change based on a disguise-based foundation!

Actually, while I was preparing the imagined design for the Grandeur facelift, I suddenly

saw a video on the WoopaTV channel about the disguised photos, so I hastily prepared for

this.

It's still in the early stages of development, but after several revisions, I've finally

prepared an almost complete rendering to show you.

So let's get straight to the point and see how the full change Palisade will be.

To cut to the chase, it's going to change completely.

When you saw the leaked disguised photos earlier this week, what was the first image that came

to mind?

A larger Santa Fe, a muscular Grandeur, a reincarnation of the old Galloper, and so

on...

You might have imagined various images.

Moreover, with Toyota's recent success with the 2024 Land Cruiser, off-road-style SUV

designs have become a global trend.

The Santa Fe has also received positive feedback with its rugged off-road style design.

The new Palisade will also follow this trend, with a completely different exterior design

from the current model.

It will emphasize an off-road style with angular and muscular features, tidying up the complex

radiator grille garnish and changing the headlamp box to a square style.

Let's start from the front.

The most challenging part during this rendering process was determining whether the seamless

horizon DRL lamps would be included in the upper part of the radiator grille that connects

to the hood line.

Because there were many dummy components inserted inside the disguised hood, making it difficult

to infer the shape.

However, by analyzing the flow of the A-pillar, hood parting line, and shoulder character

line, we could infer the inclusion of seamless horizon DRL lamps.

Seeing the recent use of rectangular LED projection lamps and square headlamp boxes by Hyundai,

we inferred that the front end would be similar to the Grandeur.

A notable part of the front end is the appearance of radar sensors at the bottom of the bumper

and active air flaps, which were visible through the disguise.

This might indicate a hybrid model under testing.

The shape of the skid plate and the chrome-accentuated air curtain garnish are the only parts similar

to the current Palisade.

All pillars are finished in black high gloss, giving a floating roof effect, and the window

line connecting the front windshield frame and side roof is finished in chrome, reminiscent

of the past Galloper, interpreted in a modern way.

The contours of the hood rise on both sides, giving a more rugged off-road feel.

Now that we've witnessed the early-stage test mule, when the finished disguise is seen later,

there may be some differences in the detailed finishing, but it is expected that the new

Palisade will be released almost identical to this rendering.
