sera en support de
tout cela justement sur la voiture
électrique vous le rappeliez renault a
été pionnier on se souvient de vos
efforts sur le développement de ce
véhicule électrique et maintenant la zoé
devenu bien connu tout le monde nous
rattrape aujourd'hui on voit tous les
constructeurs qui dansent des offensives
extrêmement fort dans la vie dont le
véhicule électrique est ce que ça
servait à quelque chose d'être pionnier
dans ce domaine
évidemment nous avons aujourd'hui
pratiquement la moitié du parc
automobile électrique mondiale
appartient à l'alliance
trois mille cinq cent mille voitures qui
roulent aujourd'hui qui sont des
voitures éthique nous aurons une
expérience en matière de voitures
électriques qui sont un atout
indispensable pour le développement à
venir alors nous allons nous avons
annoncé beaucoup de voitures électriques
notamment sous la marque renault
il y en a huit qui vont être à la banque
pendant la durée du plan oui sur une
offre d'à peu près 40 voitures donc
c'est à peu près 20% de notre offre
automobile sera électrique purement
électrique alors bien sûr il ya en plus
les voitures électrifié il y en aura
douze régions alex fille et c'est à dire
on est en train de parler
essentiellement des plug-in hybrid qui
sont une technologie peu de mitsubishi
que nous mettons en commun au niveau de
l'alliance donc à peu près 50% de
l'offre produit 2
l'eau sera électrique ou électrifié en
la matière nous avons dans la réalité
beaucoup d'amants sur la plupart de nos
concurrents comme vous pouvez l'imaginer
puisque l'on commencé à investir en 2009
et nous avons huit ans d'expérience sur
les voitures électriques
aujourd'hui il ya beaucoup de
déclarations faites par les concurrents
ce que nous applaudissions puisque
maintenant tout d'un coup nous avons
beaucoup de nouveaux convertis l
électrique alors les étions seuls au
moment du lancement
le savons combien ça a été difficile
pour mettre au point des voitures
électriques et les amener au point où
elles sont aujourd'hui donc nous avons
traversé cette période
ça c'est une période qui atteint la
plupart des constructeurs qui démarre
d'accord et à quelle vitesse vous pensez
que le marché va basculer vers
l'électrique en europe par exemple ça va
beaucoup dépendre des décisions des
différents gouvernements puisque comme
vous savez le marché du véhicule
électrique
il est beaucoup encouragée par les
pouvoirs publics ce n'est pas une
demande spontanée du consommateur c'est
quelque chose qui est du développement
technologique d'un côté puis de l'autre
côté par activation par la motivation
des pouvoirs publics de pousser vers les
criques voit ce qui est en train de se
passer en chine où le gouvernement
chinois jouent un rôle majeur plus dans
l'électrification des véhicules
les véhicules suivants donc c'est
pourquoi moi je suis un peu prudent sur
l'évolution des ventes je pense que
notre rôle est de développer l'offre
et puis nous pensons que les
gouvernements européens
de plus en plus vont pousser à la
voiture électrique et le front là vous
avez évoqué l'internationalisation
poussée de renault dans ce plot est-ce
que renault reste un groupe français
bien sûr c'est un bon français ça les
travaux commencés c'est ce qui fait
d'ailleurs notre identité dans le cadre
de l'alliance entre renault nissan et
mitsubishi et c'est ce qui fait
d'ailleurs la beauté de cette alliance
dans lesquelles nous nous nous essayons
de marier la diversité des entreprises
donc des initiatives très différente des
approches très différentes et qui sont
tout à fait complémentaires mais en même
temps avec l'efficacité dans ce groupe
donc nous essayons d'avoir la force de
la diversité avec l'efficacité de la
mise en commun une question qu'on ne
peut pas s'empêcher de vous poser carlos

que vous imaginez vous en serai toujours

ah ça c'est très difficile de répondre à
cette question puisqu'elle ne dépend pas
que de vous un dépend de beaucoup
d'autres d'autres facteurs par contre je
suis très confiant sur le renault 2022
que je le dirige où que je sois
quelqu'un d'autre qui le dirige pour une
raison très simple c'est que nous avons
beaucoup investi dans au cours des six
dernières années nous allons voir le
résultat de ses investissements au cours
des prochaines années et nous allons
beaucoup investir au cours des six
prochaines années notamment sur les
voitures autonomes sur les voitures
connectées sur les services de mobilité
la massification sur les voitures
électriques et tout ça ça me laisse
extrêmement confiant sur l'avenir du
groupe
à condition évidemment que nous
exécutons exactement ce que nous avons
prévu d'exécuter la première voiture
autonome de renault ce sera qu'en 2019
déjà 2019 qu'est ce que ce sera comme
matériau la première clé autonome très
