Summary

The film follows Vaughn, a security officer, who becomes entangled in a crisis involving bloodthirsty, genetically modified dogs on a fog-covered highway. Vaughn and his daughter, Kyung-Min, along with others, struggle to survive while uncovering the truth about 'Project Silence' — a sinister government experiment. As Vaughn exposes the project to the media, he confronts his deceitful boss, who approved the experiment.
